研究了以中性载体为活性物的石墨内导平头溶剂聚合膜(SPM)pH电极作内电极的二氧化碳和氨气敏电极。电极的性能取决于中性载体的特性,其中以菸酸十八酯为内电极膜活性物的二氧化碳气敏电极和以二辛基十八胺为活性物的氨气敏电极性能较佳。二氧化碳气敏电极用作丙酮酸脱羧酶酶电极的原电极,其性能院于传统的以玻璃pH电极作内电极的二氧化碳气敏电极。  相似文献

Positron annihilation lifetime spectroscopy was used to characterize the reentrant volume‐phase‐transition behavior of poly(N‐isopropyl acrylamide) hydrogel in an ethanol/water mixed solvent. The polymer gel was synthesized with γ irradiation. The ortho‐positronium lifetime (τ3) in the gel slowly increased with an increase in the ethanol content in the mixed solvent. τ3 was not influenced by the volume phase transition. The ortho‐positronium intensity decreased with the collapse of the gel in an approximately 10% ethanol/water mixture. When swelled in pure ethanol, τ3 initially increased with the solvent amount in the gel, showing the destruction of intramolecular hydrogen bonding and the relaxation of polymer chains. The lower critical solution temperature of the gel in the 10% ethanol/water mixture was lower than that in pure water, and τ3 for various solvent contents showed behavior similar to that seen in pure solvent. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A starter culture ofTrichoderma reesei (Rut-C30) prepared in a liquid fluidized bed reactor (LFBR) gave better growth and greater cellulase production in submerged fermentation than a conventional shake flask inoculum. The LFBR starter was prepared by first coatingT. reesei spores to 0.25 mm size corncob (1.0x108g-1) in a medium containing 1.0% corncob, 0.5 gL-1 xylose and 0.1 gL-1 lactose in a balanced salt solution, then fluidizing the particles in the LFBR for 36 h to allow germination of the spores, and covering the particles with an approx 30 μm thick biofilm. This biofilm that developed in constant adherence to the lignocellulosic carrier, apparently became well adapted to grow rapidly on insoluble cellulose substrates (Solca Floc), and had the enzymes of the cellulase complex induced for increased cellulase production. The LFBR starter used in a stirred tank reactor (STR) gave 15 gL-1 biomass production and 6.5 IU mL-1 overall cellulase activity with a volumetric productivity of 64 IU L-1h-1 in a 5 d fermentation, compared with a 7 d shake flask inoculum that gave 11 gL-1 biomass and 3.2 IU mL-1 cellulase activity, with a volumetric productivity of 31IU L-1h-1. The LFBR starter culture retained its viability in dry storage for 6–9 mo.  相似文献

Copolymers of bis[4-(N,N-dimethylamino)phenyl]-4-vinylphenylmethanenitrile (vinyl Malachite Green leuconitrile) with methyl methacrylate or ω-methoxyoligo(oxyethylene) methacrylate have been synthesized, aiming at designing one-component-type organic polymers for photoswitchable ion-conducting films. The triphenylmethanenitrile copolymers with ω-methoxyoligo(oxyethylene) methacrylate were found to undergo ionic-conductivity switching by turning on and off UV light at ambient temperature, owing to their low glass transition temperature. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

Diaminocarboxylic acid carrier ampholytes, such as L-histidine, 2,3-diaminopropionic acid, L-ornithine, and L-lysine, were reacted with glycerol-1,3-diglycidyl ether (GDGE) and poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) in the presence of sodium hydroxide to produce hydrolytically and mechanically stable hydrogels, supported on a PVA substrate, for use as buffering membranes in isoelectric trapping (IET) separations. The pH values of the DACAPVA membranes were determined with the help of small-molecule pI markers and proteins and were found to be in the 6 < pH < 8.5 range. The membranes were successfully used to isoelectrically trap small ampholytes, desalt ampholyte solutions in IET mode, and effect the binary separation of chicken egg white proteins.  相似文献

