Here we give a new approach to the Paley–Wiener theorem in a Mellin analysis setting which avoids the use of the Riemann surface of the logarithm and analytical branches and is based on new concepts of polar‐analytic function in the Mellin setting and Mellin–Bernstein spaces. A notion of Hardy spaces in the Mellin setting is also given along with applications to exponential sampling formulas of optical physics.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with a linear theory of thermodynamics for elastic materials with microstructure, whose microelements possess microtemperatures. It is shown that there exists the coupling of microrotation vector field with the microtemperatures even for isotropic bodies. Uniqueness and continuous dependence results are presented. The theory is used to establish the solution corresponding to a concentrated heat source acting in an unbounded continuum.  相似文献

Liquid and solid particles in polar stratospheric clouds (PSCs) have been known to play a crucial role in the chemical loss of stratospheric ozone over the Antarctic and Arctic regions in late winter and early spring. The stratospheric aerosol and cloud particles provide the sites where fast heterogeneous chemical reactions convert inactive halogen reservoir species into potential ozone destroying radicals. The sedimentation of nitric acid-containing PSC particles irreversibly removes HNO3 gas (denitrification) from the lower stratosphere, which slows the return of chlorine to its inactive forms, resulting in more severe stratospheric ozone destruction. Although these clouds have been investigated extensively during the past decade using in situ field observation, laboratory experiment and modeling studies, the detailed microphysics processes under cold stratospheric conditions are still uncertain. This paper reviews the recent advances in our understanding of PSCs.  相似文献

研究了浅埋的圆柱形孔洞对以任意方向入射的平面SH波的散射与地震动问题。利用复变函数和多极坐标方法构造了问题的位移解。当入射波的波长与圆孔的半径相比较小时,地震动将受到较大的影响。影响地震动有三个主要参数:(1)SH波的入射角0;(2)入射波波数,即圆柱形孔洞的半径与入射波半波长之比;(3)h/R,即圆柱形孔洞至表面的距离与圆孔半径之比。当较大时,地震动幅值变化激烈,位移幅值可出现跳动和放大的现象。当h/R增大至10~12时,位移幅值变化恢复至半空间的情况,表明圆柱形孔洞的影响可被忽略。  相似文献

Slender thread like bodies (like cables, ropes, textilethreads or belts) are often used in technical applications. Becauseof their dimensions the one-dimensional continuum is the appropriatemechanical model for bodies of this type. Making use of the basicrelations of three-dimensional continua as a starting point the paperdevelops the general kinematic and kinetic relations of one-dimensionalcontinua for the case that the cross-sections will remain plane (Bernoullihypothesis), that large deflections are possible but the strains remainsmall and that the material is homogeneous and isotropic and behaveslinearly elastic. This results in the equations of motion of shearableand extensible rods (Timoshenko-beams). By neglection of shear deformationand of the rotational inertia of the cross-sections (assumptions thatcan be done in most technical applications) the equations of motionof Euler–Bernoulli-beams are derived in standard and concentratedform. The Euler–Bernoulli-beam equations contain the equations ofmotion of threads with zero bending and torsional stiffness. It isshown that the neglection of bending and torsional stiffness is onlyvalid if the tension is always positive. The second part of this paper[1] selects and develops appropriate numerical solution methods.The derived algorithms are used to solve problems from space and marineengineering.  相似文献

The purpose of this article is to prove the Hölder continuity up to the boundary of the displacement vector and the microrotation matrix for the quasistatic, rate-independent Armstrong–Frederick cyclic hardening plasticity model with Cosserat effects. This model is of non-monotone and non-associated type. In the case of two space dimensions we use the hole-filling technique of Widman and Morrey's Dirichlet growth theorem.  相似文献

The replacement of a point dipole and a point quadrupole by a corresponding linear arrangement of two point charges (+q, ?q) and accordingly three point charges (+q, ?2q, +q) is studied with respect to vapour–liquid equilibria. The dependence of saturated liquid density, vapour pressure and heat of vaporization on the choice of the distance d between the charges in the point charge arrangement is analysed. For the studied dipolar two-centre Lennard-Jones (2CLJD) and quadrupolar two-centre Lennard-Jones (2CLJQ) models, d/σ between 1/15 and 1/20 is a reasonable compromise between numerical and physical accuracy, where σ is the Lennard-Jones size parameter. The results are used to derive validated partial charge based models of 59 real fluids from previously published point dipole and point quadrupole based models.  相似文献
