This article presents a local and parallel finite element method for the stationary incompressible magnetohydrodynamics problem. The key idea of this algorithm comes from the two‐grid discretization technique. Specifically, we solve the nonlinear system on a global coarse mesh, and then solve a series of linear problems on several subdomains in parallel. Furthermore, local a priori estimates are obtained on a general shape regular grid. The efficiency of the algorithm is also illustrated by some numerical experiments.© 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 快速准确地测定煤质硫含量,可为企业、环境监督部门提供重要的技术依据。国内外已有多种煤质硫含量分析仪器,但或多或少存在令操作人员不满意的地方。提出一种基于紫外(UV)差分吸收光谱(DOAS)的煤质硫含量测量方法。针对分子数分数测量范围宽、光程短等问题,在传统算法的基础上,提出基于有限脉冲响应(FIR)滤波和四阶多项式非线性补偿的改进DOAS算法。搭建了实验测量系统,对5种标准煤样进行了实验研究。结果表明,测量系统的下限为0.014%,能够去除烟尘和背景气体的影响,降低系统的维护量,单次测量时间在4min左右,测量系统的重复性满足国家标准的要求。  相似文献

已有的两货栈库存模型通常不考虑将延期支付和现金折扣相结合的情形,但实际上,供应商在给予销售商延期支付政策的同时,也会实施现金折扣策略以激励销售商尽快付款,加快资金周转,减少坏账损失。为此,本文建立了延期支付和现金折扣情形下变质产品的两货栈库存模型,并对模型的最优解进行理论分析,给出了最优解的求解步骤。最后通过数值算例对模型的可行性进行了验证,并分析了模型参数变化对最优订货策略和最优付款时间的影响。  相似文献

为了解决相干反斯托克斯喇曼散射(CARS)光谱CARSFT计算程序在温度拟合过程中,对初值依赖大、测量光谱信噪比差、不易收敛的问题,通过分析非线性迭代算法,采用了阻尼最小二乘算法对氮气CARS光谱进行温度拟合。针对CARS理论光谱计算公式较为复杂的特点,采用数值差分的方式来获得迭代计算时所需要的设计矩阵。分析了横向偏移、纵向偏移和温度三个主要参量对拟合残差的影响,发现纵向偏移的初值设置对温度拟合影响较大。拟合温度2000 K时的标准理论CARS光谱,设置偏离较大的初始值,采用阻尼最小二乘法获得了较好的结果。迭代计算167步后,温度拟合为2 005.6 K,残差为0.027 463。拟合光谱信噪比较差的CARS光谱,阻尼最小二乘法也能稳定收敛。结果验证了阻尼最小二乘法对初值的依赖不大,并且当拟合谱信噪比较差时也能收敛,可用于在恶劣环境下CARS测量光谱的拟合。  相似文献

Without employing any transition metal, organic solvent and base, a facile, economical and environmentally friendly strategy has been developed for the α-hydroxylation of β-keto esters and β-keto amides with peroxides via radical cross-coupling reaction in water under open-air conditions. This protocol allows a convenient access to various α-hydroxy-β-keto esters and α-hydroxy-β-keto amides with up to 92% yield (34 examples). Moreover, the reaction was successfully scaled up to gram quantity and mechanistic studies showed the radical pathway was involved in this hydroxylation.  相似文献

A fast and efficient eco‐friendly two‐step preparation of a palladium‐containing mesoporous carbon catalyst ( C1 ) from green and readily available carbon precursors (phloroglucinol and glyoxal), a porogen template (pluronic F‐127) and PdCl2 is described. Catalyst C1 contains ultra‐small Pd nanoparticles (1.2 nm) uniformly dispersed in the carbon network and shows an outstanding activity for Suzuki‐Miyaura reactions in pure water: extremely low amounts of palladium (10 μequiv. in most cases) are sufficient to afford almost palladium‐free products (containing <0.25 ppm of precious metal without further purification steps).  相似文献

Salvia miltiorrhiza, one of the most well‐known herbal medicines, is commonly used for the treatment of coronary heart diseases in China. Besides traditional decoction slices (TDS), another relatively new product of S. miltiorrhiza, ultrafine granular powder (UGP; D90 < 45 μm), is also increasingly being used. In this paper, a UHPLC‐LTQ‐Orbitrap MS technique was developed for a metabolite profile study after oral administration of UGP and TDS of S. miltiorrhiza. The results showed that the number of in vivo absorbed compounds from UGP was much greater than that from TDS, and different types of products from S. miltiorrhiza will have different metabolic processes in vivo. Furthermore, a UHPLC‐Q‐Trap MS/MS method for simultaneously determining four tanshinones (tanshinone IIA, dihydrotanshinone I, tanshinone I and cryptotanshinone) was established and applied to assess the pharmacokinetics of the two types of products. All of the analytes displayed significant higher area under the concentration–time curve and peak concentration after oral administration of UGP than after TDS, indicating that ultrafine powder product could improve the bioavailability and absorption of cryptotanshinon,tanshinone II A,dihydrotanshinonE I and tanshinone I in vivo. The present study provides scientific information for further exploration of the pharmacology of these two types of S. miltiorrhiza and offers a reference for clinical administration of S. miltiorrhiza.  相似文献

Moxidectin (MOX) has recently been approved by the US Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of river blindness in select populations. It is also being evaluated as an alternative for the use of ivermectin, widespread resistance to which is becoming a global health issue. Moreover, MOX is becoming increasingly used as a prophylactic antiparasitic in the cattle industry. In this study, we developed and validated an LC–MS/MS method of MOX in human, monkey and mouse plasma. The separation was achieved on an ACE C18 (50 × 3.0 mm, 3 μm) column with isocratic elution using 0.1% acetic acid and methanol–acetonitrile (1:1, v/v) as mobile phase. MOX was quantitated using MS/MS with an electrospray ionization source operating in negative multiple reaction monitoring mode. The multiple reaction monitoring precursor ion → product ion transitions for MOX and abamectin (IS) were m/z 638.40 → 236.30 and m/z 871.50 → 565.35 respectively. The MS/MS response was linear over the concentration range 0.1–1000 ng/mL in plasma with a correlation coefficient (r2) of 0.997 or better. The within‐ and between‐day precision (relative standard deviation, RSD) and accuracy were within the acceptable limits per US Food and Drug Administration guidelines. The method was successfully applied to an in vitro metabolic stability study of MOX.  相似文献

Knowledge and understanding of the stability profile of a drug is important as it affects its safety and efficacy. In the present work, besifloxacin, a new, fourth‐generation fluoroquinolone antibiotic, was subjected to different forced‐degradation conditions as per International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines such as hydrolysis (acid, base and neutral), oxidation, thermal and photolysis. The drug degraded under acidic, basic, oxidative and photolytic conditions while it was found to be stable under dry heat and neutral hydrolytic conditions. In total, five degradation products (DPs) were formed under different conditions—DP1 and DP2 (photolysis), DP3 (oxidation), DP4 (acidic), DP3 and DP5 (basic). The chromatographic separation of besifloxacin and its degradation products was achieved on a Sunfire C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column with 0.1% aqueous formic acid–acetonitrile as a mobile phase. The gradient RP‐HPLC method was developed and validated as per ICH guidelines. The degradation products were characterized with the help of LC–ESI–QTOF mass spectrometric studies and the most likely degradation pathway of the drug was proposed. In silico toxicity assessment of the drug and its degradation products was carried out, which indicated that DP3 and DP4 carry a mutagenicity alert.  相似文献
