An efficient algorithm for hypersonic viscous flows   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
The CSCM-S algorithm proposed by Lombard et al. is a very attractive tool for solving multidimensional Euler and Navier-Stokes equations. However, it is not economical due to the use of global sweeps in the whole computational domain. In this paper we suggest a modified strategy, which combines a single-marching technique for supersonic dominated region with a multi-sweep procedure for pure subsonic and complex flowfield. The new algorithm may save significantly CPU time and is more suitable for engineering applications. The project supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China  相似文献

运用迭代映射及其稳定性分析原理,研究了垂直冲击消振系统的简谐激励响应及其周期响应的稳定性.首先建立了稳定周期响应的参数区域边界方程,分析了稳定周期运动向混沌转变的一般规律.然后以典型的二阶主振系为例,得到了几个对消振效果影响较大的稳态周期响应区域的详细数值结果,讨论了稳态周期响应区域及附近的消振效果.  相似文献

The problem of formation of spatially periodic structures on the frontal surface of a cylindrically blunted body set transversely in a hypersonic flow is studied. Within the framework of the model adopted, a possible mechanism of vortex structure generation on the frontal surface of the blunt body is proposed and confirmed by calculations; in this mechanism, the curved bow shock produces a vortex flow, while in its turn the vortex, which persists under weak dissipation, acts on the shock thus maintaining its curved shape. It is shown that the spatially periodic mode of hypersonic flow past a cylinder can exist in the case of a uniform incident flow and under homogeneous boundary conditions on the body surface.  相似文献

本文将Davis的量级分析方法改用匹配渐近展开方法,作为一级近似推导出了高超音速化学反应粘性激波层方程。证明了粘性激波层方程是NS方程在匹配渐近意义上的一级近似方程。进一步讨论了这一方程的基本假设条件。本文首次推导出的二级近似方程,是对Davis粘性激波层方程的修正。这种修正可以提高数值解的精度,有助于对问题获得更全面的了解,对进一步发展与完善高超音速钝头体绕流问题的数值求解方法起一定的作用。  相似文献

对不可压缩层流二维干扰流动,本文提出一个干扰流动(IF)理论。IF理论要点为:1)干扰流动沿主流的法向被分为三层即粘性层、干扰层和无粘层,引进了法向动量交换为主导过程的干扰层概念。2)利用力学守恒律、三层匹配关系及文中引进的干扰模型,把三层的空间尺度及惯性-粘性诸力的数置级表示为单参数m的函数,m<1/2·3)导出描述各层流动的控制方程、导出描述全城流动的控制方程为简化Navie-Stokes(SNS)方程。IF理论适用于不存在分离的附着干扰流动以及存在分离的大范围干扰流动,经典边界层(CBL)理论和流动分离局部区域Triple-Deck(TD)理论分别是本文理论在参数m=O和1/4时的两个特例,本文理论容易推广到可压缩、三维及湍流流动。  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to investigate, by flow simulations in a uniform pore-space geometry, how the co and countercurrent steady state relative permeabilities depend on the following parameters: phase saturation, wettability, driving force and viscosity ratio. The main results are as follows: (i) with few exceptions, relative permeabilities are convex functions of saturation; (ii) the cocurrent relative permeabilities increase while the countercurrent ones decrease with the driving force; (iii) with one exception, phase 2 relative permeabilities decrease and phase 1 relative permeabilities increase with the viscosity ratio M=1/2; (iv) the countercurrent relative permeabilities are always less than the cocurrent ones, the difference being partly due to the opposing effect of the viscous coupling, and partly to different levels of capillary forces; (v) the pore-level saturation distribution, and hence the size of the viscous coupling, can be very different between the cocurrent and the countercurrent cases so that it is in general incorrect to estimate the full mobility tensor from cocurrent and countercurrent steady state experiments, as suggested by Bentsen and Manai (1993).(Now at AS Norske Shell, Norway.) e-mail:  相似文献

The quasi-parallel regime of a Darcy–Boussinesq boundary-layer flow over a permeable vertical flat plate adjacent to a fluid saturated porous medium is considered. Quasi-parallel means here a plane flow with a constant transversal velocity v=–v 0 directed perpendicularly towards the vertical surface, where a lateral suction with the same velocity –v 0 is applied. The plate is held at a constant temperature T w which coincides with the ambient temperature T of the fluid. The heat released by viscous dissipation induces a density gradient in the fluid. Thus, although T w=T , a thermal convection occurs. The steady regime of this self-sustaining buoyant flow has been examined in detail. Wall jet-like profiles with a continuous but finite spectrum of the momentum flow have been found. These self-sustaining buoyant jets show a universal behavior, that is, there exist certain length, velocity and temperature scales such that the flow characteristics become independent of the (constant) material properties of the fluid and the porous medium as well.  相似文献

In this paper, a second-order implicit-explicit upwind algorithm has been developed for three-dimensional Parabolized Navier-Stokes (PNS) equations. The agreement between the results of the new upwind algorithm and those of the implicit upwind algorithm and its ability in marching a long distance along the streamwise direction have been shown for the supersonic viscous flow past a sphere-cone body. The linear and nonlinear stability of downward viscous film flows on a corrugated surface to freesurface perturbations is analyzed theoretically. The study is performed with the use of an integral approach in ranges of parameters where the calculated results and the corresponding solutions of Navier-Stokes equations (downward wavy flow on a smooth wall and waveless flow along a corrugated surface) are in good agreement. It is demonstrated that, for moderate Reynolds numbers, there is a range of corrugation parameters (amplitude and period) where all linear perturbations of the free surface decay. For high Reynolds numbers, the waveless downward flow is unstable.
