Long-term optimal operation of series parallel reservoirs for critical period with specified monthly generation and average monthly storage

We present in this paper an efficient approach for solving the problem of planning the long-term (multiyear) operation of a multireservoir hydroelectric power system for the critical period with a monthly variable load. This load is equal to a certain percentage of the total generation at the end of the year, subject to satisfying a number of constraints on the hydrosystem, using the minimum norm formulation.The proposed method is efficient in computing time and in calculating the total expected benefits from the system during the critical period. Numerical results are reported for a real system in operation consisting of two rivers. 利用矩阵的广义逆、奇异值分解、张量积和拉直算子,给出了矩阵方程AX=B有转动不变解的充分必要条件及有解时通解的表达式;给出了矩阵方程解集合中与给定矩阵的最佳逼近解的表达式.     

一般矩阵函数的变差

设Sn是n次对称群,G为Sn的子群,χ是G的次数为1的特征标.如果A是一个n阶复变矩阵,定义一般矩阵函数dχG为dχG(A)=∑σ∈Gχ(σ)∏ni=1aiσ(i).本文用lp-算子范数(1≤p≤∞)的性质证明了一般矩阵函数变差的两个不等式.     

Some Properties of an Operator on L^∞（△） and Its Applications

In this paper, we introduce an operator Hμ（z） on L^∞（△） and obtain some of its properties. Some applications of this operator to the extremal problem of quasiconformal mappings are given. In particular, a sufficient condition for a point r in the universal Teichmfiller space T（△） to be a Strebel point is obtained.     

矩阵方程AXB+CYD＝E的对称极小范数最小二乘解

对于任意给定的矩阵A∈Rm×n,B∈Rn×s,C∈Rm×k,D∈Rk×s,E∈Rm×s,本文利用矩阵的Kmnecker积和Moore-Penrose广义逆,研究矩阵方程AXB CYD=E的对称极小范数最小二乘解,得到了解的表达式．并由此给出了矩阵方程AXB=C的双对称极小范数最小二乘解的表达式．此外,我们还给出了求矩阵方程AXB=C的双对称极小范数最小二乘解的数值算法和数值例子．     

The widest continuous integral

An approach to a definition of an integral, which differs from definitions of Lebesgue and Henstock-Kurzweil integrals, is considered. We use trigonometrical polynomials instead of simple functions. Let V be the space of all complex trigonometrical polynomials without the free term. The definition of a continuous integral on the space V is introduced. All continuous integrals are described in terms of norms on V. The existence of the widest continuous integral is proved, the explicit form of its norm is obtained and it is proved that this norm is equivalent to the Alexiewicz norm. It is shown that the widest continuous integral is wider than the Lebesgue integral. An analog of the fundamental theorem of calculus for the widest continuous integral is given.
