利用软X射线共振非弹性散射谱(resonant inelastic soft X-ray scattering, RIXS)对3d过渡金属硫化物中的硫化锰(MnS)电子结构进行了研究.通过分析Mn2+的2p63d5→2p53d6→2p63d5二次光子过程,得到了共振非弹性散射谱中的两类非弹性峰,d-d电子跃迁和电荷转移(charge-transfer)跃迁.这两部分跃迁分别共振增强于L边附近及伴随峰附近.基于Hartree-Fock方法的多重态计算分别模拟了原子近似下和立方体Oh对称群下共振非弹性散射谱及吸收谱.计算得MnS实际晶体场10Dq值介于0.80eV—0.85eV之间.对MnS和MnO CT跃迁差异的讨论表明MnS较强的CT跃迁来源于其较窄的能隙宽度. 关键词: 软X射线共振非弹性散射 软X射线吸收谱 d-d跃迁 电荷转移  相似文献

A new set‐up is presented to measure element‐selective magnetization dynamics using the ALICE chamber [Grabis et al. (2003), Rev. Sci. Instrum. 74 , 4048–4051] at the BESSY II synchrotron at the Helmholtz‐Zentrum Berlin. A magnetic‐field pulse serves as excitation, and the magnetization precession is probed by element‐selective X‐ray resonant magnetic scattering. With the use of single‐bunch‐generated X‐rays a temporal resolution well below 100 ps is reached. The ALICE diffractometer environment enables investigations of thin films, described here, multilayers and laterally structured samples in reflection or diffuse scattering geometry. The combination of the time‐resolved set‐up with a cryostat in the ALICE chamber will allow temperature‐dependent studies of precessional magnetization dynamics and of damping constants to be conducted over a large temperature range and for a large variety of systems in reflection geometry.  相似文献

The diffusion of hydrogen within an hydrogenated amorphous silicon (a‐Si:H) layer is based on a trap limited process. Therefore, the diffusion becomes a self‐limiting process with a decreasing diffusion velocity for increasing hydrogen content. In consequence, there is a strong demand for accurate experimental determination of the hydrogen distribution. Nuclear resonant reaction analysis (NRRA) offers the possibility of a non‐destructive measurement of the hydrogen distribution in condensed matter like a‐Si:H thin films. However, the availability of a particle accelerator for NRR‐analysis is limited and the related costs are high. In comparison, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) is also a common method to determine the total hydrogen content of an a‐Si:H layer. FTIR spectrometers are practical table‐top units but lack spatial resolution. In this study, an approach is discussed that greatly reduces the need for complex and expensive NRR‐analysis. A model based prediction of hydrogen depth profiles based on a single NRRA measurement and further FTIR measurements enables to investigate the trap limited hydrogen diffusion within a‐Si:H. The model is validated by hydrogen diffusion experiments during the post‐hydrogenation of hydrogen‐free sputtered a‐Si. The model based prediction of hydrogen depth profiles in a‐Si:H allows more precise design of experiments, prevents misinterpretations, avoids unnecessary NRRA measurements and thus saves time and expense. Advances in resonant inelastic X‐ray scattering (RIXS) have come in lockstep with improvements in energy resolution. Currently, the best energy resolution at the Ir L3‐edge stands at ~25 meV, which is achieved using a diced Si(844) spherical crystal analyzer. However, spherical analyzers are limited by their intrinsic reflection width. A novel analyzer system using multiple flat crystals provides a promising way to overcome this limitation. For the present design, an energy resolution at or below 10 meV was selected. Recognizing that the angular acceptance of flat crystals is severely limited, a collimating element is essential to achieve the necessary solid‐angle acceptance. For this purpose, a laterally graded, parabolic, multilayer Montel mirror was designed for use at the Ir L3‐absorption edge. It provides an acceptance larger than 10 mrad, collimating the reflected X‐ray beam to smaller than 100 µrad, in both vertical and horizontal directions. The performance of this mirror was studied at beamline 27‐ID at the Advanced Photon Source. X‐rays from a diamond (111) monochromator illuminated a scattering source of diameter 5 µm, generating an incident beam on the mirror with a well determined divergence of 40 mrad. A flat Si(111) crystal after the mirror served as the divergence analyzer. From X‐ray measurements, ray‐tracing simulations and optical metrology results, it was established that the Montel mirror satisfied the specifications of angular acceptance and collimation quality necessary for a high‐resolution RIXS multi‐crystal analyzer system.  相似文献

