全拟脐子流形中的稳定积分流

1973年,H.B.Lawson和J.Simons猜想,在任何紧致,单连通,1／4－pinched黎曼流形中,不存在稳定积分流,本文研究全拟脐子流形中稳定积分流的不存在性,证明了在一定几何条件下,这类流形中不存在稳定积分流,由此得到几个同调群的消设定理,所得结果表明,Lawson-Simons猜想对于拟脐超曲面和某些全拟脐子流形是对的。     

拮抗状态下α1A,α1B和α1D-肾上腺素能受体的分子模拟研究

采用同源建模法对α1A-,α1B-和α1D-AR的三维结构进行了模拟,并采用分子力学、分子动力学方法对所得同源模型进行优化,然后分别采用训练集拮抗剂对接的方法得到拮抗状态下的α1A-,α1B-和α1D-AR三维结构模型.得到的模型再采用FRED对接软件对测试集中的18个化合物进行对接并打分,再将所得打分结果与其活性进行线性回归,其回归结果具有良好的拟合效果,由此回归方程预测的活性与化合物实验值较吻合,说明我们建立的拮抗状态下的α1A-,α1B-和α1D-AR的三维同源模型具有一定的合理性,可作为化合物虚拟筛选模型,对新化合物进行对接虚拟筛选.     

Persistent Current in Two Connected Mesoscopic Rings with Reservoirs

The persistent current and transmission of two connected Aharonov-Bohm rings coupled to external leads are solved analytically. The conditions on which we may observe persistent current, zero or perfect transmission as well as Fano resonance are studied.     

The persistent current in an Aharonov－Bohm ring with a side-coupled quantum dot

We have investigated the persistent current in a mesoscopic ring with a side-coupled quantum dot. The problems are probed by using the one-impurity Anderson Hamiltonian and are treated with the slave boson mean field theory. It is shown that the persistent current in this system has the spin fluctuations, and the charge transfers between the two subsystems are suppressed in the limit of Δ/T_K^0《1. The minimum value of the persistent current for ξ_K/L=5 of the odd parity system provides an opportunity to detect the Kondo screening cloud.     

Twisted Novikov homology of complex hypersurface complements

We study the twisted Novikov homology of the complement of a complex hypersurface in general position at infinity. We give a self‐contained topological proof of the vanishing (except possibly in the middle degree) of the twisted Novikov homology groups associated to positive cohomology classes of degree one defined on the complement.     

Heegaard Floer correction terms and rational genus bounds

Given an element in the first homology of a rational homology 3-sphere Y, one can consider the minimal rational genus of all knots in this homology class. This defines a function Θ   on _H1(Y;Z)$H_1(Y;\mathbb{Z})$, which was introduced by Turaev as an analogue of Thurston norm. We will give a lower bound for this function using the correction terms in Heegaard Floer homology. As a corollary, we show that Floer simple knots in L-spaces are genus minimizers in their homology classes, hence answer questions of Turaev and Rasmussen about genus minimizers in lens spaces.     

Determination of Selected Persistent Organochlorine Pollutants in Human Serum by Solid-phase Disk Extraction and Dual-Column Capillary Gas Chromatography with Electron Capture Detection

Abstract

An improved clean-up method by solid-phase disk extraction was developed to isolate and concentrate trace levels of POPs (persistent organochlorine pollutants) in human serum prior to gas chromatography with electron capture detection on two different capillary columns, providing an improved selectivity. An Empore^TM C₁₈ bonded silica extraction disk cartridge is used for the initial extraction and enrichment of the analytes. Subsequent clean-up is achieved by concentrated sulphuric acid and silica gel adsorption chromatography. Recoveries for selected POPs are ranging from 62 to 74% and a good reproducibility (RSD < 14%) is demonstrated. Human samples analysed under these conditions, show a similar relative concentration profile.
