Ferritic steel with compositions 83.0Fe–13.5Cr–2.0Al–0.5Ti (alloy A), 79.0Fe–17.5Cr–2.0Al–0.5Ti (alloy B), 75.0Fe–21.5Cr–2.0Al–0.5Ti (alloy C) and 71.0Fe–25.5Cr–2.0Al–0.5Ti (alloy D) (all in wt%) each with a 1.0?wt% nano-Y2O3 dispersion were synthesized by mechanical alloying and consolidated by pulse plasma sintering at 600, 800 and 1000°C using a 75-MPa uniaxial pressure applied for 5?min and a 70-kA pulse current at 3?Hz pulse frequency. X-ray diffraction, scanning and transmission electron microscopy and energy disperse spectroscopy techniques have been used to characterize the microstructural and phase evolution of all the alloys at different stages of mechano-chemical synthesis and consolidation. Mechanical properties in terms of hardness, compressive strength, yield strength and Young's modulus were determined using a micro/nano-indenter and universal testing machine. All ferritic alloys recorded very high levels of compressive strength (850–2850?MPa), yield strength (500–1556?MPa), Young's modulus (175–250?GPa) and nanoindentation hardness (9.5–15.5?GPa), with up to 1–1.5 times greater strength than other oxide dispersion-strengthened ferritic steels (<1200?MPa). These extraordinary levels of mechanical properties can be attributed to the typical microstructure of uniform dispersion of 10–20-nm Y2Ti2O7 or Y2O3 particles in a high-alloy ferritic matrix.  相似文献

Abstract

This review article describes some existing microplasma sources and their applications in analytical chemistry. These microplasmas mainly include direct current glow discharge (DC), microhollow-cathode discharge (MHCD) or microstructure electrode (MSE), dielectric barrier discharge (DBD), capacitively coupled microplasmas (CCμPs), miniature inductively coupled plasmas (mICPs), and microwave-induced plasmas (MIPs). The historical development and recent advances in these microplasma techniques are presented. Fundamental properties of the microplasmas, the unique features of the reduced size and volume, as well as the advantageous device structures for chemical analysis are discussed in detail, with the emphasis toward detection of gaseous samples. The analytical figures of merit obtained using these microplasmas as molecular/elemental-selective detectors for emission spectrometry and as ionization sources for mass spectrometry are also given in this review article.  相似文献

In this work, oxidation of silicon carbide particles (SiCp) at elevated temperature and its influence on the interface layer and thermal conductivity of SiCp/ZL101 composites prepared using pressure infiltration process were investigated respectively. It is found that initial temperature for the oxidation of SiCp is about 850?°C, and that the oxidation increment of SiCp and the thickness of SiO2 layer increase with the increase in pre-oxidation temperature and time, when the oxidized temperature exceeds 1100?°C, or the duration time exceeds 2?h at 1100?°C, a small amount of ablation will take place on the SiCp, as well as the oxidized layer has some loss. The formation of SiO2 layer can provide certain interface reactions with interface layers (3.1–6.36?μm), and the higher the thickness of SiO2 layer, the thicker the interface layer in SiCp/Al composites. However, the thickness of SiO2 layer is more than 5.9?μm, which is not benefit for the formation of interface layer. With the increase in the thickness of interface layer, thermal conductivity declines, but is not linear.  相似文献

Abstract

Thermoluminescence induced in CaF2 powder by fission fragments emanating from a uranium foil bombarded by fast neutrons has been measured as a function of neutron fluence. A linear relationship between the glow produced and the fast neutron fluence between 5 × 1010 and 6.5 × 1011 n/cm2 has been obtained, thus establishing the feasibility of the use of this method for fast-neutron dosimetry. A limitation of the method is that, if the fissile foil is not separated from the phosphor after irradiation, the TL produced by the α-disintegration of 238U may eventually mask the fission-induced TL.  相似文献

A survey of previous studies on vacuum deposited metal films shows that in high frequency measurements, explicit reference to the effect of air-exposure is not made. The present work on bismuth films (in-situ and air-exposed) at dc and rf frequencies, carried out mainly to study the air-exposure effect, shows that in-situ dc and rf and exposed rf all show nearly the same resistivity for thick continuous films. But air-exposed dc film resistances, when compared to in-situ dc resistances, show that the grain boundary reflection coefficient, R gin Mayadas-Shatzkes model changes from 0·2 to 0·6. This is shown to be due to the grain boundary oxidation. The result is substantiated by rf measurements.  相似文献

A high-power CW 27.972 m water vapor laser has been constructed in order to use as a light source of an interferometer for plasma diagnostics. The laser consists of 220 cm length and 2.0 cm small bore Pyrex glass discharge tube, semi-confocal resonator and Michelson coupler. From the measurement of cavity detuning curves, it is found that two waveguide modes, EH11 and EH21 oscillate. The increase of the output power is found to become more than seven times larger by adding He(50%)–H2(50%) mixed gas. Under the optimum condition, the maximum output power of 65 mW or the output power per unit cavity volume of 83 W/cm3 is obtained.  相似文献

绝缘问题是高电压、高场强器件和设备中不可回避的问题,是决定器件、设备运行参数和稳定性的重要因素。针对一台直线感应加速器调试中出现的加速腔绝缘环在带束负载情况下的真空沿面闪络现象,进行了分析和研究。分析表明,在排除设计、材料、加工、洁净和真空度等常规异常因素后,导致绝缘环真空沿面闪络的可能因素是电子在绝缘环表面的吸附和累积,绝缘环上累积的电子来源和加速器中加速、传输的电子束的丢失有关。从加速腔工作状态出发,分析绝缘环表面积累电荷和丢失电子束的相关途径,进而提出相应的技术措施,以提高加速腔运行稳定性。  相似文献

环境气体的压强对激光诱导等离子体特性有重要影响.基于发射光谱法开展了气体压强对纳秒激光诱导空气等离子体特性影响的研究,探讨了气体压强对空气等离子体发射光谱强度、电子温度和电子密度的影响.实验结果表明,在10-100 kPa空气压强条件下,空气等离子体发射光谱中的线状光谱和连续光谱依赖于气体压强变化,且原子谱线和离子谱线强度随气体压强的变化有明显差别.随着空气压强增大,激光击穿作用区域的空气密度增加,造成激光诱导击穿空气几率升高,从而等离子体辐射光谱强度增大.空气等离子体膨胀区域空气的约束作用,增加了等离子体内粒子间的碰撞几率以及能量交换几率,并且使离子-电子-原子的三体复合几率增加,因此造成原子谱线OⅠ777.2 nm与NⅠ821.6 nm谱线强度随着气体压强增大而增大,在80 kPa时谱线强度最高,随后谱线强度缓慢降低.而离子谱线N Ⅱ 500.5 nm谱线强度在40 kPa时达到最大值,气体压强大于40 kPa后,谱线强度随压强增加而逐渐降低.空气等离子体电子密度均随压强升高而增大,在80 kPa后增长速度变缓.等离子体电子温度在30 kPa时达到最大值,气体压强大于30 kPa后,等离子体电子温度逐渐降低.研究结果可为不同海拔高度的激光诱导空气等离子体特性的研究提供重要实验基础,为今后激光大气传输、大气组成分析提供重要的技术支持.  相似文献
