The dynamics of a spatially extended system of two competing species in the presence of two noise sources is studied. A correlated dichotomous noise acts on the interaction parameter and a multiplicative white noise affects directly the dynamics of the two species. To describe the spatial distribution of the species we use a model based on Lotka-Volterra (LV) equations. By writing them in a mean field form, the corresponding moment equations for the species concentrations are obtained in Gaussian approximation. In this formalism the system dynamics is analyzed for different values of the multiplicative noise intensity. Finally by comparing these results with those obtained by direct simulations of the time discrete version of LV equations, that is coupled map lattice (CML) model, we conclude that the anticorrelated oscillations of the species densities are strictly related to non-overlapping spatial patterns.  相似文献

First-principles calculations are performed to compute the e33 piezoelectric coefficients of GaN, ScN and (ScxGa1-xN) alloys exhibiting an alternation of hexagonal GaN, with hexagonal ScN along the c-axis. For Sc compositions larger than 50%, each atom has nearly five nearest neighbors (i.e., the ground state exhibits a phase that is five-fold coordinated). On the other hand, Sc-deficient (Sc, Ga) N alloys adopt a ground-state that is four-fold coordinated). The magnitude of e33 in the Sc-deficient ideally ordered (Sc0.25Ga0.75N) is found to be larger than the magnitude of the corresponding e33 coefficients resulting from the compositional weighted average over the hexagonal (h-ScN) and the wurtzite (w-GaN) parent compounds. On the other hand, the e33 coefficients of the Sc-rich ordered (Sc0.75Ga0.25N) is found to be negligibly small. In addition, e33 piezoelectric coefficients in ordered (Sc0.5Ga0.5N) exhibit quite large magnitudes, due to the nonpolar to polar transition occurs at Sc composition x = 0.5, and thus can bridge the corresponding coefficients of (Ga, In) N and ferroelectric alloys. The microscopic origins for this huge enhancement in the piezoelectric behavior in Sc-low and Sc-intermediate alloys and the role of each atom are revealed and discussed.  相似文献

We study constraints on neutrino properties for a class of bi-large mixing See-Saw mass matrices with texture zeros and with the related Dirac neutrino mass matrix to be proportional to a diagonal matrix of the form diag(ε,1,1). Texture zeros may occur in the light (class a) or in the heavy (class b) neutrino mass matrices. Each of these two classes has 5 different forms which can produce non-trivial three generation mixing with at least one texture zero. We find that two types of texture zero mass matrices in both class a and class b can be consistent with present data on neutrino masses and mixing. None of the neutrinos can have zero masses and the lightest of the light neutrinos has a mass larger than about 0.046 eV for class a and 0.0027 eV for class b. In these models although the CKM CP violating phase vanishes, the non-zero Majorana phases can exist and can play an important role in producing the observed baryon asymmetry in our universe through leptogenesis mechanism. The requirement of producing the observed baryon asymmetry can further distinguish different models and also restrict the See-Saw scale to be in the range of 1012~1015 GeV. We discuss the spectral lineshapes of reflectance and modulated reflectance (MR) measurements on optoelectronic device structures such as epi-layers, quantum wells (QWs), vertical-cavity surface emitting-lasers (VCSELs) and resonant-cavity light-emitting diodes (RCLEDs). We consider the various methods for the extraction of built-in electric fields and band-gap energies from Franz-Keldysh oscillations (FKO), using the example of a tensilely strained InGaAs QW system, whose InGaAsP barriers yield strong FKO. We describe how critical point transition energies can be easily obtained by eye from Kramers-Kronig (KK) transforms of low field or QW modulation spectra, using the example of the modulated transmittance spectra of dilute-nitrogen InGaAsN p-i-n structures. We also discuss how the ordinary reflectivity spectrum, usually acquired at the same time as the MR signal, may also be exploited to extract layer thicknesses and compositions, and information about the active QW absorption spectrum in VCSEL and RCLED structures.  相似文献

The three-dimensional bimodal random-field Ising model is studied via a new finite temperature numerical approach. The methods of Wang-Landau sampling and broad histogram are implemented in a unified algorithm by using the N-fold version of the Wang-Landau algorithm. The simulations are performed in dominant energy subspaces, determined by the recently developed critical minimum energy subspace technique. The random-fields are obtained from a bimodal distribution, that is we consider the discrete (±Δ) case and the model is studied on cubic lattices with sizes 4≤L ≤20. In order to extract information for the relevant probability distributions of the specific heat and susceptibility peaks, large samples of random-field realizations are generated. The general aspects of the model's scaling behavior are discussed and the process of averaging finite-size anomalies in random systems is re-examined under the prism of the lack of self-averaging of the specific heat and susceptibility of the model.  相似文献

铁矿中磁性率是评价铁矿床工业价值和划分矿石工业类型的重要指标。传统的磁性率测定法存在工作量大、效率低、周期长的缺陷,成为经济、合理、高效开采铁矿资源的瓶颈问题。采用便携式地物光谱测试仪对辽宁省鞍钢集团鞍千矿业有限责任公司的BIF实验样品进行可见光-近红外光谱测试,分析了光谱特征,构建了比值指数(RI)、差值指数(DI)和归一化指数(NDI),并确定光谱指数与样品磁性率相关性最显著的敏感波段及对应的相关系数值;优选出与样品磁性率相关性最显著的比值指数(RI),构建实验样品磁性率的定量反演模型,并进行了验证。结果表明,三种光谱指数与样品磁性率敏感波段均位于935与1 050 nm,且该波段处的相关系数均达到0.9以上,其中比值指数与样品磁性率的相关性最高;基于比值指数构建的实验样品磁性率定量反演模型的预测误差为0.038,反演磁性率与实测磁性率的判定系数(R2)为0.964 5,预测结果比较理想。为确定BIF的磁性率提供了一种新方法,该方法具有工作强度小、经济、高效、便捷的优点,且对遥感找矿具有一定指导意义。  相似文献

本文对动静叶栅分别进行优化改型,并对改型前后叶栅的气动性能进行数值分析。动静叶栅的优化改型基于正反问题相结合的流函数方法,性能分析一方面基于单排叶栅定常粘性流动的数值计算,另一方面基于动静叶栅相互干扰非定常粘性流动的数值计算。算例结果表明,经过优化改型后的动静叶栅的气动性能,无论在定常流动条件下还是在非定常流动条件下,相比改型前均有较大幅度的改善。  相似文献
