The fracture problems near the similar orthotropic composite materials are interface crack tip for mode Ⅱ of double disstudied. The mechanical models of interface crack for mode Ⅱ are given. By translating the governing equations into the generalized hi-harmonic equations, the stress functions containing two stress singularity exponents are derived with the help of a complex function method. Based on the boundary conditions, a system of non-homogeneous linear equations is found. Two real stress singularity exponents are determined be solving this system under appropriate conditions about bimaterial engineering parameters. According to the uniqueness theorem of limit, both the formulae of stress intensity factors and theoretical solutions of stress field near the interface crack tip are derived. When the two orthotropic materials are the same, the stress singularity exponents, stress intensity factors and stresses for mode II crack of the orthotropic single material are obtained. 相似文献

In Part 2 of the paper on the Smart-Cut process, the effects of bonding flaws characterized by the size and internal pressure before and after splitting are studied by using fracture mechanics models. It is found that the bonding flaws with large size are prone to cause severe deviation of defect growth, leading to a non-transferred area of thin layer when splitting. In a practical Smart-Cut process where the internal pressure of bonding flaws is very small, large interfacial defects always promote defect growth in the splitting process. Meanwhile, increasing the internal pressure of the bonding flaws decreases the defect growth and its deviation before splitting. The mechanism of relaxation of stiffener constraint is proposed to clarify the effect of bonding flaws. Moreover, the progress of the splitting process is analyzed when bonding flaws are present. After splitting, those bonding flaws with large size and high internal pressure are vulnerable for the blistering of the thin film during high-temperature annealing. 相似文献

A strategy for spacecraft autonomous rendezvous on an elliptical orbit in situation of no orbit information is developed. Lawden equation is used to describe relative motion of two spacecraft. Then an adaptive gain factor is introduced, and an adaptive control law for auton- omous rendezvous on the elliptical orbit is designed using Lyapunov approach. The relative motion is proved to be ultimately bounded under this control law, and the final relative position error can achieve the expected magnitude. Simulation results indicate that the adaptive control law can realize autonomous rendezvous on the elliptical orbit with relative state information only. 相似文献

在电感式磨粒传感器中,铁磁质磨粒主要通过磁化作用改变传感器线圈的磁场分布,进而改变线圈的等效电感.建立了线圈中含有铁磁质磨粒时的磁场模型,得出了磨粒磁化场关于退磁因子的磁感应强度表达式.以球磨粒为例,通过计算球磨粒磁化场,得到球磨粒引起线圈电感变化率的解析式,并用有限元法计算了线圈的磁场,分析后发现:理论计算解与数值分析解相符,所建模型可以反映客观实际;磨粒的磁化强度由其磁导率和退磁因子共同决定,球磨粒的磁化强度可近似认为与磁导率无关;球磨粒引起的传感器线圈电感变化率随线圈单位长度上匝数的增加而减小,并趋向于一极限值;传感器线圈的电感变化率与球磨粒半径的三次方成正比,球磨粒半径在100μm以内,电感变化率在10-7数量级.本研究结论可为电感式磨粒传感器的设计提供理论指导. 相似文献

运用LS_DYNA程序中描述陶瓷本构关系的JHC模型和二维轴对称拉格朗日算法,对EFP模拟弹丸侵彻不同厚度99氧化铝陶瓷块/金属复合靶试验进行了数值模拟,获得了侵彻过程中陶瓷的损伤演化和分布以及在A3钢背板中的侵彻深度,与实验结果进行了比对,总的侵彻深度基本相符。数值模拟和试验所得残余侵彻深度与陶瓷厚度之间基本上都呈一种良好的线性关系,因此所得质量防护系数和差分防护系数都随着陶瓷厚度的增加而增加。通过分析侵彻过程中的陶瓷损伤与演化发现:陶瓷块尺寸过小时会由于稀疏波作用使陶瓷抗弹性能下降。 相似文献

A humidity controlled inlet system was developed to measure the hygroscopic growth of aerosol scattering coefficient in conjunction with nephelometry at an urban site of Chinese Academy of Meteorological Sciences (CAMS) in Beijing and a rural site at Shangdianzi Regional Background Air Pollution Monitoring Station (SDZ) outside Beijing during winter, from December 2005 to January 2006. Measurements were carried out at a wavelength of 525 nm with an Ecotech M9003 nephelometer. The hygroscopic growth function (or factor) of the aerosol scattering coefficientf(RH) increased continuously with increasing relative humidity (RH) and showed no obvious "step-like" deliquescent behavior at both sites during the experiment. The average growth factorf(RH) at the SDZ site could reach 1.5 when RH increased from less than 40% to 92%, and to 2.1 at the CAMS site when RH increased from less than 40% to 93%. The average hygroscopic growth factor at a relative humidity of 80%, f(RH=80±1%), was found to be about 1.26±0.15 at CAMS and 1.24±0.11 at SDZ. Further analysis indicated that under relatively polluted conditions, the average hygroscopic growth factor was higher at the CAMS site than that at the SDZ site. However, under relatively clean air conditions, the difference between the two sites was small, showing a hygroscopic growth behavior similar to those of burning biomass or blowing dust. Analysis based on the so-called “local approach” is made to estimate the fatigue strength of welded joints. Numerical analyses or strain gauges are employed for finding the stress and/or strain state in the vicinity of the weld toe. The notch stress intensity factor (NSIF) approach applied to fillet welded joints, as far as the opening angle between the weld and the main plate surface is constant (e.g. 135°, typical for many fillet welds), is able to rationalise the fatigue strength data both for different joint geometries and absolute dimensions. The NSIF approach has been previously developed as an extension of the Linear Elastic Fracture Mechanics (LEFM) to open V-notches and is based on the exponential local stress field around the V-notch tip. Several different “local approaches”, although simpler and more practical than the NSIF, are based on the stress (or strain) values determined beyond the exponential local one. To distinguish such approaches from the NSIF based one, we define the former as semi-local or nominal approaches while the latter is a local approach. The paper underlines that the local approaches, differently from the other ones, are able to unify in a single scatter band the fatigue strength data obtained from welded joints having different geometry and absolute dimensions. 相似文献

Assessing the effect of residual stresses on the fatigue behavior of integrally stiffened structures

Residual stresses emerge quite often in real structures due to the various manufacturing processes such as, welding, forming, cutting, milling, etc. In such cases, development of cracks at regions influenced by manufacturing operations demand additional attention. In the present work a numerical methodology has been developed, based on three-dimensional Finite Element Analysis, for the calculation of Stress Intensity Factors at cracks in welded components. The residual stress fields, which are used in SIF calculations, have been computed by the numerical simulation of the thermo-mechanical process. A numerical algorithm based on interpolation principles is developed, in order to introduce the three-dimensional field in the computational model of the cracked structure. The SIF calculation methodology is initially validated for the case of a welded plate by comparison of numerical results with existing analytical solutions. A cracked stiffened panel is analysed afterwards and the calculated fatigue crack propagation results are compared to experimentally measured data. Finally, the numerical procedure is applied to study the effect of more complicated residual stress fields on SIF values developing at cracks located in stiffened panels. 相似文献

Crack propagation under alternating loading is investigated. Relations between the growth rate of a fatigue defect and loading
parameters and the expression for the stress intensity factor are derived for compression of a cracked solid taking into account
the possible contact of the crack faces. A model for the deformation of a small region near the crack tip is proposed which
allows one to formulate the conditions of residual opening of a growing fatigue crack. The experimental data obtained in tests
of steel samples are compared with the results of calculation using the developed procedure.
