离散变量优化设计的方向差商法

本文根据离散变量的特点，提出了方向差商的概念，并且针对一类目标函数、约束函数具有单调性的优化设计问题，发展了一种在可行集外由目标函数最小的点出发，沿目标函数增加最小、约束函数降低最多的方向逐步搜索，逐步靠近可行集边界的方向差商法。并将此方法应用于离散变量结构优化设计中。     

MODAL SYNTHESIS METHOD FOR NORM COMPUTATION OF H∞ DECENTRALIZED CONTROL SYSTEMS (Ⅱ)

When using H ∞ techniques to design decentralized controllers for large systems,the whole system is divided into subsystems, which are analysed using H∞ control theory before being recombined. An analogy was established with substructural analysis in structural mechanics, in which H ∞ decentralized control theory corresponds to substructural modal synthesis theory so that the optimal H ∞ norm of the whole system corresponds to the fundamental vibration frequency of the whole structure. Hence, modal synthesis methodology and the extended Wittrick-Williams algorithm were transplanted from structural mechanics to compute the optimal H∞ norm of the control system. The orthogonality and the expansion theorem of eigenfunctions of the subsystems H∞ control are presented in part (Ⅰ)of the paper. The modal synthesis method for computation of the optimal H ∞ norm of decentralized control systems and numerical examples are presented in part (Ⅱ).     

The multiplicity of abelian covers of splice quotient singularities

From a resolution graph with certain conditions, Neumann and Wahl constructed an equisingular family of surface singularities called splice quotients. For this class some fundamental analytic invariants have been computed from their resolution graph. In this paper we give a method to compute the multiplicity of an abelian covering of a splice quotient from its resolution graph and the Galois group.     

Stack structures on GIT quotients parametrizing hypersurfaces

We suggest to endow Mumford's GIT quotient scheme with a stack structure, by replacing Proj(?) of the invariant ring with its stack theoretic analogue. We analyse the stacks resulting in this way from classically studied invariant rings, and in particular for binary forms of low degree. Our viewpoint is that the stack structure carries interesting geometric information that is intrinsically present in the invariant ring, but lost when passing to its Proj(?). © 2011 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. Asymptotically Isometric Copy of lβ (0 ＜β ＜ 1) in Spaces of Bounded Linear Operators

Assume X is a normed space, every x* ∈ S(X*) can reach its norm at some point in B(X), and Y is a β-normed space. If there is a quotient space of Y which is asymptotically isometric to lβ, then L(X, Y) contains an asymptotically isometric copy of lβ. Some sufficient conditions are given under which L(X, Y) fails to have the fixed point property for nonexpansive mappings on closed bounded β-convex subsets of L(X, Y).     

线性流形上矩阵方程AXAT=B的极小Frobenius范数对称正交对称解

利用矩阵对的商奇异值分解,给出了线性流形上矩阵方程AXAT=B存在极小Frobe- nius范数对称正交对称解的充要条件及其解的表达式．     

Studies on Jacobi–Davidson,Rayleigh quotient iteration,inverse iteration generalized Davidson and Newton updates

We study Davidson‐type subspace eigensolvers. Correction equations of Jacobi–Davidson and several other schemes are reviewed. New correction equations are derived. A general correction equation is constructed, existing correction equations may be considered as special cases of this general equation. The main theme of this study is to identify the essential common ingredient that leads to the efficiency of a diverse form of Davidson‐type methods. 结合自己的工作，对Gowers-Maurey系列成果获Fields奖以来的研究的新动态作一综述。本是上篇，主要讨论含遗传不可分解空间在内的G－M型空间的若干品种。     

一类非线性不确定系统的结构性质

考察一类带有匹配不确定性的非线性系统，采用微分拓扑方法，将标称系统关于局部能控分解的结果和（f，g）-不变分布的Quaker引理推广到非线性不确定性系统．     

Images of locally compact metric spaces
