Displacement wave of the blood vessel —A mechanical model

According to clinical observations and model experiment, we have developed a theoretical model and obtained its mathematical equations to investigate the displacement wave of the blood vessel. The waveform and its occurrence criterion have been obtained by using perturbation theory and numerical method. The present study suggests that the displacement wave is associated with the blood velocity waveform and the machanical behaviour of the blood vessel, but not with the pressure waveform. The clinical criterion is in agreement with the observations.

一类抛物型方程初值问题的随机数值算法

本文引入了求解二阶拟线性抛物型微分方程初值问题的一类新的数值算法一分层方法,这种数值方法是通过弱显式欧拉法离散其方程解的概率表示而得到的,相应地给出了该分层方法的收敛性结果.此外,还构造了基于插值的数值算法,最后提供了数值实验,得到的数值结果验证了获得的算法的精确性和有效性.     

一类非线性反应扩散系统弱解的整体不存在性

通过巧妙构造函数,利用试验函数法,根据初值在无穷远处的情况与反应扩散系统弱解的存在性的关系,从一个新的角度给出了其弱解的整体不存在性的一个充分条件.

本文研究带齐次Dirichlet边界条件的非局部退化奇异半线性抛物方程ut-(xαux)x=∫0af(u)dx在(0,a)×(0,T)内正解的爆破性质,建立了古典解的局部存在性与唯一性.在适当的假设条件下,得到了正解的整体存在性与有限时刻爆破的结论.本文还证明了爆破点集是整个区域,这与局部源情形不同.进而,对于特殊情形:f(u)=up,p>1及,f(u)=eu,精确地确定了爆破的速率.     

A note on the efficiency of the conjugate gradient method for a class of time‐dependent problems

We discuss the efficiency of the conjugate gradient (CG) method for solving a sequence of linear systems; Auⁿ⁺¹ = uⁿ, where A is assumed to be sparse, symmetric, and positive definite. We show that under certain conditions the Krylov subspace, which is generated when solving the first linear system Au¹ = u⁰, contains the solutions {uⁿ} for subsequent time steps. The solutions of these equations can therefore be computed by a straightforward projection of the right‐hand side onto the already computed Krylov subspace. Our theoretical considerations are illustrated by numerical experiments that compare this method with the order‐optimal scheme obtained by applying the multigrid method as a preconditioner for the CG‐method at each time step.
