基于撑杆式预应力钢压杆正对称和反对称两个基本屈曲模态, 给出了相应的 屈曲形态函数, 通过3个典型算例并变化关键参数着重研究了模拟曲线项数, 同时 给出了不对称屈曲的形态函数. 研究表明, 取形态函 数模拟项数为预应力钢压杆节间数, 可以很好满足工程精度.  相似文献

对于面内阶跃载荷作用下矩形薄板的塑性动力屈曲问题,将临界应力和屈曲惯性项指数参数作为双特征参数求解.由相邻平衡准则导出失稳控制方程,由动力屈曲发生瞬间的能量转换和守恒准则,导出波阵面上的屈曲变形补充约束条件.失稳控制方程、边界条件、塑性波阵面上的连续条件和补充约束条件构成了定量求解两个特征参数和动力屈曲模态的完备条件.研究了矩形薄板塑性动力屈曲过程中板的厚宽比、冲击载荷大小、屈曲模态以及切线模量和临界屈曲长度之间的关系.  相似文献

An H-plane waveguide Y-junction circulator with a triangular ferrite post is investigated by a modified analysis of jointly resonance theory and simple field theory. Good agreement between the theoretical obtained performances and experimental results is observed. The circulator exhibits a very low insertion loss and a wide bandwidth.  相似文献

Classic snap-through of curved beams, plates, and shells has long been an object of attention in structural engineering. Euler buckling under axial loading is perhaps an even more entrenched part of the canon of engineering education and practice. In this paper we introduce a relationship between the two phenomena, that to our knowledge has not been directly addressed before. The relationship shows that Euler buckling configurations are connected by the force–displacement curve under transverse loading. The results are used to develop a very simple metric to estimate the number of unstable static equilibria of a buckled structure based only on its geometry with no need for static or dynamic solvers. The study is focused on beams as this allows for an unambiguous discussion of the idea on the simplest possible structure.  相似文献

Sulfonium sulfonate, or sulfothetin, zwitterionic monomers were synthesized by ring‐opening of 1,3‐propanesultone with dialkyl sulfides containing styrenic or methacrylic moieties. Reversible addition‐fragmentation chain‐transfer polymerization of these monomers was achieved in water or trifluoroethanol, and the resulting polymers exhibited higher upper critical solution temperatures than the analogous sulfobetaine polymers. Unlike typical polymer zwitterions, these polymeric sulfothetins possess an inherent reactivity that proved tunable based on their chemical structures. This reactivity makes them amenable to post‐polymerization modification by nucleophilic dealkylation to rapidly access novel substituted polymers and gels. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. ARLANXEO Elastomers has developed and commercialized Keltan ACE™ technology, a class of half-sandwich cyclopentadienyl κ1-amidinate metal complexes, which are extremely active for the production of first-class ethylene/propylene/diene copolymers (EPDM). In this review, the development and some of the key features of the Keltan ACE™ catalyst system are presented. Many different ACE catalysts have been synthesized over the past years, including bridged and bimetallic catalysts. With Keltan ACE™, a complete range of EPDM products with similar polymer characteristics as their Ziegler–Natta (ZN) counterparts can be produced, including variations containing very high 5-ethylidene-2-norbornene (ENB) contents, controlled long chain branching, very high molecular weight, as well as oil-extended products. Moreover, other EPDM structures can be polymerized. The Keltan ACE™ catalyst technology also allows the production of EPDMs with very high amounts of dicyclopentadiene (DCPD) or 5-vinyl 2-norbornene (VNB) without excessive gelation and reactor fouling, that is, products that cannot or are extremely difficult to obtain via classical ZN catalysis. In a next step, high-VNB-EPDM can be postreactor modified, for example, via metathesis chemistry. In addition, EPDM polymers with a very broad or even bimodal molecular weight distribution can be obtained in a single reactor with certain ACE catalyst structures at particular activator/precatalyst ratios. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A buckling model of Timoshenko micro-beam with local thickness defects is established based on a modified gradient elasticity. By introducing the local thickness defects function of the micro-beam, the variable coe-cient differential equations of the buckling problem are obtained with the variational principle. Combining the eigensolution series of the complete micro-beam with the Galerkin method, we obtain the critical load and buckling modes of the micro-beam with defects. The results show that the depth and location of the defect are the main factors affecting the critical load, and the combined effect of boundary conditions and defects can significantly change the buckling mode of the micro-beam. The effect of defect location on buckling is related to the axial gradient of the rotation angle, and defects should be avoided at the maximum axial gradient of the rotation angle. The model and method are also applicable to the static deformation and vibration of the micro-beam.  相似文献

梁的轴向运动会诱发其产生横向振动并可能导致屈曲失稳,对结构的安全性和可靠性产生重大的影响。本文重点研究了横向载荷作用下轴向运动梁的屈曲失稳及横向非线性振动特性。基于Hamilton变分原理,建立了横向载荷作用下轴向运动梁的动力学方程,获得了梁的后屈曲构型。使用截断Galerkin法,将控制方程改写成Duffing方程的形式。用同伦分析方法确定载荷作用下轴向运动梁的非线性受迫振动的封闭形式的表达式。结果表明,后屈曲构型对轴向速度和初始轴向应力有明显的依赖性。通过同伦分析法得出非线性基频的显式表达式,获得了初始轴向力会影响非线性频率随初始振幅和轴向速度的线性关系。另外,轴向外激励的方向也会改变系统固有频率。  相似文献

基于物理中面的概念,根据最小势能原理推导了功能梯度材料FGM薄板屈曲的有限元控制方程,求得临界荷载的有限元解。利用FGM板的屈曲方程与参考均匀板的屈曲方程之间的相似性,建立了FGM板的临界荷载与参考均匀板的临界荷载之间的相似转换关系式,从而将FGM板临界荷载的计算转变为参考均匀板的临界荷载和材料不均匀系数的计算,极大地提高了计算效率,为FGM的推广起积极的推动作用。通过数值算例,将由有限元法和转换关系式得到的临界荷载进行了比较,并讨论了边界条件、荷载工况、材料组成和几何尺寸等对FGM板临界荷载的影响。  相似文献

The characteristic-value analysis of plastic dynamic buckling is presented for columns under the action of elastoplastic compression wave caused by an axial-step load. Two critical conditions constituting a dynamic instability criterion are derived on the basis of transformation and conservation of energy. The governing equations, the boundary conditions and the continuity conditions derived by the use of the first critical condition are the same as those given by the adjacent-equilibrium criterion and are insufficient for determining two characteristic parameters involved in the governing equations. A supplementary restraint equation for buckling deformations at the plastic-wave front and the elastic-wave front is derived by the use of the second critical condition. Then, a couple of characteristic equations for two characteristic parameters are derived on the condition that the governing equations have non-trivial solutions satisfying the boundary conditions, the continuity conditions and the supplementary restraint equation. The critical-load parameters, dynamic characteristic parameter (exponent parameter of inertia term) and dynamic buckling modes are calculated from the solutions of the characteristic equations.  相似文献
