含缺陷钢丝多道次拉拔模拟及工艺参数优化

利用有限元软件ABAQUS建立了含缺陷热轧盘条多道次拉拔的分析模型, 研究了道次压缩率、模具顶角和裂纹长度对拉丝安全性的影响,以减少断丝率为目标探讨 道次压缩率和模具顶角的最佳配合方式. 研究结果表明：模具顶角相同时,COD值和$J$积分 值均随着裂纹尺寸的增加而增大;裂纹长度一定时,最佳入线直径随着模具顶角的增加而增 大;最佳模具顶角应在4°- 8°之间. 利用有限元方法和断裂力学理论模拟含缺陷的热轧盘条经过多道次拉丝成型的过程,建立了钢丝经过多道次拉拔模具发生拉拔变形的分析模型,用模拟方法重点研究了道次压缩率、模具顶角以及裂纹长度对拉丝安全性的影响,以减少断丝率为目标探讨道次压缩率和模具顶角的最佳配合方式;研究结果表明：模具顶角相同时,随着裂纹尺寸的增加,J积分值随之增大;裂纹长度一定时,随着模具顶角的增加,入线直径的条件最佳值也在增大;最佳模具顶角的范围应在4°－8°之间。在拉拔前应对线材进行无损探伤从而控制裂纹长度,提高线材使用率和成品质量。研究结果对进一步优化拉丝工艺参数和改进成品PC钢绞线质量提供了有价值的理论指导。     

抛物线模拔速度场的曲线积分问题

文章采用ｖｏｎＫａｒｍａｎ基本假设对模面函数为抛物线（又称喇叭模）的拔制问题设定了运动许可速度场，并经曲线积分与变上限积分得到拔制力的上界解析解。

Abstract

The first example of recyclable Zn(ANA)₂Cl₂ catalyzed tandem one-pot three-component protocol reaction between aromatic aldehydes, malononitrile, and phenylmethylpyrazolone to furnish 4-substituted-1,4-dihydropyrano[2,3-c]pyrazole-5-carbonitrile (4a–l) in a short reaction time (～10?min) in aqueous media at room temperature is described.     

Invariants of Multi-Component Ermakov Systems

It is shown that certain multi-component Ermakov systems admit Lewis-Ray-Reid invariants. This extends the result to the two-component Ermakov system.     

The use of reference materials in the finnish industry

Summary A report is given on the results of a survey of the use of reference materials in the chemical industry of Finland. It has been found that there is virtually no production of reference materials in Finland and that most of the materials used are not certified. Mostly, different materials are used which are pharmacopoeia standards with regard to their physical properties. Some companies were found to use more than 100 different reference materials.

Verwendung von Referenzmaterialien in Finnland

Zusammenfassung Es wird über das Ergebnis einer Umfrage zur Benutzung von Referenzmaterialien in der chemischen Industrie Finnlands berichtet. Es ergab sich, daß in Finnland praktisch keine solchen Substanzen hergestellt werden und die meisten der verwendeten Materialien nicht zertifiziert sind. Meist werden verschiedenartige chemische Substanzen verwendet, die in Bezug auf ihre physikalischen Eigenschaften einem Arzneibuchstandard entsprechen. Einige Firmen benutzen mehr als 100 verschiedene Referenzmaterialien.

Study of a multi-component system with failure interaction

In this paper we formulate and study a special type of failure interaction, between components, in a multi-component system. We derive expressions for the expected costs of operating the system for both finite and infinite time operation under two different operating policies.     

Expansion of Lie Algebra and Its Application

Firstly we expand a finite-dimensional Lie algebra into a higher-dimenslonal one. By making use of the later and its corresponding loop algebra, the expanding integrable model of the multi-component NLS-mKdV hierarchy is worked out.
