We investigate the quantum speed limit time (QSLT) of quantum evolution before thermal equilibrium of two coupled qubits each of which is coupled to a separate thermal bath at the same temperature within the Born-Markov approximation. The evolution process in one particular initial state can change between speed-up and speed-down two times before reaching equilibrium. We call this double cusp behaviour. This behaviour is an anomalous phenomenon in evolution processes in the weak-coupling Markovian regime. We study QSLT corresponding to all pure initial energy eigenstates and categorise them. In addition, we also display the conditions for double cusp behaviour in terms of temperature, qubit interaction and frequency. 相似文献

This paper reports that the SmCo 6.8 Zr 0.2 nanocrystalline permanent magnets and SmCo 6.8 Zr 0.2 /α-(Fe,Co) nanocomposite permanent magnets are successfully produced by mechanical alloying and subsequently annealing at 700 C for 10 minutes.The x-ray diffraction results show that the phase structure of SmCo 6.8 Zr 0.2 nanocrystalline permanent magnets is composed of SmCo 7 phase and SmCo 6.8 Zr 0.2 /α-(Fe,Co) nanocomposite permanent magnets is composed of SmCo 7 and α-(Fe,Co) phases.The mechanism of magnetization reversal is mainly controlled by inhomogeneous domain wall pinning in SmCo 6.8 Zr 0.2 and SmCo 6.8 Zr 0.2 /α-(Fe,Co) magnets.The inter-grain exchange interaction at low temperature is investigated,which shows that the inter-grain exchange interaction of SmCo 6.8 Zr 0.2 /α-(Fe,Co) magnets increases greatly by the decrease of the measured temperature.According to Δm irr-H/H cj,Δm rev-H/H cj and χ irr-H/H cj curves at room temperature and 100 K,the changes of irreversible and reversible magnetization behaviours of SmCo 6.8 Zr 0.2 and SmCo 6.8 Zr 0.2 /α-(Fe,Co) magnets with the decreasing temperature are analysed in detail.The magnetic viscosity and the activation volume of SmCo 6.8 Zr 0.2 and SmCo 6.8 Zr 0.2 /α-(Fe,Co) magnets at different temperatures are also studied. 相似文献

Electrical conductance and X-ray diffraction (XRD) measurements of lanthanum-deficiency La1−x□xMnO3 (x=0.05, 0.10 and 0.20) polycrystalline samples were performed to examine the effect of the internal pressure at B-site on the conduction mechanism. The structural study reveals that all samples crystallize in the rhombohedral system. The electronic conduction appears to be thermally activated at high temperature, which indicates the presence of semiconductor behaviour. The increase of the x content converts 3x Mn3+ to 3x Mn4+ ions with smaller ionic radius, which reduces the internal pressure and leads to the increase of the one-electron bandwidth W. This increase causes the appearance of metallic behaviour at low temperature for x=0.10 and 0.20 content. 相似文献

Aluminum borate whiskers (ABOw) with or without ZnAl2O4 coating reinforced pure aluminum composites (ABOw/Al, ABOw/ZnAl2O4/Al) were fabricated by squeeze casting. The effects of ZnAl2O4 coating on the compressive behaviors, microstructures, and matrix textures of the composites were investigated at different temperatures and strain rates. The results indicate that the maximum compressive flow stress of the composites almost linearly decreases with the increase in temperature. The maximum compressive flow stress of ABOw/ZnAl2O4/Al composite is higher than that of ABOw/Al composite at the same temperature when the strain rate is larger, however, it is reversed when the strain rate is smaller. It is more serious for the fracture of whiskers in ABOw/ZnAl2O4/Al composite than that in ABOw/Al composite at the high compressive strain rate. However, the average length of whiskers in ABOw/ZnAl2O4/Al composite is larger than that in ABOw/Al composite at the low compressive strain rate. The strong matrix texture in ABOw/ZnAl2O4/Al composite appears at the high compressive strain rate, however, it is observed in ABOw/Al composite at the low compressive strain rate. 相似文献

倒装芯片塑料球栅阵列(FC-PBGA)封装形式独特而被广泛应用, 分析研究其在实际应用过程中, 在高温、电、水汽等多种综合环境应力条件作用下的失效机理对提高其应用可靠性有重要意义. 本文对0.13 μm 6层铜布线工艺的FC-PBGA FPGA器件, 通过暴露器件在以高温回流焊过程中的热-机械应力为主的综合外应力作用下的失效模式, 分析与失效模式相对应的失效机理. 研究结果表明, FC-PBGA器件组装时的内外温差及高温回流焊安装过程中所产生的热-机械应力是导致失效的根本原因, 在该应力作用下, 芯片上的焊球会发生再熔融、桥接相邻焊球致器件短路失效; 芯片与基板之间的填充料会发生裂缝分层、倒装芯片焊球开裂/脱落致器件开路失效; 芯片内部的铜/低k互连结构的完整性受损伤而影响FC-PBGA器件的使用寿命. 相似文献
