Nuclear spectroscopy using radioactive isotope beams requires dedicated set-ups. State-of-the-art Ge arrays recently started to provide valuable γ spectroscopic data. At the SIS/FRS facility at GSI exotic beams at relativistic energies were employed for Coulomb excitation and secondary fragmentation experiments with the fast beam RISING set-up. Shell evolution far off stability, pn-pairing, symmetries and nuclear shapes were studied in nuclei ranging from 36Ca to 136Nd. The observation of a I = 27 ħ state demonstrated that high spin states can be reached in massive fragmentation reactions. This and the large sensitivity of relativistic in-beam experiments opens a rich ground for advanced nuclear structure studies. Combining RISING with AGATA γ-tracking detectors and improved particle detection is planned for future experimental investigations.  相似文献

The mechanical design of the target module of an accelerator driven subcritical nuclear reactor system (ADSS) calls for an analysis of the related thermal-hydraulic issues because of large amount of heat deposition in the spallation region during the course of nuclear interactions with the molten lead bismuth eutectic (LBE) target. The LBE also should carry the entire heat generated as a consequence of the spallation reaction. The problem of heat removal by the LBE is a challenging thermal-hydraulic issue. For this, one has to examine the flows of low Prandtl number fluids (LBE) in a complex ADSS geometry. In this study, the equations governing the laminar flow and thermal energy are solved numerically using the streamline upwind Petrov-Galerkin (SUPG) finite element (FE) method. The target systems with a straight and a nozzle guide have been considered. The principal purpose of the analysis is to trace the flow and temperature distribution and thereby to check the suitability of the flow guide in avoiding the recirculation or stagnation zones in the flow space that may lead to hot spots.   相似文献

A challenge for future applications in nanotechnology is the functional integration of nano-sized materials into cellular structures. Here we investigated superparamagnetic Fe3O4 iron oxide nanoparticles coated with a lipid bilayer for uptake into cells and for targeting subcellular compartments. It was found that magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) are effectively taken up into cells and make cells acquire magnetic activity. Biotin-conjugated MNPs were further functionalized by binding of the fluorescent tag streptavidin–fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) and, following uptake into cells, shown to confer magnetic activity and fluorescence labeling. Such FITC-MNPs were localized in the lysosomal compartment of cells which suggests a receptor-mediated uptake mechanism.  相似文献

This paper describes a single emulsion-solvent evaporation protocol to prepare PEGylated biodegradable/biocompatible magnetic carriers by utilizing hydrophobic magnetite and a mixture of poly(D,L lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) and poly(lactic acid-block-polyethylene glycol) (PLA-PEG) (26:1 by mass) polymers. We characterized the magnetic microspheres in terms of morphology, composite microstructure, size and size distribution, and magnetic properties. Results show that the preparation produces magnetic microspheres with a good spherical morphology, small size (mean diameter of 1.2–1.5 μm) by means of large size distributions, and magnetizations up to 20–30 emu/g of microspheres.  相似文献

为提高移动机器人的位置估计精度和跟踪效果,提出一种基于道路约束条件下的移动机器人鲁棒约束H∞滤波(CHF)跟踪算法.首先,将机器人移动的道路网络作为跟踪的约束条件,并利用当前统计模型对机器人的运动进行建模.其次,将道路约束条件作为机器人跟踪的非线性状态约束,利用最小协方差估计推导了鲁棒CHF递推方程.通过拉格朗日乘子法对非线性约束优化估计问题进行求解,并利用约束信息对CHF算法的状态更新过程进行了改进.最后,通过对CHF算法和无约束的H∞滤波算法的跟踪性能进行了对比分析和验证.仿真结果表明,该算法可以实现机器人的跟踪,且跟踪精度优于HF算法.  相似文献

The transport of solid particles by coherent wall structures is studied here. This phenomenon is present in numerous environmental and engineering flows. The flow above a wall-mounted hemisphere is used for generating hairpin vortices in a laminar boundary layer in a controlled way. By means of direct numerical simulation (DNS) of the fluid flow and simultaneous Lagrangian tracking of particles, the influence of hairpin vortices on solid particles released in the wake of the obstacle is analyzed.  相似文献

A multidimensional advection scheme in 3D based on the use of face‐matched flux polyhedra to integrate the volume fraction evolution equation is proposed. The algorithm tends to reduce the formation of ‘over/undershoots’ by alleviating the over/underlapping of flux polyhedra, thus diminishing the need to use local redistribution algorithms. The accuracy and efficiency of the proposed advection algorithm, which are analyzed using different tests with prescribed velocity field, compare well with other multidimensional advection methods proposed recently. The algorithm is also applied, in combination with a Navier–Stokes solver, to reproduce the impact of a water droplet falling through air on a pool of deep water. The interfacial curvature is calculated using a height‐function technique with adaptive stencil adjustment, which provides improved accuracy in regions of low grid resolution. In CRM (Customer Relationship Management), the importance of a segmentation method for identifying good customers has been increasing. For evaluation of different segmentation methods, Accuracy often plays a key role. This indicator, however, cannot distinguish two types of errors. The purpose of this paper is to overcome this pitfall by introducing two different indicators: Recall and Precision. Assuming that a promotion is addressed exclusively to the selected target customers, the financial effectiveness of the underlying segmentation method is expressed as a function of Recall and Precision. An optimization problem is then formulated so as to maximize the financial measure by finding the optimal threshold level in terms of the severeness for estimating the target set. By introducing a functional form which represents correctness and mistakes about the target set, the unique optimal solution is derived explicitly. The proposed approach is validated by using real customer purchase data.  相似文献

A laser-plasma EUV source is described, which is going to be utilized for characterization of EUV optical components and sensoric devices in the wavelength region from 11 to 13 nm. EUV radiation is generated by focusing a Nd:YAG laser into a double stream gas puff target. By the use of different target gases, broadband as well as narrow-band EUV radiation can be obtained. The emission characteristics of the radiation is monitored by the help of different diagnostic tools including a pinhole camera, an EUV spectrometer, and various EUV photodiodes, either directly or after reflection from multilayer mirrors. Theoretical calculations of collision-induced energy transfer are given in order to explain the observed high degree of electronic excitation in the utilized target gases.  相似文献