A new ion selective electrode for salicylate based on N,N'-(aminoethyl)ethylenediamide bis(2-salicylideneimine) binuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex [Cu(Ⅱ)2-AEBS] as an ionophore was developed. The electrode has a linear range from 1.0 × 10^-1 to 5.0 ×10^-7 mol·L^- 1 with a near-Nemstian slope of ( - 55 ±1 ) mV/decade and a detection limit of 2.0 × 10-7 mol·L^-1 in phosphorate buffer solution of pH 5.0 at 25 ℃. It shows good selectivity for Sal^- and displays anti-Hofmeister selectivity sequence: Sal^-〉SCN^-〉 ClO4^- 〉I^-〉 NO2^- 〉Br^-〉 NO3^- 〉Cl^-〉 SO3^2- 〉 SO4^2- The proposed sensor based on binuclear copper(Ⅱ)complex has a fast response time of 5-10 s and can be used for at least 2 months without any major deviation. The response mechanism is discussed in view of the alternating current (AC) impedance technique and the UV-vis spectroscopy technique. The effect of the electrode membrane compositions and the experimental conditions were studied. The electrode has been successfully used for the determination of salicylate ion in drug pharmaceutical preparations.  相似文献

A new highly selective silver(I) electrode was prepared with a PVC membrane using 5,10,15-tris(pentafluorophenyl)corrole as an electroactive material, 2-nitrophenyl octyl ether (o-NPOE) as a plasticizer and sodium tetraphenylborate (NaTPB) as an additive in the percentage ratio of 3:3:62:32 (corrole:NaTPB:o-NPOE:PVC, w:w). The electrode exhibited linear response with a near Nernstian slope of 54.8 mV/decade within the concentration range of 5.1 × 10−6 to 1.0 × 10−1 M silver ions, with a working pH range from 4.0 to 8.0, and a fast response time of <30 s. Selectivity coefficients for Ag(I) relative to a number of interfering ions were investigated. The electrode is highly selective for Ag(I) ions over a large number of mono-, bi-, and tri-valent cations. Common interferents like Hg2+ and Cd2+ show very low interfering effect on the silver assay, which is valuable property of the proposed electrode. Several electroactive materials and solvent mediators have been compared and the experimental conditions were optimized. The sensor was applied to the determination of silver in real ore samples with satisfied results.  相似文献

Interaction between octahedrally coordinated Nd3+ and Yd3+ in Cs2NaNd0,4Yb0,6Cl6 reduces the Nd3+ luminescence lifetime by roughly two orders of magnitude with respect to that found in Cs2NaNdCl6– · – Analysis of low temperature absorption and emission spectra reveals that the nonradiative Nd3+–Yb3+ energy transfer has to be assisted by lattice phonon emission, nevertheless the rate of the transfer is high in the 4–300 K temperature region and attains 5.8×105s-1 at room temperature. A phase transition of Cs2NaNd0,4Yb0,6Cl6 between 12 and 13 K is evidenced by abrupt change of both the spectra and lifetimes of Yb3+. Reduction of Yb3+ lifetime from 5.3 ms to 150 μs is at the transition from low symmetry phase to high symmetry phase is supposed to be associated with a three ion interaction which occurs in ordered lattice and disappears in low temperature disordered structure.  相似文献

利用激光光解装置检测了C60-地塞米松(C60-DE)的苯溶液在355 nm激光照射下产生的激发三重态, 3C60-DE*出现四个吸收峰, 分别位于700、440、350 和310 nm. 在330 nm处观察到了它的漂白吸收最大值, 这与其基态吸收最大值相对应. 3C60-DE*能够将能量转移给O2分子而淬灭. 与3C60*相比, 3C60-DE*的三重态鄄三重态(T-T)淬灭速率常数减小(3C60*为(5.03±1.31)×109 L·mol-1·s-1, 3C60-DE*为(3.53±0.87)×109 L·mol-1·s-1), 而寿命增加了(3C60*为(12.0±2.6) μs, 3C60-DE*为(18.0±3.3) μs), 这可能是C60分子上连接了地塞米松分子后减小了C60球之间碰撞的几率所致.  相似文献
