PID自动控温仪在变温霍耳效应研究中的应用简

应用计算机控制的PID控温仪研究了锑化铟样品的变温霍耳效应。通过在线控制并记录77K～300K温度范围内锑化铟样品的霍耳电压,估测了样品的禁带宽度。     

热管式吸附床制冷性能的实验研究

利用高效热管作为吸附床的传热部件,有效地提高了船用柴油机废气的热量回收。本文将热管式吸附床与传统的壳管式吸附床进行了性能对比。同时,选择氯化钙-氨作为吸附工质对,通过实验测定解吸、吸附过程的变化情况。本文的研究结果表明,采用热管式吸附床使得初始解吸和吸附速率有明显提高,从而有效缩短解吸和吸附周期,并能有效提高系统的SCP和COP。     

Two-phase heat transfer correlation for multi-component mixtures in the saturated flow-boiling regime

Investigations of two-phase heat transfer in the saturated flow-boiling region for multi-component mixtures has led to a proposed new correlation for the heat transfer coefficient where heat transfer of boiling is simply expressed in terms of the boiling number. This correlation was tested against the existing data on forced convective boiling heat transfer reported in the literature, giving satisfactory results; the correlation should, however, be tested further against wider data on convective heat transfer coefficients in multicomponent systems. The present lack of such data should be remedied.     

On the quantum langevin equation

The quantum Langevin equation is the Heisenberg equation of motion for the (operator) coordinate of a Brownian particle coupled to a heat bath. We give an elementary derivation of this equation for a simple coupled-oscillator model of the heat bath.Deceased.     

The Spectrum of the Two-Dimensional Periodic Schrödinger Operator

The absence of eigenvalues (of infinite multiplicity) for the two-dimensional periodic Schrödinger operator with a variable metric is proved. The method of proof does not use the change of variables reducing the metric to a scalar form.

Let n≥2. In this paper, the author establishes the L^2 (R^n)-boundedness of some oscillatory singular integrals with variable rough kernels by means of some estimates on hypergeometric functions and congqucnt hypergeometric funtions.     

An automatically controlled Nd:YAG laser with variable pulse width

The development of a high-energy, pulsed Nd:YAG laser system for materials-processing and medical applications is reported here. A variable pulse width in the range of 0.3–10 ms and a variable pulse repetition rate up to 50 pps are provided. An automatic operation system using a microprocessor-based driver/ controller enables safe operation of the laser system and automatic material processing when integrated in a laser/robot system.

Non-Noether Conserved Quantity of Nonholonomic System Having Variable Mass and Unilateral Constraints

Using the Lie Symmetry under infinitesimal transformations in which the time is not variable, the nonNoether conserved quantity of nonholonomic system having variable mass and unilateral constraints is studied. The differential equations of motion of the system are given. The determining equations of Lie symmetrical transformations of the system under infinitesimal transformations are constructed. The Hojman‘s conservation theorem of the system is established. Finally, we give an example to illustrate the application of the result.
