Slip is one of the most common forms of failure in aviation bearings, and it can pose a great threat to the stable operation of aviation bearings. Bearing cage speed monitoring methods based on weak magnetic detection can achieve nondestructive measurements. However, the method suffers from solid signal background noise due to the high sensitivity of the sensor. Therefore, in this paper, an adaptive stochastic resonance algorithm was proposed in response to the characteristics of the weak magnetic detection signal and the problem of solid noise. In addition, by adaptively adjusting the coefficients of the stochastic resonance system—by an improved moth flame optimization algorithm—the drawback in which the stochastic resonance method required artificially set parameters for extracting the feature frequencies of the weak magnetic signals was solved. In this process, we used parameters, such as general refined composite multi-scale sample entropy, as the adaptation function of the optimization algorithm. The complex and harsh working environment of rolling bearings cause the fault characteristics in vibration signal contaminated by the noise, which make fault diagnosis difficult. In this paper, a feature enhancement method of rolling bearing signal based on variational mode decomposition with K determined adaptively (K-adaptive VMD), and radial based function fuzzy entropy (RBF-FuzzyEn), is proposed. Firstly, a phenomenon called abnormal decline of center frequency (ADCF) is defined in order to determine the parameter K of VMD adaptively. Then, the raw signal is separated into K intrinsic mode functions (IMFs). A coefficient En for selecting optimal IMFs is calculated based on the center frequency bands (CFBs) of all IMFs and frequency spectrum for original signal autocorrelation operation. After that, the optimal IMFs of which En are bigger than the threshold are selected to reconstruct signal. Secondly, RBF is introduced as an innovative fuzzy function to enhance the feature discrimination of fuzzy entropy between bearings in different states. A specific way for determination of parameter r in fuzzy function is also presented. Finally, RBF-FuzzyEn is used to extract features of reconstructed signal. Simulation and experiment results show that K-adaptive VMD can effectively reduce the noise and enhance the fault characteristics; RBF-FuzzyEn has strong feature differentiation, superior noise robustness, and low dependence on data length. 相似文献

粉煤灰合成Na-X沸石去除废水中镍离子的研究 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
粉煤灰通过碱熔融 水热法合成了Na-X型沸石,研究了Na-X型沸石的用量、吸附时间、溶液pH值、初始镍离子浓度和温度对废水中镍离子去除效果的影响。结果表明,Na-X型粉煤灰沸石对镍离子的去除性能与化学原料合成的13X相当,明显优于粉煤灰。在20℃,pH值为6,沸石用量10g/L,吸附15min时,对初始浓度为20mg/L~150mg/L的镍离子去除率均可达90%以上。镍离子的吸附过程符合Langmiur吸附等温方程式,其单层吸附量为11.2×10-3。粉煤灰沸石重复使用5次,对废水中镍离子的去除率仍高达95%,再生性能良好。 相似文献

Two cystine-bearing 1,3-bridged calix[4]arenes were used as the coatings of the quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) with gold electrodes. The two calix[4]arene derivatives were self-assembled onto the gold electrode surface by the covalent attachment between the di-sulfur and gold. The compound of cystine-bearing bi-phenylalanine 1,3-bridged calix[4]arene (CPC) with longer alkyl chain had better self-assembled capacity onto the fresh surfaces of gold electrode than that of cystine-bearing 1,3-bridged calix[4]arene (CC) with comparably shorter alkyl chain.The modified QCM sensors were used to recognize the butylamine isomers in gas. The results showed that the QCM coated with both compounds had preferential affinity to n-butylamine, then i-butylamine, t-butylamine in the range of low concentrations, indicating that in the recognition process, the steric hindrance effect played an important role when forming complex with guest molecules. When the concentrations of the analytes were increased, the polarity and the magnetism of the butylamine became determinative factors. The reversibility was improved greatly and the equilibrium time was much shorter on the self-assembled film than on the film obtained by dropping coating. 相似文献

锥头阻力在静力触探试验中扮演着十分重要的角色.从不同角度,对触探中锥头阻力的研究进行简要阐述,对承载力理论、空洞膨胀理论、应变路径法及运动点位错法等几种理论分析方法进行了回顾.另外,对数值分析和实验研究的进展情况进行了叙述.并对各种方法的适用性进行了比较.承载力理论虽然简单,但忽略了土的压缩性和探杆周围初始应力的增加,所以不能精确地模拟锥头的深层贯入.空洞膨胀理论提供了一个分析锥头阻力的简单而较精确的方法,它考虑了土的压缩性(或膨胀性)和锥头贯入过程中锥杆周围应力增加的影响.但这种方法是将锥头贯入与空洞膨胀之间做了一个等效模拟,所以不同的模拟方法,得到的结果差别较大.应变路径法能够有效解决饱和粘土中的不排水贯入,但不适用于砂土.运动点位错法因为考虑了部分排水,所以能较好地预测固结系数,但采用了线弹性分析,故位错法在其他方面的应用还需要大量的试验验证.有限元法在处理锥头贯入这类慢侵彻问题时缺乏一种很好的处理技术,导致它在进行破坏荷载计算时有显著的误差和数值计算困难.标定槽试验将在验证和建立锥头阻力与土的性能关系方面继续起到一个重要作用,但其结果需经过校正后才可应用到现场.最后对该领域的研究趋势进行了讨论. 相似文献

The influence of intragranular slip on grain boundary sliding is studied in originally compatible zinc bicrystals with symmetric tilt boundary. The experiment is designed to separate different effects of intragranular slip on the boundary sliding and establish their mechanisms. Grain boundary sliding with and without development of intragranular slip is observed. The rate of sliding accompanied by slip is more than five times of that without slip. A good correlation between the boundary sliding and intragranular slip prior to slide hardening is established. Slide hardening followed by the negative sliding near one end of the boundary and strain hardening in the boundary vicinity, are observed at the last stages of deformation. For the case of formation of slip induced glissile grain boundary dislocations of opposite signs the possibility of their contribution to total grain boundary sliding, is analyzed. The effect of the increase in the rate of sliding is explained in terms of the accommodation of sliding by slip and appearance of additional glissile grain boundary dislocations of one sign due to strain incompatibility. Contribution of these different dislocation mechanisms to the increase in the sliding rate is determined for the stage of deformation preceding slide hardening. It is supposed that the effect of slide hardening and negative sliding as well as boundary curving is created by non-smooth boundary and small degree of incompatibility caused by straining. 相似文献
