建设用地的扩张对我国非农经济增长贡献研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
土地要素对经济增长的贡献,由于其供给缺乏弹性而常被定量研究所忽略。文章通过分析土地要素对经济增长的作用,提出在定量研究土地要素的贡献时,应使用代表土地承载空间大小的建筑面积数据。文章构建了相对建筑面积估计模型,并使用资本和劳动力数据实际估算了我国建设用地相对建筑的面积,并利用超越对数生产函数形式实际估算了我国建设用地对非农经济增长的贡献。研究发现:我国28个省级单位建设用地面积扩大在2003-2008年对非农经济增长平均贡献率为2.88%,而代表土地利用强度的相对容积率的增长对经济增长的贡献率为8.79%。建设用地对非农经济增长的总贡献为11.81%。  相似文献

On conformal manifolds of even dimension n ≥ 4 we construct a family of new conformally invariant differential complexes, each containing one coboundary operator of order greater than 1. Each bundle in each of these complexes appears either in the de Rham complex or in its dual (which is a different complex in the non-orientable case). Each of the new complexes is elliptic in case the conformal structure has Riemannian signature. We also construct gauge companion operators which (for differential forms of order k ≤ n/2) complete the exterior derivative to a conformally invariant and (in the case of Riemannian signature) elliptically coercive system. These (operator, gauge) pairs are used to define finite dimensional conformally stable form subspaces which are are candidates for spaces of conformal harmonics. This generalizes the n/2-form and 0-form cases, in which the harmonics are given by conformally invariant systems. These constructions are based on a family of operators on closed forms which generalize in a natural way Branson's Q-curvature. We give a universal construction of these new operators and show that they yield new conformally invariant global pairings between differential form bundles. Finally we give a geometric construction of a family of conformally invariant differential operators between density-valued differential form bundles and develop their properties (including their ellipticity type in the case of definite conformal signature). The construction is based on the ambient metric of Fefferman and Graham, and its relationship to the tractor bundles for the Cartan normal conformal connection. For each form order, our derivation yields an operator of every even order in odd dimensions, and even order operators up to order n in even dimension n. In the case of unweighted (or true) forms as domain, these operators are the natural form analogues of the critical order conformal Laplacian of Graham et al., and are key ingredients in the new differential complexes mentioned above.  相似文献

We show that a hierarchical cities structure can be generated by a self-organized process which grows with a bottom-up mechanism, and that the resulting distribution is power law. First we analytically prove that the power law distribution satisfies the balance between the offer of the city and the demand of its basin of attraction, and that the exponent in the Zipf's law corresponds to the multiplier linking the population of the central city to the population of its basin of attraction. Moreover, the corresponding hierarchical structure shows a variable spanning factor, and the population of the cities linked to the same city up in the hierarchy is variable as well. Second a stochastic dynamic spatial model is proposed, whose numerical results confirm the analytical findings. In this model, inhabitants minimize the transportation cost, so that the greater the importance of this cost, the more stable is the system in its microscopic aspect. After a comparison with the existent methods for the generation of a power law distribution, conclusions are drawn on the connection of hierarchical structure, and power law distribution, with the functioning of the system of cities.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

This article develops a formalism for the social construction of value. Using a model based on Bayesian agents, it demonstrates how “something” arises out of “nothing” via the emergence of durable value conventions and shows how the developed framework can be used to investigate socially constructed valuations under a variety of circumstances. The resulting analysis clarifies why assumptions that collectives will converge upon the “intrinsic” (i.e., non-socially originating) value of an object (e.g., market efficiency) may not hold for mixed social and non-social valuation regimes, explains the dependency of socially constructed valuations on early accidents, demonstrates the effects of confident actors on constructed values, and identifies the production of time-dependent ratcheting effects from the interaction of bubbles with value conventions.  相似文献

A cavity construction algorithm based on the triangulation of an iso‐surface is introduced as a new standard for dielectric continuum solvation calculations with the Conductor‐like Screening Model COSMO. It overcomes deficiencies which have become apparent for the original COSMO standard cavity, especially in concave regions of the molecular shaped cavity. The new standard, called FINE Cavity, is described in this article with several application examples.
