针对受外扰影响的统一混沌系统,提出一种基于径向基函数(RBF)神经网络的主动滑模自适应控制方法.将被控系统分解为受控子系统和自由子系统,利用主动控制思想,建立受控子系统在目标点处的状态误差的可控标准型,设计出一个结构简单的基于滑模趋近率在线参数整定的RBF函数神经网络控制器,并且基于Lyapunov稳定性理论分析了系统的稳定性.仿真结果表明该控制器对系统参数突变和外部干扰具有鲁棒性,同时抑制了抖振.

The dynamic and lubrication characteristic analyses of the crankshaft–bearing system is quite a complex problem, and it is important to avoid asperity contact which may lead to bearing wear and increase of friction loss significantly in dynamic lubrication condition. In this paper, the dynamic characteristic that has an essential impact on lubrication was investigated over an inline six-cylinder engine. Multi-body dynamics method, tribology, finite element method (FEM), finite difference method (FDM) and component mode synthesis method (CMS) were combined to analyze the dynamic characteristic of crankshaft, oil leakage, oil film pressure, asperity contact pressure and friction loss. Then the orthogonal experiment that included 5 levels and 6 factors was conducted to obtain the training sample sets for neural network, and the probabilistic neural network (PNN) was employed to identify weather the asperity contact happened or not according to its nonlinear characteristic. The analyses which can provide the guidance for the design of main bearing, and avoid the asperity contact in the lubrication are significant to the design of the bearing at the development stage of the engine. 相似文献

对3种不同残奥(RA)含量的马氏体高强钢进行干滑动摩擦磨损试验, 研究RA含量对其磨损性能的影响. 利用扫描电镜、透射电镜、X射线衍射仪等对试验后的磨损表面及横截面显微组织进行表征. 结果表明, RA含量越高, 磨损表面越光滑, 摩擦系数和磨损率越小, 也即马氏体高强钢的耐磨性越好. 磨损引起的大应变使RA发生应变诱导马氏体相变, 导致硬度和硬化层厚度显著增大. RA含量最高的HT3试样的硬度提高了18.3%, 硬化层厚度达70μm. 相比RA含量低的试样, HT3试样表现出很好的耐磨性. 这是因为马氏体相变使硬度逐步增加, 抗裂纹萌生能力提高; 同时由于亚表面良好的韧性, 可延缓和阻止裂纹扩展, 使得点蚀和剥落不易形成. 因此, 要提高马氏体高强钢的耐磨性, 除了硬度要求外, 还需要考虑其亚表面韧性. 相似文献

Volterra and Wiener theories provide the concepts of linear,bilinear, tri-linear, etc., kernels, which upon convolution with theexcitation force, can be employed to represent the response of anonlinear system. Based on these theories, higher-order frequencyresponse functions (FRFs) are employed to estimate the nonlinearstiffness of rolling element bearings, supporting a rigid rotor. Therotor-bearing assembly is idealized as a single-degree-freedom system,with cubic nonlinearity. The analysis involves a third-order kernelrepresentation of the system response. The first and third-order kerneltransforms are extracted from the measurements of the appliedwhite-noise excitation and the resultant response. A third-order kernelfactor is synthesized from this first-order kernel and is processedalong with the third-order kernel for estimation of the nonlinearparameter. This paper investigates the problem of trajectory tracking control for quadrotor unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) in the presence of dynamic obstacles and external disturbance forces/torques. More specifically, two new sliding mode disturbance observers are firstly designed to estimate the external disturbances, in which the observation errors can converge to zero in finite time. Furthermore, utilizing the observation information, a new sliding mode surface-like variable-based position tracking control scheme and a novel nonsingular terminal sliding mode-based attitude synchronization control scheme are developed to drive the UAV tracking the reference trajectory with obstacle avoiding. Moreover, the tracking errors of the close-loop control system can converge to zero within finite time by the analyses of Lyapunov methodology.
