三乙烯二胺和四甲基乙二胺与氯甲基聚苯乙烯反应,得到同时含有季铵和叔胺的强-弱碱型树脂,再用碘甲烷季铵化叔胺,制备聚苯乙烯双季铵树脂;另一种方法是将二甲基苄胺型叔胺树脂用4-溴丁基三甲基溴化铵季铵化引入4碳链双季铵基团。反应结果表明,两类强弱碱基树脂的季铵化反应结果并不理想,二甲基苄胺型叔胺树脂季铵化反应的转化率最高为36%。考察了这些新型双季铵树脂的热稳定性及对水溶液中有机酸(如苯磺酸和对-硝基苯乙酸)的吸附、脱附性能。 相似文献

Aiming to resolve the problem of redundant information concerning rolling bearing degradation characteristics and to tackle the difficulty faced by convolutional deep learning models in learning feature information in complex time series, a prediction model for remaining useful life based on multiscale fusion permutation entropy (MFPE) and a multiscale convolutional attention neural network (MACNN) is proposed. The original signal of the rolling bearing was extracted and decomposed by resonance sparse decomposition to obtain the high-resonance and low-resonance components. The multiscale permutation entropy of the low-resonance component was calculated. Moreover, the locally linear-embedding algorithm was used for dimensionality reduction to remove redundant information. The multiscale convolution module was constructed to learn the feature information at different time scales. The attention module was used to fuse the feature information and input it into the remaining useful life prediction module for evaluation. The appropriate network structure and parameter configuration were determined, and a multiscale convolutional attention neural network was designed to determine the remaining useful life prediction model. The results show that the method demonstrates effectiveness and superiority in degrading the feature information representation and improving the remaining useful life prediction accuracy compared with other models. 相似文献

In the fault monitoring of rolling bearings, there is always loud noise, leading to poor signal stationariness. How to accurately and efficiently identify the fault type of rolling bearings is a challenge. Based on multivariate multiscale sample entropy (mvMSE), this paper introduces the refined composite mvMSE (RCmvMSE) into the fault extraction of the rolling bearing. A rolling bearing fault-diagnosis method based on stacked auto encoder and RCmvMSE (SDAE-RCmvMSE) is proposed. In the actual environment, the fault-diagnosis method use the multichannel vibration signals of the bearing as the input of stacked denoising autoencoders (SDAEs) to filter the noise of the vibration signals. The features of denoise signals are extracted by RCmvMSE and the rolling bearing operation-state diagnosis is completed with a support-vector machine (SVM) model. The results show that in the original test data, the accuracy rates of SDAE-RCmvMSE, RCmvMSE, and commonplace features of vibration signals combined with SVM (CFVS-SVM) methods are 99.5%, 100%, and 96% respectively. In the data with noise, the accuracy rates of RCmvMSE and CFVS-SVM are 97.75% and 93.08%, respectively, but the accuracy of SDAE-RCmvMSE is still 100%. 相似文献

Liposomes are widely applied in research, diagnostics, medicine and in industry. In this study we show for the first time the effect of hydrodynamic cavitation on liposome stability and compare it to the effect of well described chemical, physical and mechanical treatments. Fluorescein loaded giant 1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (DOPC) lipid vesicles were treated with hydrodynamic cavitation as promising method in inactivation of biological samples. Hydrodynamic treatment was compared to various chemical, physical and mechanical stressors such as ionic strength and osmolarity agents (glucose, Na+, Ca2+, and Fe3+), free radicals, shear stresses (pipetting, vortex mixing, rotational shear stress), high pressure, electroporation, centrifugation, surface active agents (Triton X-100, ethanol), microwave irradiation, heating, freezing-thawing, ultrasound (ultrasonic bath, sonotrode). The fluorescence intensity of individual fluorescein loaded lipid vesicles was measured with confocal laser microscopy. The distribution of lipid vesicle size, vesicle fluorescence intensity, and the number of fluorescein loaded vesicles was determined before and after treatment with different stressors. The different environmental stressors were ranked in order of their relative effect on liposome fluorescein release. Of all tested chemical, physical and mechanical treatments for stability of lipid vesicles, the most detrimental effect on vesicles stability had hydrodynamic cavitation, vortex mixing with glass beads and ultrasound. Here we showed, for the first time that hydrodynamic cavitation was among the most effective physico-chemical treatments in destroying lipid vesicles. This work provides a benchmark for lipid vesicle robustness to a variety of different physico-chemical and mechanical parameters important in lipid vesicle preparation and application. 相似文献

This paper presents experimental results on the use of spectroscopic optical polarimetry to study structure in dense systems of rigid particles and rigid polymer liquid crystals. These measurements probe microstructural anisotropy induced by the application of electric fields in the case of dense suspensions of rigid spheres, or flow fields in the case of polymer liquid crystals. It is demonstrated that conservative linear dichroism can measure moments of the particle pair distribution function in dense suspensions. In liquid crystals, the dichroism is a result of field-induced anisotropy in the defect structure of the material. 相似文献

A technique is developed to solve the steady-state hydrodynamic equations which describe wind-induced currents at a point. By using the Galerkin approach, with an expansion of complex coefficients and real functions, a continuous current profile can be computed from sea surface to sea bed for arbitrary vertical variations of viscosity. The method can incorporate slip or no-slip bottom boundary conditions, and gradients of sea surface elevation. The technique is used to investigate the influence of viscosity profile, bed stress and elevation gradient on surface current magnitude and direction. Calculations suggest that viscosity profile, bed stress, and elevation gradient all affect surface current, offering some explanation for the range of surface current magnitudes and directions reported in the literature. 相似文献
