将表面活性剂流动相用于ＧＤＸ与硅胶Ｇ混合固定相薄层色谱,用表面活性剂、乙醇和水的混合流动相对一些水溶性食品染料及指示剂等进行了分离,得到满意的结果,可以部分代替非极性键合相薄板。     

高效液相色谱三元梯度分离法测定大气中11种醛酮类化合物的研究

研究选择了以２,４－二硝基苯肼衍生化三元梯度洗脱的高效液相色谱测定大气中１１种醛酮类化合物的最佳色谱分离条件,醛酮类化合物的检出限０．４５到２．０４ｎｇ,各化合物保留时间和相对标准偏差ｓ,≤０．３８％在所测定的含量范围内具有很好的线性关系,每种化合物的相关系数均大于０．９９９;研究了涂敷２,４－二硝基苯肼硅胶吸附采样夹的制作方法,并应用于大气环境中醛酮类化合物的分析。方法简单、快速,１１种醛酮类化     

土壤淋溶柱色谱中同系物、氯代苯保留值与流动相组成、沸点的交点规律

基于土壤淋溶柱色谱符合logk'-ψ的线性保留方程,在同系物（正构烷基苯、甲基苯）和氯代苯中,同类溶质与固定相（土壤）和淋洗剂（甲醇-水）有相似的作用方式,所以溶质保留值（logk'）与淋洗剂有机调节剂浓度间存在浓度交点,与沸点间存在沸点交点规律,并用实验进行了验证。     

Submicellar liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection improves the analysis of naproxen in plasma and brain tissue

Rapid, simple, and sensitive submicellar liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection was developed and validated to quantify naproxen in plasma and brain samples after oral administration of Naproxen formulations. The method used tramadol as an internal standard. Different submicellar mobile phases with organic phases ranging from 40 to 60% were studied to improve the native fluorescence of the Naproxen and decrease retention times. Separation was done in a Zorbax SB C8 column (250 × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase containing acidic 0.007 M sodium dodecyl sulfate/acetonitrile (50:50, v/v) at a flow rate of 1 mL/min. Detection was performed with an excitation wavelength of 280 nm and emission of 310 nm and 360 nm for internal standard and Naproxen, respectively. The method was validated by International Conference of Harmonization standards. The method is specific, accurate, and precise (relative standard deviation <3%). Limits of detection and quantification were 0.08 and 0.25 μg/mL, respectively, for biological samples. This method was applied to analyze brain/plasma ratios in mice that had received oral administrations of Naproxen micellar formulations containing 10% w/w of sodium dodecyl sulfate, Cremophor RH 40, or Tween 80. The sodium dodecyl sulfate micelles were faster and more widely distributed in the mouse brains.     

PC聚合物的再利用研究

聚碳酸酯(PC)是手机外壳常用材料,它是一种综合性能优异的热塑性工程塑料,具有较高的回收价值.采用熔融再生方法分别对同种无涂层手机外壳、浅色混杂带涂层和深色混杂带涂层手机外壳三种PC回收料进行了再生利用,对注塑样品进行了力学性能测试,并对断口进行了分析.研究结果表明,三种PC回收料再生后拉伸强度和弯曲强度值较为接近,其中拉伸强度略低于PC原生料,而弯曲强度高于原生料.无涂层PC回收料延伸率和冲击韧性分别达到了24kJ/m2和65;,而混杂带涂层回收料只有它的一半左右.     

增强现实技术在PDA上的应用

将增强现实技术与移动终端PDA相结合,在PDA上实现真实场景与虚拟增强信息的融合。系统采用基于Fourier_Mellin变换的2D图像匹配技术获取用户的视点参数,利用已标定的来自不同视点的图像作为参考图像库。采用客户/服务器构架减轻PDA的运算负担。研制的基于PDA移动终端的增强现实系统轻巧灵便,易于携带,通用性高,能够应用于户外场景。     

Thermal aqueous liquid chromatography—the TALC technique

Thermal Aqueous Liquid Chromatography (TALC) using pure water as a mobile phase should be a very attractive technique promoting the use of liquid chromatography in routine analysis, either in the laboratory or in future on-line process control. This simple form of chromatography, the selectivity of which depends on the fixed phase only, would allow the use of flame ionization as an almost universal, low-cost detector in liquid chromatography. The potential of the TALC technique is illustrated by selected examples.     

A simple procedure for evaluating the heterogeneity parameter and the ratio of molecular sizes of solute and solvent by using HPLC data

Based on the relationship defining the dependence of the capacity ratio upon the composition of the mobile phase, a simple numerical procedure is proposed for evaluating the heterogeneity parameter and the ratio of molecular sizes of solute and solvent. This procedure is examined by using HPLC data for pesticides chromatographed in isooctane/dichloromethane eluent on Lichrosorb at 291 K.     

Attempts to Exchange Iron into H-Y and H-ZSM-5 Zeolites by in situ Formed Chloride-Containing Mobile Species

Three variants of solid-state ion exchange were studied. Iron exchange was found to proceed in the first case, in theFeCl₂+NH₄ZSM-5 FeZSM-5 + NH₄Cl process, even at low exchange capacity (Si/Al = 25).The second, Fe₂O₃ (hematite) + HZ direct reaction does not result in any noticeable interaction for eitherZ = Y or ZSM-5. This process can significantly be promoted by introducing CCl₄ vapor via forming chlorine-containingmobile species. However, the structure of the Y zeolite largely collapses during this treatment, whereas the crystalline state of ZSM-5is preserved.     

基于激光雷达数据SVM分类的室内环境识别研究

语义地图构建对移动机器人导航与规划具有重要意义，而环境分类是语义地图构建的核心问题。目前所采用的环境分类方法匹配率较低，已成为语义地图构建所面临的主要问题。对此笔者提出了一种基于支持向量机的分类方法，该方法利用激光雷达数据提取环境几何特征，训练SVM分类器对机器人工作空间模式进行识别，并将所提算法用于室内环境的语义分类。实验结果表明，该分类方法具有较高的识别率，可有效地实现语义地图构建。
