采用ZYGO MarkIII-GPI数字波面干涉仪对以K9玻璃为基底的电子束蒸发方法制备的HfO2薄膜中的残余应力进行了研究,讨论了沉积速率、氧分压这两种工艺参量对HfO2薄膜残余应力的影响.实验结果表明:在所有的工艺条件下,薄膜的残余应力均为张应力;随着沉积速率的升高,氧分压的减小,薄膜的堆积密度逐渐增大,而残余应力呈减小趋势.同时用X射线衍射技术测量分析了不同工艺条件下HfO2薄膜的晶体结构,探讨了HfO2薄膜晶体

Mechanisms of photophysical, photobiological, and therapeutic action of light on blood in vivo are discussed based on results
of spectral and clinical studies of blood, plasma, and erythrocytes. Spectral manifestations of photochemical reactions initiated
in blood by therapeutic doses of radiation in vivo with light of different wavelengths are considered. Spectral and clinical
results of blood investigations are compared for patients whose complex treatment included intravenous blood irradiation and
magnetotherapy. Mechanisms for secondary (dark) reactions induced by the action of light on blood in vivo are discussed. The
radiation of laser and non-laser light sources used at present for intravenous blood irradiation (365, 405, 450, 530, 632,
635, 808 nm) is shown to fall within hemoglobin absorption bands. The conclusion is made that blood absorption of laser and
non-laser light radiation results in functional alteration of hemoglobin as a possible primary photoacceptor absorbing light
radiation of the above wavelengths. The therapeutic effect of intravenous blood irradiation is initiated by hemoglobin functional
activity modulation. Phototherapy is a means to correct it. Intravenous phototherapy should be considered as a therapeutic
method that changes (provided that the dosage is correct) the balance of active oxygen species production and their inhibition
by antioxidants.

The electron work function, contact potential difference, and surface stress of the elastically deformed faces of the metal covered by a dielectric are calculated by using the Kohn–Sham method and stabilized jellium model. Our calculations demonstrate the opposite deformation dependencies of the work function and contact potential difference. Dielectric coating leads to a negative change in the work function and a positive change in the contact potential difference. It is shown that the measurements of the contact potential difference of a deformed face by the Kelvin method give only the change in the value of the one-electron effective potential in the plane of a virtual image behind the surface, rather than the value of the electron work function. The obtained values of the electron work function and surface stress for Al, Au, Cu, and Zn are in agreement with the results of experiments for polycrystals. 相似文献

The emergence of nanotechnology has driven recent interest in systems having surface atoms as a significant fraction of all atoms present, in particular nano-sheets (ultra-thin slabs), nano-wires, and nano-particles. In these systems, the bulk (i.e. non-surface region or interior) is typically strained in response to the stress of the surface. This elastic strain of the bulk in turn changes the surface lattice constants. Since the bulk and the surface are coupled, the problem must be solved self-consistently. Solving this problem requires a quantitative model of the surface elastic properties which are different from the bulk. In this paper we consider various models that have been proposed for surface elasticity. Our goal is to elucidate the relationship between two contrasting approaches: (1) the Shuttleworth equation which defines a surface stress based on the strain derivative of the surface energy and (2) the Gurtin-Murdoch (GM) theory which considers the surface layer as a membrane with residual strain and with elastic constants different from the bulk. The GM theory is analogous to the 2-D Frenkel-Kontorova (FK) model and can be used to obtain quantitative parameters for the FK model. We present an embedded atom method calculation of the surface elastic constants of Cu(1 1 1) using the GM theory with the surface represented by a membrane one atomic layer thick. This quantitative approach describes the elastic properties of surfaces in a physically appealing way. Just as the bulk elastic constants provide direct information regarding the stress/strain relationship in a bulk material, the surface elastic constants provide similar information for a surface monolayer. The present paper considers the scattering of the time harmonic stress wave by a single crack and two collinear cracks in functionally graded piezoelectric material (FGPM). It is assumed that the properties of the FGPM vary continuously as an exponential function. By using the Fourier transform and defining the jumps of displacements and electric potential components across the crack surface as the unknown functions, two pairs of dual integral equations are derived. To solve the dual integral equations, the jumps of the displacement and electric potential components across the crack surface are expanded in a series of Jacobi polynomials. Numerical examples are provided to show the influences of material properties on the dynamic stress and the electric displacement intensity factors. 相似文献

利用一维应力波理论对霍普金森压杆(SHPB)测试中的均匀性问题作了较为详尽的讨论,对测试中各种加载波形的优缺点及各参数对均匀性的影响进行了分析与评估。给出了测试脆性材料时实现恒应变率加载的加载条件。对在满足应力均匀性要求下SHPB的可测应变率范围作了讨论并修正了前人不完善的结论。讨论了考虑均匀性时应采用的测试数据处理方法。利用图解的方法对弹塑性材料测试时的均匀性问题及相应加载要求作了定性分析,指出对弹塑性材料,测试中的应变不均匀也应予以考虑。 相似文献

对经高静水压处理的水稻粤香占(Oryza sativa L. cv. Yuexiangzhan)种子播种后的植株进行了抗氧化酶活性的测定和对逆境胁迫响应的研究。结果表明,高压处理抑制了水稻生长早期(12 d)色素和蛋白质含量的增加,并使早期抗氧化酶活性表现较对照低。随着播种天数增加,经高压处理的材料中的色素、蛋白质含量不同程度地增加,抗氧化酶活性发生改变,至播种后32 d时,高压处理的叶绿素含量和可溶性蛋白含量都高于对照粤香占。在自然低温条件下,经高压(干压、湿压)处理的植株其Rubisco大、小亚基含量和光合色素含量较高,抗光抑制能力增强,具一定的耐低温性。 相似文献

MOCVD生长的GaN和GaN:Mg薄膜的拉曼散射 总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1
通过显微拉曼散射对用金属有机化学气相沉积(MOCVD)法在Al2O3衬底上生长的六方相CaN和掺Mg的P型GaN薄膜进行了研究。在两个样品的拉曼散射谱中同时观察到位于640,660cm^-1附近的两个峰。640cm^-1的峰归因于布里渊区边界(L点)最高声学声子的二倍频,而660cm^-1的峰为布里渊区边界的光学声子支或缺陷诱导的局域振动模。掺Mg的GaN在该处的峰型变宽是Mg诱导的缺陷引起的加宽或Mg的局域模与上述两峰叠加的结果。在掺Mg的样品中还观察到276,376cm^-1几个局域模并给予了解释。同时掺Mg的GaN中出现了应力弛豫的现象,掺Mg引起的失配位错和电子-声子相互作用都有可能对E2模的频率产生影响。 相似文献
