茶叶中9种有机磷农药残留量快速测定方法

为建立了茶叶中9种有机磷农药的气相色谱检测方法,将试样在气相色谱仪DB—XLB色谱柱中分离,FPD检测器鉴定。结果表明,9种有机磷能够很好地分离,在0．05～1．0灿∥mL线性关系良好（r≥0．999）。在0．05—0．20mg／kg的添加水平范围内的平均回收率为78．6％～105％,相对标准偏差为1．4％～7．8％。9种有机磷方法检出限0．005～0．01mg／kg。     

牙膏中三氯生的高效液相色谱法检测

利用甲醇超声提取牙膏样品中的三氯生,采用高效液相色谱法(紫外检测器)测定了其含量;探讨了最佳提取和色谱检测条件.结果表明,该方法对牙膏中三氯生的检出限为1.0μg/g,在三氯生浓度10.5～210mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R=0.999 98;样品加标回收率为99.81%～103.33%,相对标准偏差为0.03%.该方法具有简便、快速、准确、灵敏的优点,适用于牙膏中三氯生的测定.     

Spectroscopic evidence for the unusual stereochemical configuration of an endosome-specific lipid

At a glance: The stereochemical configuration of the diglycerophosphate backbone of the endosome-specific lipid bis(monoacylglycero)phosphate (BMP, see picture) was determined by (1)H?NMR spectroscopy. Enantiomeric discrimination was facilitated by introduction of D-camphor ketals as chiral shift reagents, and enantiopure synthetic BMP analogues were prepared as reference materials. Natural BMP exhibited the unusual sn-1,1' diglycerophosphate backbone.     

Isolation,Structure Determination,and Synthesis of Allo‐RA‐V and Neo‐RA‐V,RA‐Series Bicyclic Peptides from Rubia cordifolia L.

Two bicyclic hexapeptides, allo‐RA‐V ( 4 ) and neo‐RA‐V ( 5 ), and one cyclic hexapeptide, O‐seco‐RA‐V ( 6 ), were isolated from the roots of Rubia cordifolia L. Their gross structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis and X‐ray crystallography of compound 5 . The absolute stereochemistry of compounds 4 and 5 were established by their total syntheses, and the absolute stereochemistry of compound 6 by chemical correlation with deoxybouvardin ( 3 ). Comparison of the 3D structures of highly active RA‐VII ( 1 ) with less‐active compounds 4 and 5 suggests that the orientation of the Tyr‐5 and/or Tyr‐6 phenyl rings plays a significant role in their biological activity. The isolation of peptides 4 – 6 , along with compound 3 , and the comparison of their structures seem to indicate that peptide 6 may be the common precursor to bicyclic peptides 3 – 5 in the plant.     

石墨烯修饰玻碳电极测定邻苯二酚

制备了用于测定邻苯二酚(CAT)的石墨烯修饰电极,并应用循环伏安法研究了CAT在该修饰电极上的电化学行为;用差分脉冲伏安法研究了测试底液的pH值对该修饰电极性能的影响,结果表明,此修饰电极在含不同浓度CAT的PBS溶液(pH=7.0)中测定,响应电流与CAT浓度在5.0×10-8～5.6×10-4mol/L范围内有良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9919,检出限为6.68×10-9mol/L(S/N=3)。与其它几种修饰电极相比,石墨烯修饰电极制备简单、响应时间快、操作简便,稳定性和重现性良好,有应用价值。     

金纳米颗粒等离子体共振吸收光谱检测头孢唑啉

根据金纳米粒子等离子体共振吸收引起的溶液颜色变化,建立了一种快速、简便检测头孢唑啉的色度分析方法.方法线性范围为0.1～5.0 μmol/L,检测限为14 nmol/L.将该方法用于头孢唑啉钠粉针剂的分析,回收率在97.4％～100.2％之间,相对标准偏差小于6.1％.
