Zinc nitride (Zn3N2) thin films are prepared using pulsed laser deposition (PLD) from zinc selenide (ZnSe) target at different nitrogen ambient pressures viz. 1, 3, 5, 7 and 10 Pa. The films prepared with nitrogen pressures 1 and 3 Pa are amorphous in nature, whereas the films prepared at 5, 7 and 10 Pa exhibit the presence of cubic bixbyite Zn3N2 structure with lattice parameter very close to bulk of Zn3N2. The particle size calculated by Debye Scherrer's formula is in the nano regime. Surface morphology of the films is studied by SEM and AFM analysis. Optical parameters such as band gap, refractive index and porosity of the films are calculated. Moreover, the present study confers an outlook about how do various factors such as substrate temperature, reactive supplementing gas and laser-target interaction influence the film developing process during pulsed lased deposition.  相似文献

研究了影响激光透明陶瓷透光性能的主要因素,讨论了陶瓷内部气孔和杂质颗粒等散射粒子、晶界结构中晶界折射率与晶粒折射率的差异以及晶界表面粗糙度等因素对陶瓷透光性能的影响,并定量分析了激光陶瓷透过率随气孔尺寸、气孔率、晶粒相对晶界折射率以及晶界表面粗糙度的变化关系。结果表明: 陶瓷的透过率随着气孔率的减小而增大,但透过率随气孔尺寸的增大而呈现出周期性振荡,且当气孔尺寸与入射光波长可比拟时,陶瓷的透过率会明显降低;在晶界结构中,晶界的折射率与晶粒的折射率相差越小,陶瓷的透过率就越高;晶界表面粗糙度越大,透过率越低。然而,晶界折射率不同于晶粒折射率,这使得其陶瓷透过率降低的程度比对晶界表面粗糙度的影响明显得多。在陶瓷制备过程中,需要重点排除尺寸与入射波长可比拟的气孔, 以抑制晶界结构中第二相的产生。  相似文献

The properties of Pb1-xCaxTiO3 (x = 0–30) thin films for electromechanical and pyroelectric applications can be further improved if porous, low-dielectric constant layers are being used. The electric field dependent strain, piezoelectric coefficient, pyroelectric coefficient and the pyroelectric figure of merit were evaluated as a function of the Ca-content and relative density of the thin films. The heating-rate during the final anneal was observed to be the controlling parameter for the evolution of either dense or porous microstructures. Both 2-methoxyethanol and 1,3-propanediol based solution precursors were used for spin-coating platinized Si3N4/SiO2/Si wafers. Microstructure-property relationships and electrical properties concerning the domain mobility were examined.  相似文献

From the known statistics of fiber-fiber contacts in random fiber networks, an analytic estimate is obtained for the variance of local porosity in random fiber suspensions and evolving filtrate networks. The variance of local porosity, and hence the distribution of projected areal density, seem to depend on fiber geometry only through the cube of mean diameter. Also, the coefficient of variation of local flow rate perpendicular to the plane of the pad is, to a first approximation, independent of the mode of flow. Analytic estimates are obtained also for the effect of fiber clumping on the variance of local porosity of pads for small inspection zones.  相似文献

