利用微区Raman散射技术,对低压MOCVD生长的不同Al组分的AlxGa1-xN薄膜(x=0,0.07,0.15)进行了背散射Z(X,X)Z-几何配制下的测量.A1(LO)模式的声子频移随Al组分的变化关系为:ω(AlxGa1-xN)=(1+0.220x)ω(GaN).观察到了A1(LO)模式由于空间相关效应引起的展宽.E2模式随Al组分的的增大产生的移动很微小,但趋于展宽.这被认为是E2模式的声子频移随Al组分的增加而增大与其受到的张应力导致的声子频移随Al组分的增加而减小共同作用的结果.在多种配置下,观察到了Al0.07Ga0.93N薄膜的A1(TO)模式、A1(LO)模式、E1(TO)模式和E2模式.验证了AlxGa1-xN薄膜的Raman选择定则.表明AlxGa1-xN薄膜具有单模行为. 相似文献

A tensile-plate-on-air-spring model (or called TDK model for short) for micromachined electrostatic ultrasonic transducers
has been developed based on a thorough investigation of their dynamic mechanism. The mechanical stiffness effects caused by
the compressibility of air gaps, bending stiffness of the diaphragm and in-plane tension applied to the diaphragm, together
with an electrostatic negative stiffness effect are included completely in the model. Desired particular fundamental frequency
and bandwidth can be obtained by only properly tailoring the geometry, dimensions and materials of transducers according to
the model, which provides thereby a reliable theoretical basis for the understanding and optimised design of such transducers.

Localization phenomena occur as a result of local concentrations of plastic deformations in small bands of finite width (shear bands). Porous materials, as, for instance, soil, rock, concrete and sinter materials as well as polymeric and metallic foams exhibit a strong tendency towards shear banding caused by plastic dilatation in the brittle deformation range. This kind of behaviour is of great practical importance in engineering design, for example in the study and computation of failure mechanisms in soil mechanics (base failure, slope failure, etc.). From the mathematical point of view, the computation of localization phenomena, for example within the framework of the finite element method (FEM), yields an ill-posed problem, since each mesh refinement leads to smaller shear bands until one obtains (ideally) a singular surface. Following this, regularization mechanisms should be introduced to obtain reliable and robust results.In the present article, two natural regularization mechanisms for liquid-saturated and empty granular porous materials are discussed. These mechanisms are (1) the inclusion of additional independent degrees of freedom in the sense of the Cosserat brothers for the granular porous solid and (2) the inclusion of pore-fluid viscosity in the saturated case. 相似文献

利用扫描电化学显微镜 (SECM)将微探针定位于宏观金盘基底电极的扩散层内 .通过向基底电极施加适当电位以氧化消除电活性干扰物质 (如抗坏血酸 ) ,提高探针电极检测过氧化氢的选择性 .基于此方法 ,系统研究了探针 -金基底电极间距和电极电位对铂微探针检测过氧化氢选择性的影响 .结果表明 ,当探针 -基底电极间距为 2 2 .6μm ,金基底电极和铂探针电极电位分别为 0 4V和 0 5V时 ,探针电极检测过氧化氢不受抗坏血酸 ( 0 0 5mmol·L-1)的干扰 .此时 ,过氧化氢检测的线性范围为 :4× 10 -5~ 1× 10 -3 mol·L-1.基于实验结果 ,提出了在微型化电化学器件制备过程中设计互相靠近的双工作电极 ,利用电化学法消除电活性干扰物以提高检测选择性的新方法 . 相似文献

Polypyrrole‐magnetite dispersive micro‐solid‐phase extraction method combined with ultraviolet‐visible spectrophotometry was developed for the determination of selected cationic dyes in textile wastewater. Polypyrrole‐magnetite was used as adsorbent due to its thermal stability, magnetic properties, and ability to adsorb Rhodamine 6G and crystal violet. Dispersive micro‐solid‐phase extraction parameters were optimized, including sample pH, adsorbent amount, extraction time, and desorption solvent. The optimum polypyrrole‐magnetite dispersive micro‐solid phase‐extraction conditions were sample pH 8, 60 mg polypyrrole‐magnetite adsorbent, 5 min of extraction time, and acetonitrile as the desorption solvent. Under the optimized conditions, the polypyrrole‐magnetite dispersive micro‐solid‐phase extraction with ultraviolet‐visible method showed good linearity in the range of 0.05–7 mg/L (R 2 > 0.9980). The method also showed a good limit of detection for the dyes (0.05 mg/L) and good analyte recoveries (97.4–111.3%) with relative standard deviations < 10%. The method was successfully applied to the analysis of dyes in textile wastewater samples where the concentration found was 1.03 mg (RSD ±7.9%) and 1.13 mg/L (RSD ± 4.6%) for Rhodamine 6G and crystal violet, respectively. It can be concluded that this method can be adopted for the rapid extraction and determination of dyes at trace concentration levels. 相似文献

Particle‐loaded (3 μm, octadecylsilica) monolithic sol‐gel columns have been prepared and selected characteristics measured. Several electrical properties may be calculated from simple current measurements in the column as a whole. Resistivity in the packed segment is approximately three times that in open segments, resulting in a 60% increase in field strength in the packed regions compared to the capillary with no packing. The surprisingly high specific permeability of these sol‐gel columns is characteristic of 8‐μm particles, which allows their operation in the microLC mode at pressures as low as 69 kPa where their efficiency is about 50,000 plates per meter and in the CEC mode where efficiency is about 106,000 plates per meter at 5 kV. There is a relatively rapid loss of efficiency with increasing linear velocity beyond 0.2 mm/s in microLC mode, which may be due to additional diffusion processes in the inter‐particulate voids. A rapid loss of efficiency above 0.5 mm/s is also observed in the CEC mode, for the same reasons. Chromatographic retention behavior in either separation mode is characteristic of conventional octadecylsilica particles, indicating that analytes have significant access to the surface within the pores of the immobilized bonded phase. 相似文献

Erbium doped LiNbO3 (Er:LiNbO3) single crystal fibers were grown free of cracks along c‐axis by the micro‐pulling down (μ‐PD) method. We have investigated the up‐conversion property with the change of doped Er2O3 concentration and the starting melt composition. An enhancement of green upconversion according host matrix is also observed the stoichiometric LiNbO3. And, the dependence of the green emission according to Er3+ concentration is analyzed. The possible application of the Er3+ doped stoichiometric LiNbO3 single crystal fiber for up‐conversion based optical devices is discussed. 相似文献
