随着对人体皮肤摩擦学特性研究的展开,目前还没有适用的设备对脸颊?额头等不规则形状部位进行测试,本文研制了一种便携式的摩擦性能测试仪,并在不损害皮肤情况下进行人体皮肤摩擦性能测试,结果表明:该测试仪使用方便?性能可靠.在0.2 2N 的接触正压力和10 60nml/S 的滑行速度范围内,皮肤摩擦系数与施加的接触正压力及滑行速度无关.自然状态下,手背?手掌?前臂屈侧?前臂伸侧?前额部位皮肤摩擦系数在性别间的差距较小,但脸颊部位皮肤摩擦系数女性却远大于男性.护肤品处理后,各测试部位皮肤摩擦系数在性别间的差距都有所缩小. 相似文献

This work reports a numerical study undertaken to investigate the dynamic response of a rotor supported by two turbulent flow
model journal bearings with nonlinear suspension and lubricated with couple stress fluid under quadratic damping. This may
be the first time that analysis of rotor-bearing system considered the quadratic damping effect. The dynamic response of the
rotor center and bearing center are studied. The analysis methods employed in this study are inclusive of the dynamic trajectories
of the rotor center and bearing center, power spectra, Poincaré maps and bifurcation diagrams. The maximum Lyapunov exponent
analysis is also used to identify the onset of chaotic motion. The modeling results provide some useful insights into the
design and development of rotor-bearing system for rotating machinery that operates at highly rotational speed and highly

This research studies the effects of axial preload on nonlinear dynamic characteristics of a flexible rotor supported by angular
contact ball bearings. A dynamic model of ball bearings is improved for modeling a five-degree-of-freedom rotor bearing system.
The predicted results are in good agreement with prior experimental data, thus validating the proposed model. With or without
considering unbalanced forces, the Floquet theory is employed to investigate the bifurcation and stability of system periodic
solution. With the aid of Poincarè maps and frequency response, the unstable motion of system is analyzed in detail. Results
show that the effects of axial preload applied to ball bearings on system dynamic characteristics are significant. The unstable
periodic solution of a balanced rotor bearing system can be avoided when the applied axial preload is sufficient. The bifurcation
margins of an unbalanced rotor bearing system enhance markedly as the axial preload increases and relates to system resonance

通过室内模型试验,对黄土地基中大直径超长群桩基础的承载-沉降关系、承台下土体附加应力的分布及发展、桩土承载情况以及不同位置桩的受力特性分别进行了研究。结果表明:黄土地基中大直径超长群桩基础荷载-沉降曲线呈缓变型且没有明显拐点,故群桩基础的极限承载力应综合沉降-时间对数s-lgt曲线和荷载-沉降Q-s曲线来确定。承台下土体附加应力分布为边缘大中心小。不同位置的桩承载性能不同,总体上是角桩(6#桩)最大,边桩(5#桩)次之,中心桩(1#桩)最小;同时各桩的桩侧摩阻力及桩身轴力沿桩长的变化也有所不同。 相似文献

采用泰勒级数作为分段插值函数,在考虑多个截面的平衡条件和紧箍效应钢管混凝土应力-应变关系基础上,提出了钢管混凝土格构柱弹塑性极限承载力数值方法,并编制了相应的计算程序。与现有的分段合成法相比,该方法考虑了剪力对柱变形的影响,不仅适用于两端偏心相等的偏压构件,而且适用于两端偏心不等的偏压构件的弹塑性极限承载力的计算。利用提出的计算方法和编制的程序对国内已有两端偏心相同的四肢钢管混凝土格构偏压长柱的试验结果进行了计算,并与现有规程进行了比较,结果表明:现有计算方法结果偏于保守,计算误差大,本文提出的计算结果与试验结果吻合良好。 相似文献

在MM-1000型摩擦磨损试验机上采用不同试验条件对玄武岩试件进行了高速摩擦试验研究,结果表明:摩擦表面载荷、运动速度以及摩擦速度以及摩擦表面特性等因素均对摩擦系数产生影响;摩擦系数随载荷的增大呈现减小趋势;对于饱和吸水试件,摩擦系数随运动速度增大持续降低;在其它试验条件下,饱和吸水试件的动摩擦系数比干燥试件明显要低。 相似文献

The fuzzy-entropy-based complexity metric approach has achieved fruitful results in bearing fault diagnosis. However, traditional hierarchical fuzzy entropy (HFE) and multiscale fuzzy entropy (MFE) only excavate bearing fault information on different levels or scales, but do not consider bearing fault information on both multiple layers and multiple scales at the same time, thus easily resulting in incomplete fault information extraction and low-rise identification accuracy. Besides, the key parameters of most existing entropy-based complexity metric methods are selected based on specialist experience, which indicates that they lack self-adaptation. To address these problems, this paper proposes a new intelligent bearing fault diagnosis method based on self-adaptive hierarchical multiscale fuzzy entropy. On the one hand, by integrating the merits of HFE and MFE, a novel complexity metric method, named hierarchical multiscale fuzzy entropy (HMFE), is presented to extract a multidimensional feature matrix of the original bearing vibration signal, where the important parameters of HMFE are automatically determined by using the bird swarm algorithm (BSA). On the other hand, a nonlinear feature matrix classifier with strong robustness, known as support matrix machine (SMM), is introduced for learning the discriminant fault information directly from the extracted multidimensional feature matrix and automatically identifying different bearing health conditions. Two experimental results on bearing fault diagnosis show that the proposed method can obtain average identification accuracies of 99.92% and 99.83%, respectively, which are higher those of several representative entropies reported by this paper. Moreover, in the two experiments, the standard deviations of identification accuracy of the proposed method were, respectively, 0.1687 and 0.2705, which are also greater than those of the comparison methods mentioned in this paper.
