 采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、X射线能量散射谱、红外光谱和核磁共振等多种物化方法对合成的ZSM-5(核)/AlPO4-5(壳)双结构分子筛进行了表征,证明这种材料具有以ZSM-5为核层、以AlPO4-5为壳层的双结构特征.考察了合成条件对ZSM-5(核)/AlPO4-5(壳)分子筛形貌的影响,发现ZSM-5分子筛的加入方式对产物的形貌有较大影响.重油裂化反应结果表明,ZSM-5(核)/AlPO4-5(壳)双结构分子筛的催化性能比ZSM-5和ZSM-5/AlPO4-5机械混合分子筛样品好,表现为原油转化率和低碳烯烃、汽油及柴油收率提高.  相似文献

Environmental stress cracking (ESC) in poly(methyl methacrylate) under different humidity conditions has been investigated. Constant stress‐intensity factor (K) ring‐type specimens were prepared, and all specimens were equilibrated at five different humidity conditions for about two years. ESC tests were carried out under the same humidity as specimens had been stored. Acoustic emission (AE) signals during ESC tests were also measured to examine the crack‐growth behavior. The threshold K value (Kth) tended to increase with increasing humidity. At a relative humidity (RH) of 11%, crack growth occurred gradually until 40 ks under a K value of 0.70 MPam1/2, and then the crack‐growth rate began to increase and AE events were observed. A laser microscopic observation indicated that the crack extended by the coalescence between a main crack and a microcrack ahead of the main crack tip. AE signals generated are considered to be associated with the coalescence. At 98% RH, an incubation period where no crack growth was observed existed under a K value of 0.94 MPam1/2, but the crack began to grow suddenly after that incubation period. This suggests that the craze at the crack tip may become weaker with increasing loading time under high humidity. Although the crack‐growth rate at 98% RH was higher than that at 11% RH, no AE events were observed. This suggests that the crack extended stably in the craze at a crack tip, and sorbed water may make the craze growth easy. All the results suggest that two different ESC mechanisms are activated depending on sorbed water that are varied by humidity. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 水热脱铝ZSM-5/Y复合分子筛的表征和催化裂化性能   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
ZSM-5/Y是一种通过原位合成方法制备的新型复合分子筛材料,用XRD、IR光谱、N2吸附/脱附等手段,研究了水热处理对ZSM-5/Y物化性质的影响,并以正己烷为原料考察了样品的催化裂化性能.结果表明,与机械混合样品相比,在550 ℃和700 ℃水热处理条件下,复合分子筛中的Y型沸石相具有更好的结晶保留度.复合分子筛的中孔孔径分布范围大于机械混合分子筛,但复合分子筛样品所表现出的中、大孔体积小于相应的机械混合分子筛.吡啶吸附定量IR研究表明,550 ℃水热处理使复合分子筛的B酸量和L酸量减少;而机械混合样品则是B酸量和L酸量变化很小.进一步700 ℃水热处理则使B和L酸量都大量减少.与氢型样品相比,550 ℃脱铝样品的正己烷裂化活性显著增加,700 ℃脱铝后活性明显降低.产物分布的分析表明活性的提高与反应机理的改变有关.  相似文献

The influence of calcium on the brittle–ductile transition temperature is studied for the solidification range. The test bars were cast from carbon steel with and without the addition of calcium. Mechanical properties at different temperatures around the solidus were evaluated. The fractured surfaces were examined using a scanning microscope coupled with a Kevex analyser. For the modified steel, the liquid phase appears (on heating) for higher temperature while the temperature range within which fracture can nucleate, during casting or welding, is markedly narrowed. In medium-carbon steel, calcium changes the manner of fusion of the grains. The inclusions of the liquid phase form at the triple points and the surfaces of grains remain solid above the solidus temperature.  相似文献

Algae are aquatic organisms classified separately from plants. They are known to cause many hazards to humans and the environment. Algae strands contain nitrogen-producing cells that help them float (heterocysts). It is hypothesized that if the membranes of these cells are disrupted by means of ultrasound, the gas may be released analogous to sonic cracking, causing the strands to sink. This is a desirable ecological effect, because of the resulting suppressed release of toxins into the water.We subjected small quantities of blue-green algae of the Anabaena sphaerica species to ultrasound of frequencies and pressures in the clinical diagnostic range, and observed the changes in brightness of these solutions over time. Blue-green algae were forced to sink at any ultrasonic frequency we studied, supporting our hypothesis that heterocysts release nitrogen under ultrasound insonification in the clinical diagnostic range.Although the acoustic fields we used to eradicate blue-green algae are perfectly safe in terms of mechanical index, the acoustic pressures surpass the NURC Rules and Procedures by over 35 dB. Therefore, caution should be taken when using these techniques in a surrounding where aquatic or semi-aquatic animals are present.  相似文献

本研究主要探讨 2 2 %Cr双相不锈钢在含氯离子水溶液中之腐蚀疲劳裂缝成长行为 ,以及在慢应变速率拉伸试验过程中所发生的动态应变时效现象 .同时以 31 6L沃斯田体系不锈钢及4 30肥粒体系不锈钢作为比较 ,藉以探讨不同晶体结构对腐蚀疲劳及动态应变时效行为的影响 .实验结果显示 ,在 80℃ ,3.5wt%NaCl水溶液中 ,3种不锈钢并未发生应力腐蚀破裂 ,但其中 31 6L沃斯田体系不锈钢及 2 2 %Cr双相不锈钢却发生动态应变时效 ,且动态应变时效的发生与温度 ,应变速率及沃斯田体相的组织有关 .在NaCl水溶液中 ,采用预裂试片量测疲劳裂缝生长速率 ,其结果表明 ,4 30肥粒体系不锈钢之疲劳裂缝生长速率最快 ,而氢脆是加快裂缝生长速率的主因 ,就双相不锈钢而言 ,腐蚀疲劳裂缝的生长主要与该不锈钢所含之肥粒体相的氢脆现象有关  相似文献

研究了在热反应条件下石油渣油中饱和烃夺氢氢转移能力的测定方法和结果。饱和烃受热生成的自由基可从氢化芳烃四氢萘夺取活泼氢,由此可测定不同饱和烃的夺氢能力。研究结果表明,饱和烃可剧烈裂化而具有较强的夺氢能力,且这种夺氢能力随反应条件苛刻度增大而增强,对于正构烷烃或石蜡系列,其夺氢能力随分子量增大而增强,而对于不同来源石油渣油的饱和分,其夺氢能力的差别不大。沥青质的存在可诱导饱和烃剧烈裂化,增大饱和烃的夺氢能力。  相似文献

Damage mechanics based on the cohesive zone model were applied to study the anodic dissolution stress corrosion cracking (SCC) in flat and U-shaped edge-notched specimens. The simulation results show that corrosion product films (CPFs) facilitate crack initiation in SCC due to the CPF-induced stress and CPF rupture. In the flat specimen, SCC susceptibility increases with the CPF thickness and CPF Young’s modulus, while it decreases with CPF fracture strength. For the U-shaped edge-notched specimen, the normalised threshold stress intensity factor KISCC/KIC decreases with the CPF thickness and notch depth.  相似文献
