为了应用影子价格实现资源在全社会的最优配置,本文通过线性规划的对偶理论和非线性优化问题的Kuhn-Tucker条件揭示了影子价格的本质,在资源配置优化问题中线性规划模型中的影子价格就是其对偶问题的最优解,非线性规划模型中的影子价格就是与最优解相对应的拉格朗日乘数。根据松紧定理解释了资源影子价格与资源限量之间的关系,还对线性规划模型与非线性规划模型中影子价格的不同表现进行了分析。最后阐明了影子价格在资源配置中的应用。 相似文献

Abstract Fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS) is an important biophysical technique. FCS is currently being used in many areas of biology to solve several scientific problems. 以投入产出模型为基础,计算出湖南省生产服务业与先进装备制造业这两行业与各分行业的直接消耗系数、完全消耗系数、感应度系数和影响力系数.研究表明:先进装备制造业消耗力度大于生产服务业,但二者消耗水平均远低于发达国家,先进装备制造业对生产服务业的需求推动力和影响力较强,生产服务业的传统服务部门对产业发展推力较强,但资本、知识密集型生产服务部门作用正日益凸显,创新型部门则有待进一步发展.基于上述结论,提出了以生产服务业促进先进装备制造业发展,以先进装备制造业推动生产服务业发展的政策建议. 相似文献

Potential consequences of disasters involve overwhelming economic losses, large affected populations and serious environmental damages. Given these devastating effects, there is an increasing interest in developing measures in order to diminish the possible impact of disasters, which gave rise to the field of disaster operations management (DOM). In this paper we review recent OR/MS research in DOM. Our work is a continuation of a previous review from Altay and Green (2006). Our purpose is to evaluate how OR/MS research in DOM has evolved in the last years and to what extent the gaps identified by Altay and Green (2006) have been covered. Our findings show no drastic changes or developments in the field of OR/MS in DOM since the publication of Altay and Green (2006). Additionally to our comparative analysis, we present an original evaluation about the most common assumptions in recent OR/MS literature in DOM. Based on our findings we provide future research directions in order to make improvements in the areas where lack of research is detected. 相似文献

Operational researchers and social scientists often make significant claims for the value of systemic problem structuring and other participative methods. However, when they present evidence to support these claims, it is usually based on single case studies of intervention. There have been very few attempts at evaluating across methods and across interventions undertaken by different people. This is because, in any local intervention, contextual factors, the skills of the researcher and the purposes being pursued by stakeholders affect the perceived success or failure of a method. The use of standard criteria for comparing methods is therefore made problematic by the need to consider what is unique in each intervention. So, is it possible to develop a single evaluation approach that can support both locally meaningful evaluations and longer-term comparisons between methods? In this paper, we describe the process of designing and scaling up the TAAFU group theory curriculum. This work unfolded in three overlapping stages of research and design. The initial designs emerged along with local instructional theories as the result of small-scale design experiments conducted with pairs of students. A second stage of the research and design process focused on generalizing from the initial laboratory design context to an authentic classroom setting. The third (ongoing) stage involves generalizing to instructors (mathematicians) who were not involved in the design process. We describe each of these stages, and our efforts to investigate the efficacy of the resulting curriculum, in order to provide an illustrative example of the process of scaling up an innovation. 相似文献
