PREPARATION OF NANOMETER TiO2 ORGANIC SOLUTION-EFFECT OF ORGANIC SILOXANE ON SOL PROPERTIES

A homogeneous longtime stabilized transparent nanometer TiO2 organic solution was obtained by means of the simultaneous hydrolysis and co-polycodensation of tetrabutyltitanate (TBT) and methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane (MAPTMS) by the sol-gel process. The particle size of nanometer titanium dioxide was controlled by use of bifunctional silanes, such as diphenyldimethoxysilane (DPDMS), diphenyldiethoxysilane (DPDES) and dimethyldiethoxysilane (DMDES). The effect of TiO2 content in the solution on the refractive index of system was discussed in detail. The result shows that the refractive index of solution increases linearly with TiO2 content. The refractive index of the three hybrid nanorneter materials attained 1.6053, 1.5846 and 1.5346, respectively. The size of nanometer particles was characterized by TEM and the particle diameter thus obtained is in the range of 20-90 nm. FT-IR spectra of the materials show that the TiO-Si bond is formed.     

The spectrum of compact hypersurface in sphere

Let M be a compact minimal hypersurface of sphere Sn 1(1). Let (M) be H (r)-torus of sphere Sn 1 (1).Assume they have the same constant mean curvature H, the result in [1] is that ifSpec0(M, g) =Spec0((M), g),then for 3≤ n ≤ 6, r2≤n-1/n or n ≥ 6, r2 ≥ n-1, then M is isometric to (M). We improved the result and prove that: if Spec0(M,g) =Spec0((M),g), then M is isometric to (M). Generally, if Specp(M,g) =Specp((M),g), here p is fixed and satisfies that n(n - 1) ≠ 6p(n - p), then M is isometric to (M).     

Frame multiresolution analysis and infinite trees in Banach spaces on locally compact abelian groups

We extend the concept of frame multiresolution analysis to a locally compact abelian group and use it to define certain weighted Banach spaces and the spaces of their antifunctionals. We define analysis and synthesis operators on these spaces and establish the continuity of their composition. Also, we prove a general result to characterize infinite trees in the above Banach spaces of antifunctionals. This paper paves the way for the study of corresponding problems associated with some other types of Banach spaceson locally compact abelian groups including modulation spaces.     

一个求解不等式约束优化问题的势函数算法

A potential function algorithm is constructed for solving inequality constrainted optimization problems. It is proved that the sequences generated by the algorithm converge locally to a Kuhn-Tucker point under some suitable conditions. Finally, numerical results arc reported to show the validity of the algorithm.     

Monotonicity and supermodularity results for the Erlang loss system

For the Erlang loss system with s servers and offered load a, we show that: (i) the load carried by the last server is strictly increasing in a; (ii) the carried load of the whole system is strictly supermodular on {(s,a)|s=0,1,… and a>0}.     

Direct Result for a Summation-Integral Type Modification of Szász-Mirakjan Operators

In this paper, study of direct result for a summation-integral type modification of Szász-Mirakjan operators is carried out. Calculation of moments, density result and a Voronovskaja-type result are also obtained.     

Global uniqueness in an inverse problem for time fractional diffusion equations

Given $(M,g)$, a compact connected Riemannian manifold of dimension $d?2$, with boundary ?M, we consider an initial boundary value problem for a fractional diffusion equation on $(0,T)\times M$, $T>0$, with time-fractional Caputo derivative of order $\alpha \in (0,1)\cup (1,2)$. We prove uniqueness in the inverse problem of determining the smooth manifold $(M,g)$ (up to an isometry), and various time-independent smooth coefficients appearing in this equation, from measurements of the solutions on a subset of ?M at fixed time. In the “flat” case where M is a compact subset of ${\mathbb{R}}^d$, two out the three coefficients ρ (density), a (conductivity) and q (potential) appearing in the equation $\rho {?}_t^{\alpha }u?\mathrm{div}\left(a\mathrm{?}u\right)+qu=0$ on $(0,T)\times M$ are recovered simultaneously.     

Approximation by rational functions with polynomials of positive coefficients as the denominators

The present paper proves that if f(x) ∈ C[0,1], changes its sign exactly l times at 0 ＜ y1 ＜ y2 ＜y1＜1 in(0,1),then there exists a pn (x)пn( ),such that |f(x)-p(x)/pn(x)|≤ Cωφ(f,n-1/2),where ρ(x) is defined by ρ(x)=l∏i=1(x - yi), if f(x) ≥ 0 for x ∈ (yl, 1),-1∏i=1(x-yi), iff(x) ＜ 0 for x ∈ (y1,1).which improves and generalizes the result of [7].     

THE EXACT CONVERGENCE RATE AT ZERO OF LAGRANGE INTERPOLATION POLYNOMIAL TO |x|α

In this paper we present a generalized quantitative version of a result due to M. Revers concerning the exact convergence rate at zero of Lagrange interpolation polynomial to f(x) = |x|α with on equally spaced nodes in [-1, 1].
