The paper outlines a procedure to identify the space-and time-dependent external nonstationary load acting on a closed circular cylindrical shell of medium thickness. Time-dependent deflections at several points of the shell are used as input data to solve the inverse problem. Examples of numerical identification of various nonstationary loads, including moving ones are presented. The relationship between the external load and the stress-strain state of the shell is described by the Volterra equation of the first kind. The new research reactor FRM-II near Munich has a strong positron source, which delivers an intense, nearly monoenergetic positron beam. Our positron systems, the pulsed low energy positron source (PLEPS) and the scanning positron microscope (SPM) will be operated at this beam. Some aspects of matching these systems to the new positron source will be discussed.Considerable improvements are expected, e.g. more than 105 s−1 recorded events at PLEPS and sub-micrometre resolution at SPM. They will enable investigations in so far inaccessible problems like the evaluation of annihilation characteristics and trapping constants of individual defects or studies of fast dynamical processes. In applied materials science complex defect structures will be studied which demand a resolution into many differing lifetimes, e.g. fractured specimens, wear, corrosion, etc. Also large series of measurements at small systematic modifications are planned. There is also the opportunity to analyse in addition the chemical microstructure of the specimens by means of a hydrogen microprobe and other ion beam techniques available close to FRM-II at the Technical University of Munich.  相似文献

Interfacial layers have been widely applied to study the formation and stability of emulsion-based systems. However, the application of isolated interfaces to address digestibility of emulsions is often limited because of the complexity of experimental methods and results. This review summarizes the latest developments in analytical methods and literature data on effects of digestion on interfacial layers. Particular emphasis is given to understand the changes on interfacial magnitudes during oral, gastric, and duodenal digestion, either applied separately or sequentially. Limitations of interfacial aspects and key factors that influence emulsion microstructure in bulk and lipid digestion are identified. Understanding the behavior of interfacial layers upon gastrointestinal digestion promotes an accurate tracking of the physiological fate of emulsions.  相似文献

Interactions and binding sites of the solvent molecules chloroform and ethanol to bis(acetylacetonate)oxovanadium(IV) (VO(acac)2) complexes in (frozen) solutions have been investigated by pulsed electron nuclear double resonance, sum peak electron spin echo envelope modulation and hyperfine sublevel correlation spectroscopy. The experimental proton hyperfine coupling data of coordinating solvent molecules have been interpreted using quantum chemical calculations (density functional theory). Experimental and computed hyperfine couplings indicate that ethanol coordinates to vanadium in the equatorial plane of VO(acac)2 and chloroform interacts via hydrogen bonding to oxygens of the acac ligands.  相似文献

Laser-induced fluorescence (LIF) is an effective in-situ probe for NO concentrations below 300 ppm in a non-thermal plasma reactor. A new method has been developed to measure in-situ NO concentration in the reactor discharge region using a long-time—on the order of seconds—averaged fluorescence detection. This method, for quantifying NO concentration in a nonthermal plasma reactor, is simpler than a short-time—on the order of nanoseconds—fluorescence detection. For accurate measurement based on the new method, the LIF intensity must be close to the corona-induced fluorescence (CIF) intensity; the CIF intensity serves as a guide in selecting the LIF intensity. We find that a kinetic model proposed earlier works for two-tube reactors and represents the NO concentration in the middle of the reactor, which verifies the assumption of gas plug flow.  相似文献

Regulations for pesticide residue analysis in food require very low detection limits; thus requiring maximum sensitivity in the gas chromatographic determination. This is accomplished by an overall method optimisation, which includes optimisation of injector parameters. Here we study the effect of the inlet liner design on the optimisation by comparing five liner designs in splitless and pulsed splitless injection modes, using a test mixture of fifteen pesticides analyzed by GC-ECD. Possible links between the injection parameters and liner types were evaluated, with the result that, accurate choice of inlet liner and injection parameters can reduce detection limits by up to 300%. In situ pulsed force mode scanning force microscopy (PFM-SFM) images of phase separated solid-supported lipid bilayers are discussed with the help of computer simulations. Simultaneous imaging of material properties and topography in a liquid environment by means of PFM-SFM is severely hampered by hydrodynamic damping of the cantilever. Stiffness and adhesion images of solid-supported membranes consisting of cholesterol, sphingomyelin, and 1,2-dioleyl-phosphatidylcholine obtained in aqueous solution exhibit contrast inversion of adhesion and stiff. ness images depending on parameters such as driving frequency, amplitude, and trigger setting. Simulations using a simple harmonic oscillator model explain experimental findings and give a deeper insight into the way PFM-SFM experiments have to be performed in order to obtain interpretable results and hence pave the way for reliable material contrast imaging at high speed.  相似文献

将高效阴离子交换色谱.积分脉冲安培直接检测法应用于鱼粉和玉米粉水解液中的氨基酸的分析测定。该方法使用Dionex AminoPac PA10阴离子交换柱为分析柱,控制柱温为35℃,以NaOH和NaAc的强碱性溶液为淋洗液,在合适的梯度条件下,可以实现对17种常见氨基酸的高效分离。在强碱性条件下,获得良好分离的各个氨基酸可在配有金工作电极的电化学检测器上以积分脉冲安培法获得高灵敏度的检测。在优化的测定条件下,该方法对这17种氨基酸的检出限在0.21—3.38pmol之间;峰面积校正曲线的线性范围为2—3个数量级;5次平行测定的峰面积的相对标准偏差RSD在0.32%—4.7%之间。该方法应用于玉米粉和鱼粉水解液中氨基酸含量的测定,结果良好。对玉米粉和鱼粉水解液标准加入的回收率分别在81.9%—108.0%和90.0%~108.0%之间。  相似文献

对无单元伽辽金法的并行计算进行了详细研究,并将其应用于弹性动力学问题。使用并行桶搜索算法进行节点搜索,使用并行几何搜索算法进行样点搜索,讨论了移动最小二乘MLS(Moving Least Squares)形函数及其导数的并行计算和方程组的并行求解,并利用多层图形划分实现负载平衡。最后给出了并行无单元伽辽金法应用于弹性动力学的计算流程和实例。计算结果表明无单元伽辽金法具有很高的并行性和很好的并行效率,对其进行并行计算具有非常重要的意义。  相似文献

为了探寻更加合理的构型试件来研究纯Ⅰ型裂纹在冲击荷载下的起裂及扩展行为, 提出一种新构型试件, 即双倾斜底边中心裂纹试件(double inclined bottom central cracked, DIBCC)。借助于中低速落锤式冲击实验装置进行冲击实验, 通过应力波来使试件内预制裂纹起裂并扩展, 同时利用应变片测试系统监测裂纹起裂时刻, 并采用AUTODYN有限差分软件对实验过程进行数值模拟, 最后计算裂纹的动态应力强度因子, 利用实验测得的起裂时刻, 确定试件的起裂韧度。结果表明:(1)在反射拉伸波作用下, 预制裂纹两侧会产生垂直于裂纹面向外的位移, 使预制裂纹扩张, 从而使裂纹起裂。(2)数值模拟结果与实验结果在裂纹扩展路径上具有一致性, 说明本文中提出的DIBCC构型试件有效, 可以用来测试裂纹在冲击载荷下的断裂韧度。
