页岩气储层水力压裂数值模拟既要考虑页岩储层岩石的特性,又要兼顾水平外分段压裂施工工艺,是一个非常棘手的力学难题.本文简述了页岩气储层岩石具有的地质力学特征和页岩气储层开发常用的水平井分段压裂技术;详述了扩展有限元、边界元、离散元在水力压裂裂缝模拟上的应用现状,指出了它们在处理裂缝问题的局限性和优越性,总结出边界元三维位移不连续法是模拟多裂缝扩展的有效方法.  相似文献

水力压裂是在高压粘滞流体或清水作用下地层内裂缝起裂与扩展的过程。由于包含岩石断裂和流-固耦合等复杂问题,对该过程的数值模拟具有相当大的挑战性。本文建立基于有限元与离散元混合方法的裂纹模型,模拟岩石裂纹扩展,实现了连续向非连续的转化;建立双重介质流动模型,裂隙流作为孔隙渗流的压力边界,孔隙渗流反作用裂隙的压力求解,处理了流体在基岩与人工裂缝中的协调流动;将裂纹模型与流体流动模式进行结合,建立断裂-应力-渗流耦合形式的力学模型,进一步分析了水力压裂的基本过程,综合多种数值计算方法,编写程序,在验证岩体裂纹模型与双重介质流动模型有效性的基础上,对压裂过程进行复现,将模拟结果与文献结果进行了对比,并讨论了所构建模型的优缺点。  相似文献

In this paper we demonstrate an optical switch based on hydraulic actuation. Two chambers are filled with dyed oil and water, respectively. The oil–water interface changes as the external pressure is applied to the chamber. A transparent pillar shaped platform with a round dome is fixed on the top substrate and submerged in the oil. When pressure is increased, the shape of the oil–water interface can be changed from concave to convex and the oil is pushed aside. As a result, the water touches the transparent pillar thus forming a light channel which allows the incident light to pass through. Our experiments show that the device can obtain a wide optical attenuation from ∼1 dB to ∼29 dB. The diameter of the aperture can be tuned between 0∼5.1 mm by changing the external pressure. The switchable aperture ratio of the device is ∼39%. By using two immiscible liquids with matched densities, the gravity effect can be overcome. The proposed optical switch has potential applications in variable optical attenuators and adaptive irises.  相似文献

The anoxia of coastal water has already been a serious problem all over the word. Nanobubbles are proved to have great applications in water remediation because they could effectively increase the oxygen content and degrade organic matters in water. But the existing methods to produce nanobubbles are complicated and high cost to operate, especially in deep sea. In this paper, we presented a low-cost method, hydraulic air compression (HAC), to produce a large number of nanobubbles and proved that nanoscale gas bubbles could be produced by HAC for the first time. Nanoparticle tracking analysis was used to measure the size and concentration of produced nanobubbles. It indicated that the concentration of nanobubbles would increase as the downpipe height increases. Degassed measurements proved that produced “nanoparticles” are gas nanobubbles indeed. More dissolved oxygen in water would provide the source for larger number of nanobubble formation. Those results are expected to be very helpful for water remediation in ocean in the future.  相似文献

飞机机动飞行时,机体结构受到随机振动叠加气动的耦合载荷作用,有可能迅速产生破坏。为了考核在这种振动环境下飞机的结构强度及使用寿命能否达到设计要求,需要提供有效的地面试验验证手段和可靠的试验数据。本文研究了一种振动叠加气动的耦合载荷加载技术,通过液压球头传递振动载荷,同时通过气囊施加气动载荷,并设计进行了原理性验证试验。试验结果表明,这种耦合载荷加载技术可以避免过多改变试件自身的振动特性,同时可精确实现振动叠加气动的耦合载荷加载,真实模拟试验件的振动工作环境。此项技术可应用于现代战机的地面结构强度研究。  相似文献

Within the framework of the model of two interpenetrating continua, a horizontal laminar dilute-suspension flow in a vertical Hele-Shaw cell is investigated. Using the method of matched asymptotic expansions, an asymptotic model of the transverse migration of sedimenting particles is constructed. The particle migration in the horizontal section of the cell is caused by an inertial lateral force induced by the particle sedimentation and the shear flow of the carrier phase. A characteristic longitudinal length scale is determined, on which the particles migrate across the slot through a distance of the order of the slot half-width. The evolution of the particle number concentration and velocity fields along the channel is studied using the full Lagrangian method. Depending on the particle inertia parameter, different particle migration regimes (with and without crossing of the channel central plane by the particles) are detected. A critical value of the particle inertia parameter corresponding to the change in migration regime is found analytically. The possibility of intersection of the particle trajectories and the formation of singularities in the particle number concentration is demonstrated.  相似文献

对脆性材料的第一主应力--拉应力裂纹扩展准则进行了补充和修正,修正的裂纹扩展准则能确定裂纹扩展步长.以平面斜置裂纹扩展为例,利用无网格Galerkin方法,对不含裂隙水压的二维裂纹扩展进行数值模拟,计算结果与试验结果一致,表明最大周向拉应力准则的正确性.在不同裂隙水压条件下,研究了二维裂纹初始破裂,并在给定水压下对二维裂纹扩展路径进行了数值模拟跟踪.结果表明裂隙水压对裂纹初始破裂方向、破裂步长、破裂载荷和裂隙岩体破裂强度有显著影响.有水压和无水压的扩展迹线不同,但后续的扩展趋势相同.  相似文献

输水系统管道的泄漏影响瞬变水击波波形的畸变和衰减特性,对泄漏的定位和定量是泄漏辨识研究的重要环节.考虑水力瞬变中非恒定摩阻的影响,将泄漏参数反映在建立的管道瞬变流时域数学模型中,给出离散网格和求解方法,分析不同泄漏参数对瞬变水击波的影响,用遗传算法结合瞬变流时域模型的特征线法最小化管道测点压力实测和计算响应值的均方误差来辨识泄漏参数,其中实测信号首先经过预滤波和小波去噪处理.通过模型试验对瞬变流数学模型和泄漏反问题分析模型作了率定和验证,结果表明此法能有效的辨识出小泄漏参数,并且检测信号主动,阀门扰动可操作性强.  相似文献

The results of a numerical simulation of the interaction between a hydraulic fracture propagating under plane-strain conditions in an infinite impermeable elastic medium and an already existing natural fault are presented. The fracture is created by an incompressible Newtonian fluid injected at a constant flow rate from a source located at its center; the behavior of the fault is described by a dry friction model of the Mohr-Coulomb type. The results obtained are in agreement with the available studies in this field of research.  相似文献

The long-wave equations describing three-dimensional shear wave motion of a free-surface ideal fluid are rearranged to a special form and used to describe discontinuous solutions. Relations at the discontinuity front are derived, and stability conditions for the discontinuity are formulated.
