The open nature of radio propagation enables ubiquitous wireless communication. This allows for seamless data transmission. However, unauthorized users may pose a threat to the security of the data being transmitted to authorized users. This gives rise to network vulnerabilities such as hacking, eavesdropping, and jamming of the transmitted information. Physical layer security (PLS) has been identified as one of the promising security approaches to safeguard the transmission from eavesdroppers in a wireless network. It is an alternative to the computationally demanding and complex cryptographic algorithms and techniques. PLS has continually received exponential research interest owing to the possibility of exploiting the characteristics of the wireless channel. One of the main characteristics includes the random nature of the transmission channel. The aforesaid nature makes it possible for confidential and authentic signal transmission between the sender and the receiver in the physical layer. We start by introducing the basic theories of PLS, including the wiretap channel, information-theoretic security, and a brief discussion of the cryptography security technique. Furthermore, an overview of multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) communication is provided. The main focus of our review is based on the existing key-less PLS optimization techniques, their limitations, and challenges. The paper also looks into the promising key research areas in addressing these shortfalls. Lastly, a comprehensive overview of some of the recent PLS research in 5G and 6G technologies of wireless communication networks is provided. 相似文献

The attention of the present paper was devoted to nondestructive evaluation of masonry structures with a Focal Plane Array infrared camera. Tests were carried out in laboratory on specimens, which simulated one- and two-layer structures, with defects of different geometry and nature and located at different depths. The spin and orbital moments of the Co nanoparticles on a Au (111) single crystal have been investigated as a function of
the temperature using the element-specific method of X-ray magnetic circular dichroism in photoabsorption. The results hint

Using conformal coordinates associated with conformal relativity—associated with de Sitter spacetime homeomorphic projection into Minkowski spacetime—we obtain a conformal Klein-Gordon partial differential equation, which is intimately related to the production of quasi-normal modes (QNMs) oscillations, in the context of electromagnetic and/or gravitational perturbations around, e.g., black holes. While QNMs arise as the solution of a wave-like equation with a Pöschl-Teller potential, here we deduce and analytically solve a conformal ‘radial’ d’Alembert-like equation, from which we derive QNMs formal solutions, in a proposed alternative to more completely describe QNMs. As a by-product we show that this ‘radial’ equation can be identified with a Schrödinger-like equation in which the potential is exactly the second Pöschl-Teller potential, and it can shed some new light on the investigations concerning QNMs. 相似文献

Extensive research work has been done in recent times to apply the triboluminescence (TL) phenomenon for damage detection in engineering structures. Of particular note are the various attempts to apply it in the detection of impact damages in composites and aerospace structures. This is because TL-based sensor systems have a great potential for wireless, in-situ and distributed (WID) structural health monitoring when fully developed. This review article highlights development and the current state-of-the-art in the application of TL-based sensor systems. The underlying mechanisms believed to be responsible for triboluminescence, particularly in zinc sulfide manganese, a highly triboluminescent material, are discussed. The challenges militating against the full exploitation and field application of TL sensor systems are also identified. 介绍了一种针对山区多样性突发火情事件中基于智能视觉的高空图像搜集系统,采用以ST意法半导体公司的STM32F107VCT6为处理核心的开发平台,地面控制平台通过高空无人机的高速照相机对目标区域火情图像数据进行搜集,并将图像数据带回到地面控制平台的PC处理器上进行综合分析。地面控制平台根据智能视觉信息采集模块采集的山区遥感图像的均值作为初始背景,并对背景图像进行实时更新,利用光谱特征与距离算法获取差分图像,并进行图像处理,从而获取山区发生火情区域的图像分析数据,以实现对山区森林突发火情事件的及时监测,在火情发生初始阶段就能扑灭。本文对山区智能视觉火情高空搜集系统的实现原理、核心硬件设计、系统软件设计等分别进行了研究,并通过系统实验进行了验证,测试结果表明,该系统在对山区的高空图像搜集实验中,对不同颜色物体的分别识别率为100%,对火灾与地形地貌的识别率为95.55%和81.12%,非常适用于各种山区环境下的智能视觉监控系统。 相似文献