The majority of the beamlines at the Brazilian Synchrotron Light Source Laboratory (LNLS) use radiation produced in the storage‐ring bending magnets and are therefore currently limited in the flux that can be used in the harder part of the X‐ray spectrum (above ~10 keV). A 4 T superconducting multipolar wiggler (SCW) was recently installed at LNLS in order to improve the photon flux above 10 keV and fulfill the demands set by the materials science community. A new multi‐purpose beamline was then installed at the LNLS using the SCW as a photon source. The XDS is a flexible beamline operating in the energy range between 5 and 30 keV, designed to perform experiments using absorption, diffraction and scattering techniques. Most of the work performed at the XDS beamline concentrates on X‐ray absorption spectroscopy at energies above 18 keV and high‐resolution diffraction experiments. More recently, new setups and photon‐hungry experiments such as total X‐ray scattering, X‐ray diffraction under high pressures, resonant X‐ray emission spectroscopy, among others, have started to become routine at XDS. Here, the XDS beamline characteristics, performance and a few new experimental possibilities are described.  相似文献

用KMR模型研究了等离子体中多光子非线性Compton散射下电子相轨道的演化,发现电子与光子进行能量交换后,只有未被俘获电子的相轨道才能从周期性向非周期性、随机型演化,其演化剧烈程度随电子吸收光子数的增大而加剧,随电子与光子碰撞非弹性成分和碰撞前初始速度的增大而迅速减弱,但低于强激光场中的剧烈程度。当电子被光场俘获时,这种演化过程结束并做稳定的运动,光子不再为电子提供能量。  相似文献

海洋立管作为海洋油气开发的关键设备,在运行期间面临疲劳失效的风险,需要对立管进行疲劳试验。针对海洋立管共振弯曲疲劳试验法,提出基于 S7-300 PLC实现海洋立管共振弯曲疲劳试验装置控制系统的设计思想。采用黄金分割法,寻找确定试件共振频率点;同时,为保障系统能够在该共振频率点稳定运行,采用S7-300 PLC作为核心控制器,结合参数自调节模糊PID控制算法,设计完成疲劳试验装置中转速模糊PID控制器,实现对系统转速的精确控制,使得海洋立管疲劳试验装置控制系统在具有PLC控制灵活、可靠性高等特点的同时,大大提高了其自动化程度。  相似文献

我们提出了一个将两个远离的原子制备成纠缠态的腔QED方案,该方案基于两个原子同时和一个腔场发生共振作用.在这个方案里,我们利用一个事先制备好的纠缠态将另外两个分离的原子制备成纠缠态.该方案仅包含两个原子和腔场的共振相互作用,不需要用腔场存储量子信息,并且原子和腔场作用时间极短.因此,我们的方案基于目前的腔QED技术是可以实现的.  相似文献

基于TPG2000强流电子束加速器和带谐振反射器的相对论返波管振荡器,开展了X波段高功率微波产生实验研究,获得了功率约2.5 GW,脉宽约20 ns的微波输出。理论分析及模拟了不同倒角大小对谐振反射器的表面电场及截止性能的影响,并对不同倒角开展了实验研究。结果表明,对谐振反射器倒角可增加输出微波脉冲宽度,且随着倒角增加,微波脉宽增加,效率略有降低。在谐振反射器倒角5 mm情况下,利用电压900 kV,电流9 kA的强流电子束,实验获得了功率约2.5 GW、脉宽大于25 ns的微波输出。  相似文献

In active sonar operation,the presence of background reverberation and the low signal-to-noise ratio hinder the detection of targets.This paper investigates the application of single-channel monostatic iterative time reversal to mitigate the difficulties by exploiting the resonances of the target.Theoretical analysis indicates that the iterative process will adaptively lead echoes to converge to a narrowband signal corresponding to a scattering object’s dominant resonance mode,thus optimising the return level.The experiments in detection of targets in free field and near a planar interface have been performed.The results illustrate the feasibility of the method.  相似文献