We investigated the cohesion of agglomerates formed by sticking two fractal clusters, each cluster having been previously generated by particle aggregation on a 3D lattice. The degree of cohesion of an agglomerate of a given configuration was defined by the number of connections simultaneously established on the two stuck clusters. All the possible nonoverlapping configurations were investigated and the corresponding porosity and brittleness as well as the pore volume and connection frequencies were determined. The numerical study showed the greater internal cohesion of agglomerates issued from sticking of reaction-limited aggregation (RLA) clusters compared to that of diffusion-limited-aggregation (DLA) clusters. DLA and RLA agglomerates presented continuously decreasing pore volume frequency curves, the latter agglomerates being characterised by a greater frequency of large pores. Comparison with typical controlled fragmentation experiments showed the number of connections to be the prevailing factor in the cohesion of aggregates formed in aqueous suspensions under various conditions. The equilibrium adsorption of benzene and perfluorobenzene vapor from a flow of moist air by a layer of active carbon (AC) hydrated to equilibrium were considered. It was ascertained that these organic substances partly displace the water from the adsorptive micropore volume of AC. The equilibrium adsorption values of benzene, perfluorobenzene, and water vapors on AC were calculated. The adsorption of benzene and perfluorobenzene from a flow of moist air by a layer of AC is characterized by volume filling of the micropore adsorption space. 锐钛矿型多孔TiO2薄膜的溶解法制备及性能表征   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
在具有锐钛矿晶粒的TiO2溶胶中加入苯丙乳液粒子,使用该混合液浸渍提拉涂膜,然后利用甲苯将薄膜中的苯丙乳液粒子溶解去除,并通过重复涂膜,在室温下获得了具有良好多孔性的锐钛矿型TiO2薄膜。考察了多孔薄膜的表面形貌、光学性能、吸附性能和光催化性能。结果表明:随薄膜涂膜次数的增加,TiO2多孔薄膜的吸光度增大,透光率减小,光吸收边波长向长波方向移动。罗丹明B在TiO2多孔薄膜上的吸附量随涂膜次数的增加先升高,后降低;多次涂膜会在薄膜中产生半封闭的孔洞,经过长时间的毛细渗透等作用能进一步增加薄膜对罗丹明B的吸附。TiO2多孔薄膜通过吸附+光催化氧化的模式快速分解罗丹明B,其活性主要受到薄膜在光催化反应初期的吸附能力的影响。此外,TiO2的负载量、光的利用效率、以及光生电荷迁移及其分离等也是影响薄膜光催化活性的因素。  相似文献

A new route to porous polyimide (PI) films with pore sizes in the nanometer regime was developed. A polyamic acid (PAA)/polyurethane (PU) blend with PU as the disperse phase was first prepared via in situ polymerization of pyromellitic dianhydride and 4,4-oxydianiline in PU solutions. Porous PI films were obtained from PAA/PU films by thermolysis of PU at 360°C and imidization of PAA at 300°C, respectively. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and thermal gravimetric analysis were used to detect the imidization and thermolysis processes of PAA/PU blends under thermal treatment. The microporous structure of the PI films was observed by transmission electron microscopy. It was found that the size and content of pores increased with an increase in the PU mass fraction in the PAA/PU blend up to 20%. Because of the existence of nanopores, the dielectric constant of PI films decreased by a wide margin and was less than 2.0 at a PU mass fraction of 20%. It implies that this is an effective means to reduce the dielectric constant of PI, but it also causes the decrease of tensile strength and the rise of water absorption. We present a new application of continuous time random walks (CTRW) methods to model fluid flows in fractured rocks. The proposed method allows large scale equivalent permeability tensors and matrix/fractures exchange function to be computed from high resolution maps of fractured porous media. Knowing these parameters allows us to carry out large scale simulations of flows governed by the dual porosity equations of Warren and Root. A direct connection between the exchange function and the time correlation function of the presence in the fractures of a particle undergoing a suitable Brownian motion over the whole medium is derived. This connection allows us to develop an efficient numerical method to compute the transient exchange term within the complete range of time scales of interest. It also gives an alternative probabilistic interpretation of the Warren and Root model. For the sake of simplicity, in the present paper, the method will only be developed to Cartesian structured grids, although it can be adapted for unstructured grids highly suited to describing complex fracture networks.  相似文献

Two porosity models of porous Al alloys with different pore types (ball and polygon shape) were established. The experimental results coincide well with theoretical computations. The porosity of Al alloys (Prc) consists of three parts, porosity caused by preform particles (Prp), additional porosity (Pra), and porosity caused by solidification shrinkage (Prs). Prp is the main part of Prc while Pra is the key for fabricating porous Al alloys successfully in spite of its little contribution to Prc.  相似文献
