A Method of Minimizing the Principal Methodical Error in Measurements of the Spectral Coefficients of Diffuse and Mixed Reflection

We consider the modifications of the measurement technique and construction of the diffuse integrating sphere that make it possible, by replacing a nontransparent screen with an iris diaphragm, to provide additional irradiation of a photoreceiver by radiation reflected from a specimen and thus to minimize, in a wide spectral range, the methodical error caused by radiation losses on the technical holes of the sphere in measuring the spectral coefficients of diffuse and mixed reflections.

变厚度圆板、环板振动分析的传递矩阵法*

变厚度圆板和环板是在工程设计中经常遇到的一类构件,与等厚度板相比,通过适当的沿径向厚度的变化,这种变厚度板在振动、失稳、弯曲等方面能起到更好的效果。将沿径向任意变厚度圆板、环板划分为一系列等厚度环板单元,基于Mindlin中厚板理论采用逆向推导的方式推导了其传递矩阵,建立起变厚度圆板、环板的频率方程。通过计算线性变厚度环板自由振动时的频率,并与ANSYS模态分析结果相比较,验证了计算模型的精确性。逆向推导法避免了高阶数传递矩阵推导复杂的问题,是对传递矩阵法的很好推广。     

Analytical solution of transverse oscillation in cyclotron using LP method

We have carried out an approximate analytical solution to precisely consider the influence of magnetic field on the transverse oscillation of particles in a cyclotron.The differential equations of transverse oscillation are solved from the Lindstedt-Poincare method.After careful deduction,accurate first-order analytic solutions are obtained.The analytical solutions are applied to the magnetic field from an isochronous cyclotron with four spiral sectors.The accuracy of these analytical solutions is verified and confirmed from comparison with a numerical method.Finally,we discussed the transverse oscillation at v_0=N/2,using the same analytical solution.     

注入电流对垂直腔面发射激光器横模特性的影响

对980nm氧化限制型垂直腔面发射激光器横模进行测试和研究,理论上从时间、空间变量的速率方程出发,利用空间积分法分析了典型电注入参数对弱折射率导引垂直腔面发射激光器(VCSELs)横模行为的影响,通过实验测试,得到VCSELs的横模光场分布情况,并与理论分析进行对比,得出相应的实验结果,在氧化孔径不变的情况下,随着注入电流的增加,载流子分布从有源区中心向边缘移动,模式从低阶基模向高阶模转变,并发生了较强的模式竞争以及载流子空间烧孔效应,最终导致基模强度的降低.另一方面,通过比较不同注入孔径下高阶模的发生时 关键词： 横模 垂直腔面发射激光器 空间烧孔现象 模式竞争     

Investigation of the Raman spectra of CuxAgl−xGaS2 solid solutions

Raman spectra in (┴, ┴) and (║, ║) polarizations are investigated on crystals of CuGaS₂, AgGaS₂ compounds and Cu_xAg_l−xGaS₂ solid solutions. The frequencies of longitudinal and transverse optical phonons are determined, their concentration dependences are constructed, and the behavior of the vibrational modes in Cu_xAg_l−xGaS₂ solid solutions is established. HIRFL—CSR电子冷却装置的电子枪设计

 从理论上推导并分析了绝热加速原理，进而应用改进的EGUN程序对HIRFL – CSR冷却装置电子枪进行了模拟设计。给出了电子束的横向温度随电极结构和螺线管纵向磁场的变化情况。计算结果表明：在冷却装置的整个工作能量范围内，可以获得横向温度低于0.1eV的电子束。     

重离子碰撞中K介子和π介子产生的统一动力学模拟

用RVUU模型统一地研究了重离子碰撞中产生的K介子和π介子的动力学过程.考虑了K产生和输运过程的介质效应,同时,计入了π在核物质中的传播.用它模拟了每核子1GeV入射能量的重离子碰撞中π产生和阈下K产生过程.讨论了核介质效应对π末态性质的影响,以及对K末态性质的联带影响.计算结果表明,吸引的π光学势,影响了末态π动量分布,使横动量分布中具有小动量的π产额增大,同时明显增大了K的产额,改变了K的动量分布.这说明要合理地评价重离子碰撞的探测信息,需要统一地研究K和π的这些末态动力学作用.     

Parametric excitation of hybrid mode in magnetised piezoelectric semiconductors

Using the hydrodynamic model of homogeneous plasma, the parametric decay of a laser beam into an acoustic wave and another electromagnetic wave has been studied in heavily dopedn-type piezoelectric semiconductors in the presence of a transverse magnetostatic field. This decay process results in the parametric excitation of the hybrid mode. The threshold electric field necessary for the onset of instability equals to zero. The magnetostatic field couples the acoustic and the electromagnetic waves and in its absence the instability disappears. The growth rate increases with the square of the magnetic field.     

Diffraction of Surface Waves by the Edge of a Wedge

Conditions of propagation of Rayleigh waves over an elastic wedge are considered. Refraction factors are determined for conversion of the initial wave into secondary volume and surface waves. Calculation results for the modules of the refraction coefficient agree well with published experimental data.