A two dimensional (2D) classical system of dipole particles confined by a quadratic potential is studied. This system can
be used as a model for rare electrons in semiconductor structures near a metal electrode, indirect excitons in coupled quantum
dots etc. For clusters of N ≤ 80 particles ground state configurations and appropriate eigenfrequencies and eigenvectors for the normal modes are found.
Monte-Carlo and molecular dynamic methods are used to study the order-disorder transition (the “melting” of clusters). In
mesoscopic clusters (N < 37) there is a hierarchy of transitions: at lower temperatures an intershell orientational disordering of pairs of shells
takes place; at higher temperatures the intershell diffusion sets in and the shell structure disappears. In “macroscopic”
clusters (N > 37) an orientational “melting” of only the outer shell is possible. The most stable clusters (having both maximal lowest
nonzero eigenfrequencies and maximal temperatures of total melting) are those of completed crystal shells which are concentric
groups of nodes of 2D hexagonal lattice with a number of nodes placed in the center of them. The picture of disordering in
clusters is compared with that in an infinite 2D dipole system. The study of the radial diffusion constant, the structure
factor, the local minima distribution and other quantities shows that the melting temperature is a nonmonotonic function of
the number of particles in the system. The dynamical equilibrium between “solid-like” and “orientationally disordered” forms

Genipin is a natural crosslinker that improves the functional properties of proteins by modifying its structures. This study aimed to investigate the effects of sonication on the emulsifying properties of different genipin concentration-induced myofibrillar protein (MP) cross-linking. The structural characteristics, solubility, emulsifying properties, and rheological properties of genipin-induced MP crosslinking without sonication (Native), sonication before crosslinking (UMP), and sonication after crosslinking (MPU) treatments were determined, and the interaction between genipin and MP were estimated by molecular docking. The results demonstrated that hydrogen bond might be the main forces for genipin binding to the MP, and 0.5 μM/mg genipin was a desirable concentration for protein cross-linking to improve MP emulsion stability. Ultrasound treatment before and after crosslinking were better than Native treatment to improve the emulsifying stability index (ESI) of MP. Among the three treatment groups at the 0.5 μM/mg genipin treatment, the MPU treatment group showed the smallest size, most uniform protein particle distribution, and the highest ESI (59.89%). Additionally, the highest α-helix (41.96%) in the MPU + G5 group may be conducive to the formation of a stable and multilayer oil–water interface. Furthermore, the free groups, solubility, and protein exposure extent of the MPU groups were higher than those of UMP and Native groups. Therefore, this work suggests that the treatment of cross-linking followed by ultrasound (MPU) could be a desirable approach for improving the emulsifying stability of MP. 相似文献

Reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS), a planar metasurface consisting of a large number of low-cost reflecting elements, has received much attention due to its ability to improve both the spectrum and energy efficiency (EE) by reconfiguring the wireless propagation environment. In this paper, we propose a base station (BS) beamforming and RIS phase shift optimization technique that maximizes the EE of a RIS-aided multiple-input–single-output system. In particular, considering the system circuits’ energy consumption, an EE maximization problem is formulated by jointly optimizing the active beamforming at the BS and the passive beamforming at the RIS, under the constraints of each user’ rate requirement, the BS’s maximal transmit power budget and unit-modulus constraint of the RIS phase shifts. Due to the coupling of optimization variables, this problem is a complex non-convex optimization problem, and it is challenging to solve it directly. To overcome this obstacle, we divide the problem into active and passive beamforming optimization subproblems. For the first subproblem, the active beamforming is given by the maximum ratio transmission optimal strategy. For the second subproblem, the optimal phase shift matrix at the RIS is obtained by exploiting sine cosine algorithm (SCA). Moreover, for this case where each reflection element’s working state is controlled by a circuit switch, each reflection element’s switch value is optimized with the aid of particle swarm optimization algorithm.
