电化学阳极氧化生成的氧化铝薄膜含有高度有序的纳米孔阵列,本文首先假设氧化铝薄膜基体(无孔部分)为各向同性,结合其周期性孔结构特点和均匀化理论,可以得到氧化铝基体和薄膜弹性性质之间的关系。然后利用单轴拉伸结合电子散斑干涉(ESPI)的方法得到薄膜面内的杨氏模量为63.4GPa,并根据均匀化方法得到的基体与薄膜弹性性质的关系进一步推出薄膜横观各向同性的其它弹性参数,如基体杨氏模量等。为证明结果的可靠性,利用推出的弹性参数建立三维有限元模型,模拟纳米压痕实验,得到的加卸载曲线与实验曲线相吻合。  相似文献

We study an finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) system of uniaxial perfectly matched layer (UPML) method for electromagnetic scattering problems. Particularly we analyze the discrete initial-boundary value problems of the transverse magnetic mode (TM) to Maxwell’s equations with Yee’s algorithm. An exterior domain in two spacial dimension is truncated by a square with a perfectly matched layer filled by a certain artificial medium. Besides, an artificial boundary condition is imposed on the outer boundary of the UPML. Using energy method, we obtain the stability of this FDTD system on the truncated domain. Numerical experiments are designed to approve the theoretical analysis.   相似文献

Poly(p‐phenylene vinylene) or PPV is gaining increasing importance because of its superior electroluminescent efficiency and electrical conductivity. The most widely followed synthetic route for PPV involves synthesis of a precursor polymer using a sulfonium monomer salt. Previous studies have proven that the monomer salt which contains cyclic sulfonium groups yields better quality PPV than when the monomer containing dialkyl sulfonium groups is used. The structure of PPV synthesized using cyclic sulfonium precursor has not been as widely reported as that synthesized using dialkyl sulfonium monomer. In the current work, the structure of PPV, synthesized using a cyclic viz. tetrahydrothiophenium monomer salt, has been studied in detail using the wide angle X‐ray diffraction (WAXD) technique. The study reveals that even in the cast (unstretched) form, PPV shows considerable biaxial orientation in the plane of the film. This preferred orientation is found to occur during the casting process and is independent of the solvent used and casting substrate. On stretching these films to a final draw ratio of 7 : 1, this biaxial orientation is transformed into uniaxial orientation with nematic ordering of PPV chains along the stretch direction and PPV chains assuming three preferred orientations in the plane of the film. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. By generalizing the Doi-Edwards model to the Molecular Stress Function theory of Wagner and Schaeffer, the extensional viscosities of polyolefin melts in uniaxial, equibiaxial and planar constant strain-rate experiments starting from the isotropic state can be described quantitatively. While the strain hardening of four linear polymer melts (two high-density polyethylenes, a polystyrene and a polypropylene) can be accounted for by a tube diameter that decreases affinely with the average stretch, the two long-chain-branched polymer melts considered (a low-density polyethylene and a long-chain branched polypropylene) show enhanced strain hardening in extensional flows due to the presence of long-chain branches. This can be quantified by a molecular stress function, the square of which is quadratic in the average stretch and which follows from the junction fluctuation theory of Flory. The ultimate magnitude of the strain-hardening effect is governed by a maximum value of the molecular stress, which is specific to the polymer melt considered and which is the only free non-linear parameter of the theory. The deformation and fracture behavior under uniaxial tension were characterized for high‐energy irradiated poly(vinylidene fluoride‐trifluorethylene) (P(VDF‐TrFE)) 68/32 mol % copolymer films. The results show that the stress–strain behavior of the irradiated copolymer films exhibits ductile polymeric behavior, with its fracture strain being more than five times of that of the nonirradiated ones but of much lower maximum strength. X‐ray diffraction (XRD) analysis and scanning electron microscope (SEM) observation are carried out to examine the microstructure and morphology changes caused by the uniaxial tension. It is demonstrated that the tensile mechanical field reintroduces the polar β‐phase that was previously lost through irradiation. It is suggested that the conformational change from the nonpolar phase to the polar β‐phase during the uniaxial tension, as well as the low crystallinity and loosely packed molecular chain structure, mainly contribute to the observed stress–strain behavior for the irradiated copolymer films. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 研究了沿光轴入射的傍轴光束在单轴左手介质中传输的矢量性质.通过平面角谱的方法得到了横电(TE)波和横磁(TM)波在单轴左手介质中传输的严格解,并得到了傍轴近似下的矢量传输模型.利用这一模型,分析得到垂直于光轴方向不同偏振态的入射光束在单轴左手介质中同时激发横向场和低阶纵向场.如果单轴左手介质的介电常数张量在沿垂直于光轴方向上的元素不相等,同时磁导率张量在沿垂直于光轴方向上的两元素也不相等(即z方向为光轴方向,xy,μxμy),那么入射光束激发的横向场的分布与入射光束的初始场分布和偏振态有关,而纵向场的分布与入射光束的偏振态无关,只决定于入射光束的初始场分布. 关键词: 傍轴传输 单轴左手介质 矢量效应  相似文献

The paper presents results of numerical investigations of electromagnetic (optical) ray propagation inside a sphere, made of optically uniaxial crystal. The types of caustics formed by the ray trajectory inside the sphere are cleared up. It has been demonstrated the difference between types of caustics formed by the extraordinary ray trajectory inside the sphere made of optically positive and negative crystals. Results are discussed on the basis of one-to-one mapping of 2D billiard problem inside isotropic region bounded by ellipse onto anisotropic one.  相似文献
