A tunable dual-narrowband pass-band filter is designed. A one-dimensional photonic crystal(1D PC) is comprised of alternate dielectric layer and vacuum layer. Two quantum wells(QWs) as defects can be constructed by sandwiching two plasma slabs symmetrically in the 1D PC, and a dual-narrowband pass-band filter is formed. The conventional finitedifference time-domain(FDTD) method and piecewise linear current density recursive convolution(PLCDRC)–FDTD method are applied to the dielectric and plasma, respectively. The simulation results illustrate that the dual-narrowband frequencies can be tuned by changing the plasma frequency. The pass band interval and the half-power bandwidths(-3-dB band widths) are related to the space interval between two QWs.  相似文献

An improved, precise and reliable ultra‐performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC–MS/MS) method has been developed for the quantification of trimetazidine, using trimetazidine‐d8 as the internal standard (IS). Interference owing to plasma phospholipids during sample preparation was overcome using a hybrid solid‐phase extraction–phospholipid ultra cartridge. The mean extraction recovery of trimetazidine (98.66%) and trimetazidine‐d8 (97.63%) from spiked plasma was consistent and reproducible. Chromatographic analysis was performed on a UPLC Ethylene Bridged Hybrid (BEH) C18 (50 × 2.1 mm, 1.7 μm) column with isocratic elution using acetonitrile–5 mm ammonium formate, pH 3.5 (40:60, v/v) as the mobile phase. The parent → product ion transitions for trimetazidine (m/z 267.1 → 181.1) and trimetazidine‐d8 (m/z 275.2 → 181.1) were monitored on a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer with electrospray ionization functioning in the positive multiple reaction monitoring mode. The linearity of the method was established in the concentration range of 0.05–100 ng/mL for trimetazidine. The intra‐batch and inter‐batch accuracy and precision (CV) were 97.3–103.1 and 1.7–5.3%, respectively. Qualitative and quantitative assessment of matrix effect showed no interference of endogenous/exogenous components. The developed method was used to measure plasma trimetazidine concentration for a bioequivalence study with 12 healthy subjects.  相似文献

In this work molecular imprinted nanoparticles (MINPs) was synthesized and applied for ultrasonic assisted solid phase extraction of celecoxib (CEL) from human plasma sample following its combination by HPLC–UV. The MINPs were prepared in a non-covalent approach using methacrylic acid as monomer, CEL as template, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as cross-linker, and 2,2-azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as the initiator of polymerization. pH, volume of rinsing and eluent solvent and amount of sorbent influence on response were investigated using factorial experimental design, while optimum point was achieved and set as 250 mg sorbent, pH 7.0, 1.5 mL washing solvent and 2 mL eluent by analysis of results according to design expert (DX) software. At above specified conditions, CEL in human plasma with complicated matrices with acceptable high recoveries (96%) and RSD% lower than 10% was quantified and estimated.The proposed MISPE-HPLC–UV method has linear responses among peak area and concentrations of CEL in the range of 0.2–2000 μg L−1, with regression coefficient of 0.98. The limit of detection (LOD) and quantification (LOQ) based on three and ten times of the noise of HPLC peaks correspond to blank solution were 0.08 and 0.18 μg L−1, respectively.  相似文献

采用射频辉光放电聚合技术,在低压等离子体聚合装置上开展在5~20 W功率下氘代辉光放电聚合物薄膜的制备及性能研究。利用傅里叶变换红外吸收光谱仪表征薄膜的化学结构,讨论了功率变化对其官能团结构的影响规律。利用元素分析仪和纳米压痕仪表征薄膜中氘原子的相对含量和薄膜的力学性能。研究表明:随着功率的升高,薄膜中的氘含量先升高后降低,在10W时达到最大,薄膜中SP3 CD的相对含量增加,SP3 CD2的相对含量减小;聚合物薄膜的硬度和杨氏模量均随功率的增加而减小。  相似文献

The galvanic behavior of a hollow cathode discharge versus an external weak magnetic field is investigated. The application of this field leads to disordering of the self-aligned states, which is detected as a resonance in the discharge current, named the magneto-galvanic signal. A correlation magneto-galvanic signal–operating voltage-current point is established and attributed to Penning ionization. The contribution of the metastable Ne I 1 s5 to the magneto-galvanic resonance is also verified.  相似文献

The kinetics and mechanism of the reaction of SIV (SO32?+HSO3?) with a ruthenium(VI) nitrido complex, [(L)RuVI(N)(OH2)]+ (RuVIN, L=N,N′‐bis(salicylidene)‐o‐cyclohexyldiamine dianion), in aqueous acidic solutions are reported. The kinetic results are consistent with parallel pathways involving oxidation of HSO3? and SO32? by RuVIN. A deuterium isotope effect of 4.7 is observed in the HSO3? pathway. Based on experimental results and DFT calculations the proposed mechanism involves concerted N?S bond formation (partial N‐atom transfer) between RuVIN and HSO3? and H+ transfer from HSO3? to a H2O molecule.  相似文献

Although most transition metals have been tested as the promoter to Pt for electrocatalysis toward fuel cell reactions,semi-conductor elements,such as Si,have hitherto not been examined.Here we report a simple synthesis of intermetallic Pt2Si electrode using magnetron sputtering and the electrocatalysis toward ethanol oxidation reaction(EOR).In comparison to Pt,the intermetallic Pt2Si surface turns out to be much more active in catalyzing the EOR:the onset potential shifts negatively by 150 mV,and the current density at 0.6 V increases by a magnitude of one order.Such an enormous enhancement in EOR catalysis is ascribed to the promotion effects of Si,which can not only provide active surface oxygenated species to accelerate the removal of COads,but also strongly alter the electronic property of Pt,as clearly indicated by the core-level shift in XPS spectrum.  相似文献

Edible and non-edible seeds with high oil content are used as the main raw material for biodiesel production. The residual biomass (press cake or oil cake) can be used as animal feed, to aggregate value to the biodiesel production cycle. In this work, a microwave-assisted-digestion procedure for elementary determination by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP OES) using dilute nitric acid was developed. Inter-laboratorial reference material was used to check the accuracy. A full factorial design in addition to exploratory analysis through principal component analysis (PCA) and hierarchical cluster analysis (HCA) were used to classify the samples: press cakes from castor (Ricinus communis), jatropha (Jatropha curcas), radish (Raphanus sativus), sunflower (Heliantus annus), and coffee (Coffe arabica), according to their similarities.  相似文献
