In this paper an incompressible smoothed particle hydrodynamics (Incom‐SPH) model is used to simulate the interactions between the free surface flow and a moving object. Incom‐SPH method is a two‐step semi‐implicit hydrodynamic formulation of the SPH algorithm and is capable of accurately treating the free surface deformations and impact forces during the solid–fluid interactions. For a free‐falling object, its motion is tracked by an additional Lagrangian algorithm based on Newton's law to couple with the Incom‐SPH program. The developed model is employed to investigate the water entry of a free‐falling wedge. The accuracy of the computations is validated by the good agreement in predicting the relevant hydrokinematic and hydrodynamic parameters. Finally, a numerical test is performed to study the influence of spatial resolution on the water entry features. The Incom‐SPH modeling coupled with the solid–fluid interaction algorithm could provide a promising computational tool to predict the slamming problems in coastal and offshore engineering. The solvability of the problem of the flow formed after a discontinuous wave has passed over a bottom drop is studied within the framework of the first approximation of shallow water theory. Solutions in which the total energy of the flow is either conserved or lost at the drop are considered. 研究了水/ 甲苯乳化液中二苯并噻吩( 硫芴) 在分散型钼酸、磷钼酸和四硫钼酸铵催化剂存在下的加氢脱硫反应. 反应在高压釜中于340 ℃及三种不同的气氛即H2 ,H2/H2 O和CO/H2O(CO 和H2O 经水煤气转换反应( WGSR) 产生原位氢) 的存在下进行. 用GC和GCMS鉴定、分析了气体和液体产物的组成. 结果表明: 对硫芴的加氢脱硫反应,在分散型四硫钼酸铵催化剂存在下,原位产生的氢的效果仅比加入的氢气稍好,而在分散型钼酸和磷钼酸催化剂存在下,原位产生的氢远比加入的氢气有效. 实验结果还表明: 硫化氢能显著提高分散型钼酸和磷钼酸催化剂的加氢脱硫活性,但在分散型四硫钼酸铵催化剂存在下,硫化氢能促进加氢反应而抑制氢解反应. 一氧化碳和水均选择性地抑制氢解反应.  相似文献

An MgZnAl-CO3 layered double hydroxide (LDH) slurry with Na2 SO4 as the by-product has been prepared by a co-precipitation method.The filtrates in the LDH washing process were collected according to their different levels of salinity.Filtrates with lower salinity can be used to wash a LDH slurry with higher salinity in the next cycle.Only in the final stages is pure water used.Recycling of the wash water in this way has been employed in a commercial production process,resulting in a water-saving of over 80%.The resulting MgZnAl-CO3-LDH product has a well-formed crystalline layered structure with a low content of impurities.  相似文献

Abstract

Using supercritical water oxidation, the cation exchange resin was decomposed fast and completely to water, carbon dioxide and sulfuric acid. While the resin decomposition yield increased with the reaction time and the amount of hydrogen peroxide added as oxidizing agent, it was constant in the resin concentration from 0.14 to 1.9 dry resin weight percent to water. More than 99% of the cation exchange resin was decomposed with hydrogen peroxide added in the amount of 7 times the stoichiometric value at 673 K and 30MPa for 30 minutes of the reaction time. The cation exchange resin is decomposed through two main reaction pathways. One has a rate controlling intermediate such as acetic acid whose decomposition rate was very slow, and the other does not have stable intermediates. The decomposition of the acetic acid is a significant factor for the complete decomposition of the resin, although it does not dominate the whole resin decomposition. A simple kinetic model that estimates the resin decomposition yield was developed.  相似文献

This paper deals with the selection and evaluation of statistical techniques for use in the modeling and forecasting of water quality time series. The focus is on statistical concepts relevant to the analysis of flows and concentrations. A selection of time series procedures has been used for auditing water quality archival data, including the screening of data sets, correlation and spectrum calculations, and iterative model fitting. A summary is provided of experience with analyzing archival data on the Niagara River and the use of a fractionally differenced model.This paper is the result of a study performed for the International Joint Commission, United States and Canada.
