负电子亲和势GaAs光电阴极中的三光子激发和发射的理论研究

将三阶微扰理论应用于单晶GaAs半导体,结合与实际相接近的能带结构,得到了GaAs中三光子吸收系数的解析式表达式,在考虑了激发电子的逃逸过程的情况下,进而推导了负电子亲和势GaAs光电阴极中三光子光电发射的发射系数的解析表达式.两表达式得到的理论数值分别与用ns量级脉宽、2.06μm波长的激光测得的GaAs中三光子吸收系数和GaAs(Cs,O)光电阴极中三光子发射系数的实验值相比较,吻合较好.     

有机薄膜器件负电阻特性的影响因素

研究了影响有机染料掺杂聚合物薄膜器件负电阻特性的因素，为探索有机负电阻的机理提供实验依据。实验中制备了多种有机染料掺杂聚合物薄膜器件，研究了有机小分子染料、聚合物基体、薄膜组成及厚度、ITO和聚苯胺阳极等对有机染料掺杂聚合物薄膜器件负电阻特性的影响。在室温、大气环境下，所制备的多种有机染料掺杂聚合物器件在所加电压为3～4V时，观察到明显的负电阻特性，电流峰谷比最大约为8。负电阻现象及峰谷比的大小受膜厚和器件的结构、制备工艺等影响。提出用负电阻和二极管并联组成的等效电路模型解释影响负电阻特性的因素，认为负电阻特性与载流子的不平衡注入有关。在此基础上设计、合成了主链含唔二唑电子传输基团的可溶性聚对苯撑乙烯衍生物，该聚合物兼具空穴和电子传输功能，在空气中具有较稳定的N型负电阻特性。进一步控制相关材料和工艺条件，有可能得到易于控制的负阻效应，开发出新型的有机负电阻器件。     

G-网络排队系统的研究新进展

在研究排队网络的文献中,G-网络(即推广的排队网络)最近受到了国际学者广泛的关注,它的研究在一定程度上丰富了排队网络的内容.正因为有很多学者投入到此项研究中,新的结果是层出不穷的.本文简短地介绍G-网络近年来的发展.     

负折射指数物质中金属线对电磁波的影响

构造两种结构负折射指数物质(NRM)，利用数值模拟计算两种结构的S参数.由于这种结构尺度比波长小，为精确利用有限积分技术(FIT)进行模拟.通过对这两种结构中金属线位置变化对金属谐振频率影响进行模拟，最后得出由于金属线与谐振环耦合，金属线对称破缺影响谐振环谐振频率和通带，并对等效负折射指数为负的频带产生影响. 关键词： 负折射率 左手物质 通带 金属线对称破缺     

运用反例基于识别的手写数字串分割

采用基于识别的分割方法进行手写数字串分割.在识别的过程中,运用反例样本估计分类器参数,实验数据表明,这种运用反例样本训练的分类器与没有经过反例样本训练的分类器相比,将提高拒识率到19%左右,从而保证了较高的识别率,验证了只有经过反例训练的分类器的输出结果才是可信赖的.

Hyperbolic spaces are of strictly negative type

We study finite metric spaces with elements picked from, and distances consistent with, ambient Riemannian manifolds. The concepts of negative type and strictly negative type are reviewed, and the conjecture that hyperbolic spaces are of strictly negative type is settled, in the affirmative. The technique of the proof is subsequently applied to show that every compact manifold of negative type must have trivial fundamental group, and to obtain a necessary criterion for product manifolds to be of negative type.

     

Determination of optical nonlinearities in Cu(mpo)2 by Z-scan technique

The optical nonlinearities of Cu(mpo)₂ [formula = C₁₀H₈N₂CuO₂S₂] complex have firstly been investigated by using the Z-scan technique with a nanosecond-pulsed Nd:YAG laser at its second harmonic (532 nm) radiation. The nonlinear optical absorption and refraction coefficients of Cu(mpo)₂ have been measured with the different on-axial peak irradiances I ₀ at the waist ranging from 0.48 to 5.66 GW/cm². The nonlinear transmittance characteristics exhibit the near resonant two-photon absorption (TPA) at 532 nm and are explained by a population redistribution model. The nonlinear absorption originates from the near resonant TPA while the mechanism of the nonlinear refraction is the near resonant TPA transition enhancement. The linear increasing dependences of the optical nonlinearities on the incident irradiance arise from the population redistribution due to the near resonant TPA.     

Modifications of the Wolfe Line Search Rules to Satisfy Second-Order Optimally Conditions in Unconstrained Optimization

The line search method incorporating the Wolfe conditions is modified to ensure that a descent algorithm terminates in a finite number of steps at an approximate stationary point where the second-order conditions of optimality are satisfied. A simple procedure based on conjugate directions is proposed to determine directions of negative curvature.     

A method for determining optical constants, dimensions, and concentrations of “soft” absorbing particles in the brightening band region

We investigate the possibilities of creating a method for estimating the optical constants, dimensions, and concentrations of “soft” absorbing particles by applying a theoretical analysis of the angular dependence of the intergrated indicatrix, overall characteristics of light scattering, and absorption on the phase shift and diffraction parameter of particles in the brightening band region. We show that using the investigated optical characteristics, it is possible to determine the unknown parameters of a suspension from experimental data.
