Let X1,X2,... be a sequence of i.i.d. random variables and let X(1),X(2),... be the associatedrecord value sequence. We focus on the asymptotic distributions of sums of records, Tn=∑nk=1X(k), forX1 ∈ LN(γ). In this case, we find that 2 is a strange point for parameter γ. When γ> 2, Tn is asymptoticallynormal, while for 2 >γ> 1, we prove that Tn cannot converge in distribution to any non-degenerate lawthrough common centralizing and normalizing and log Tn is asymptotically normal.  相似文献

In this paperwewill derive a generalized uncertainty principle (GUP) in a simple varying speed of light (VSL) model. First we will show that VSL is an immediate consequence of GUP. Then, within the framework of a simple VSL model, we will show that GUP can be expressed as a function of cosmological scale factor. This expression gives two main results: uncertainties in position and momentum are actually cosmological models dependent and these uncertainties depend on mass and momentum of the particle under consideration. The relationship between matter content of the Universe and the values of uncertainties in early stages of the evolution of the Universe will be discussed in a mini-superspace approach.  相似文献

In the zero-order approximation, we use the perturbation method of parameter with small magnitude to prove that the harmonic frequency in the solution of the equation is close to that of the driving force when the chaotic system from Duffing-Holmes equation stays in the stable periodic state, which is the physical mechanism of the detection of the unknown frequency of weak harmonic signal using the chaotic theory. The result of the simulation experiment shows that the method proposed in this paper, by which one can determine the frequency of the stable system from the number of circulation change of the phase state directionally across a fixed phase state point (x,\dot{x}) in fixed simulation time period, is successful. Analyzing the effects of the damping ratio on the chaotic detection result, one can see that for different frequency ranges it is necessary to carefully choose corresponding damping ratio α.  相似文献

In this work, we consider a nonlinear system of viscoelastic equations of Kirchhoff type with degenerate damping and source terms in a bounded domain. Under suitable assumptions on the initial data, the relaxation functions gi(i = 1,2) and degenerate damping terms, we obtain global existence of solutions. Then, we prove the general decay result. Finally, we prove the finite time blow‐up result of solutions with negative initial energy. This work generalizes and improves earlier results in the literature.  相似文献

Abstract

In this article, a new relationship is proposed for the fictitious mass of viscous dynamic relaxation (DR) method. First, incremental equations are derived for DR steps. Using transformed Gershgörin theory, a new relationship is achieved for fictitious mass of viscous DR by formulating modified time step ratio. This procedure presents a new algorithm for the viscous DR method. To evaluate the numerical efficiency of the proposed method, some 2D and 3D truss and frame structures are analyzed with elastic linear and geometrically nonlinear behaviors. Results show that by using the proposed algorithm for fictitious mass, the convergence rate of the viscous DR method is improved so that the proposed algorithm presents the structural response with lower iterations in comparison with other common DR techniques.

聚酯-聚醚多嵌段共聚物的动态力学性能谱上有两个T_8,不宜做阻尼材料。本文报道聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)-端羟基聚己二酸乙二醇酯(PEA)共聚物(简称嵌段共聚酯),比聚醚-聚酯多嵌段共聚物有更好的相容性。我们研究了PEA的分子量,间苯二甲酸的用量对嵌段共聚酯的结晶度,以及结晶度对嵌段共聚酯的动态力学性能的影响。  相似文献
