A high-powered, microwave-induced nitrogen–oxygen plasma (N2–O2–MIP) generated by using an Okamoto cavity at atmospheric pressure was investigated when the observation height, the flow rate of carrier gas, and the oxygen content were varied as the experimental parameters. The emission characteristics of the plasma were evaluated with regard to the excitation temperature and the intensity ratio of atomic line to ionic line. The excitation temperature of the N2–O2–MIP was in the range of 5100–5700 K when the oxygen content was varied from 0 to 30% at the observation height of 7 mm and the carrier gas flow rate of 0.6 l/min. The intensity ratio of atomic line to ionic line was elevated with an increase in the oxygen content.  相似文献

We have constructed a stabilized low temperature infrared absorption cell cooled by an open cycle refrigerator, which can run with liquid nitrogen from 250 to 80K or with liquid helium from 80K to a few kelvin. Several CO infrared spectra were recorded at low temperature using a tunable diode laser spectrometer. These spectra were analyzed taking into account the detailed effects of collisions on the line profile when the pressure increases. We also recorded spectra at very low pressure to accurately model the diode laser emission. Spectra of the R(2) line in the fundamental band of 13CO cooled by collisions with helium buffer gas at 10.5K and at pressures near 1 Torr have been recorded. The He-pressure broadening parameter (gamma(0) = 0.3 cm(-1) atm(-1)) has been derived from the simultaneous analysis of four spectra at different pressures.  相似文献

For unstructured finite volume methods, we present a line implicit Runge–Kutta method applied as smoother in an agglomerated multigrid algorithm to significantly improve the reliability and convergence rate to approximate steady-state solutions of the Reynolds-averaged Navier–Stokes equations. To describe turbulence, we consider a one-equation Spalart–Allmaras turbulence model. The line implicit Runge–Kutta method extends a basic explicit Runge–Kutta method by a preconditioner given by an approximate derivative of the residual function. The approximate derivative is only constructed along predetermined lines which resolve anisotropies in the given grid. Therefore, the method is a canonical generalisation of point implicit methods. Numerical examples demonstrate the improvements of the line implicit Runge–Kutta when compared with explicit Runge–Kutta methods accelerated with local time stepping.  相似文献

针对目前各行业数字化、智能化产品应用日趋广泛,数据的获取、传输、分析、应用尤为重要,如何避免采集设备接口单一、功能固定、实用性差等缺点,提出采用ARM嵌入式工控模块M9080-N20为基础,采用VK3266串口芯片扩展UART串行接口,提出基于73K222AU调制解调器、HR219307变压器实现采集器二线模拟通信,并支持以太网、CAN总线和UART串行通信,可以有效解决数据远程采集、传输和控制,适用于特殊环境设备故障检测、诊断和抢修。实验结果证明,智能数据采集器不仅具有多种型号设备故障诊断功能;还能实现野外快速通信组网,不同类型设备数据远程采集、传输、分析和控制功能,在军民融合产品上具有广阔的应用前景和实用价值。  相似文献

The current density (JE), the piecewise linear recursive convolution (PLRC) and the constant convolution recursive (CRC) techniques are developed and integrated into the transmission line matrix (TLM) algorithm. A comparison of these three schemes according to the criteria of accuracy and CPU time is presented. Numerical experiments show that JE provides the most accurate solution and requires the least CPU time; PLRC is nearly as accurate but consumes more CPU time than CRC.  相似文献

In this paper a novel macromodeling scheme is presented to model the per unit of length (p.u.l.) parameters of uniform transmission lines. In particular, it is focused on single on-chip interconnects, because their p.u.l. parameters are influenced by the presence of semiconductor (s) and as such exhibit a strong frequency-dependency, making the modeling process harder. Starting from a set of very accurate tabulated data samples, obtained by two-dimensional electromagnetic modeling, rational models for the four p.u.l. parameters are constructed. The novelty of the approach lies in the fact that the rational models are positive by construction and that a controllable accuracy is obtained. These models can then further be used to construct multivariate models, e.g., for variability analysis. Here, the novel scheme is applied to an on-chip inverted embedded microstrip line, of which the signal integrity behavior is assessed in both the frequency and the time domain, demonstrating the applicability of the macromodels.  相似文献

In a recent article, Y. Liu, X. Cheng, H. Cheng, J. Cheng and X. Song [Mol. Phys., 114:19, 2817–2823] report on the calculation of potential energy curves and the derivation of spectroscopic constants and line intensities for the lowest energy electronic states of HCl+. There are several shortcomings in the article; the most notable being the incorrect ordering of the 2П3/2 and 2П1/2 state energies, erroneous selection rules, which lead to the absence of a Q-branch in their predicted spectra, incorrect Höln–London factors, and a missing appendix.  相似文献
