垂直低温两相流管底液氮汽泡上升速度的实验研究

本文对垂直低温两相流管底部液氮汽泡的上升速度运用高速摄像机进行了可视化实验研究,对所采集的实时图像进行处理.在Cole和Mendelson汽泡上升速度经验公式的基础上,通过对液氮汽泡的上升速度的分析,提出了圆管管路底部液氮汽泡的上升速度的拟合公式,分析研究其变化规律,为进一步探求圆管内液氮弹状汽泡的生成机理提供依据.     

Lattice-BGK approach to simulating granular flows

Many continuum theories for granular flow produce an equation of motion for the fluctuating kinetic energy density (granular temperature) that accounts for the energy lost in inelastic collisions. Apart from the presence of an extra dissipative term, this equation is very similar in form to the usual temperature equation in hydrodynamics. It is shown how a lattice-kinetic model based on the Bhatnagar-Gross-Krook (BGK) equation that was previously derived for a miscible two-component fluid may be modified to model the continuum equations for granular flow. This is done by noting that the variable corresponding to the concentration of one species follows an equation that is essentially analogous to the granular temperature equation. A simulation of an unforced granular fluid using the modified model reproduces the phenomenon of clustering instability, namely the spontaneous agglomeration of particles into dense clusters, which occurs generically in all granular flows. The success of the continuum theory in capturing the gross features of this basic phenomenon is discussed. Some shear flow simulations are also presented.     

Characterization of the organization in shear layers via the Proper Orthogonal Decomposition

Experiments are performed in an incompressible plane turbulent mixing layer, using various hot wire rake configurations. From these experiments, the Proper Orthogonal Decomposition is applied for kernels where the space-time correlation tensor is evaluated over different spatial meshes and velocity components configurations. The resulting decompositions are then discussed in terms of characterization of the organization of the flow for various scalar or vectorial approaches of the POD. An incrtial range law is evidenced. The instantaneous contribution of the first modes of the POD to the organization of the flow is analyzed. A dynamical behavior for the organization of the flow is observed from the correlation between the first two modes contribution.     

Spreading of viscous droplets on a non viscous liquid

Some polymer melts (of high viscosity ) can wet completely the surface of a non miscible, simple liquid. We discuss here the laws of spreading for a macroscopic droplet of this type, when the internal friction of the droplet dominates. We predict a droplet radius increasing liket ^1/4 wheret is the spreading time, or equivalently a droplet curvature decreasing liket ^–1. The droplet should be surrounded by a precursor film, which is not discussed in the present note.     

飞行时间质谱仪中Ni^＋与酯分子束流的气相反应及机理

在一个石英反应室内，让激光解离的Ｎｉ＾＋与连续喷入的酯类化合物分子束流反应，生成的产物离子经飞行时间质谱仪检测，研究了Ｎｉ＾＋与乙酸乙酯、乙酸丙烯酯、乙酸乙烯酯、乙酸丁酯的气相反应。根据如下机理满意的解释了发生的反应：（１）Ｎｉ＾＋与酯形成激发态络合物；（２）β－Ｈ迁移至烃氧基的氧上形成Ｎｉ＾＋的双配体化合物离子；（３）失去一中性配体分子得Ｎｉ＾＋的单配体化合物离子。由酯的ΔＨ离和Ｄ（Ｎｉ＾＋－Ａ     

Solvent-free reactions of fullerenes and N-alkylglycines with and without aldehydes under high-speed vibration milling

The solvent-free reactions of fullerenes and N-alkylglycines with and without aldehydes (RCHO) 2a-e under high-speed vibration milling (HSVM) conditions have been investigated. Fulleropyrrolidines 4a-e (C₆₀(CH₂N(CH₃)CHR), R=H (4a), C₆H₅ (4b), p-NO₂-C₆H₄ (4c), p-CH₃O-C₆H₄ (4d), p-(CH₃)₂N-C₆H₄ (4e)) were obtained in moderate yields from reactions of C₆₀ with aldehydes 2a-e and N-methylglycine (Prato reaction). In all these solvent-free reactions, 4a was found to be formed besides 4b-e, indicating that fullerenes can react with N-substituted glycines in the absence of aldehyde to give fulleropyrrolidines. For this novel reaction, a possible reaction mechanism involving an electron transfer process has been proposed. Intrigued by this observation, the dependence of the yield on the reagent ratio for the reaction of C₆₀ with paraformaldehyde and/or N-methylglycine was examined to search the optimal conditions. The reaction of C₇₀ with paraformaldehyde and/or N-methylglycine under HSVM conditions was also studied and was found to give the positional isomers of [70]fulleropyrrolidines.     

Cathode of a fuel cell with a solid polymer electrolyte: Calculating overall currents in the presence of a gas-diffusion layer

Mathematical apparatus, which makes it possible to perform calculations of the current-voltage characteristics of cathodes of fuel cells with a solid polymer electrolyte in conditions where there are present extraneous diffusion restrictions is proposed. In so doing, the partial pressure of oxygen and the absolute pressure of gas in the gas chamber may assume any values. First of all presented are the results of calculations of the current-voltage characteristics intrinsic to active layers of the air and oxygen cathodes, which are performed under the assumption that the extraneous diffusion restrictions are absent altogether. Thereafter, in the same conditions (at the same parameters that characterize the active layer of a cathode), obtained are results of a calculation of the current-voltage characteristics inherent in the air and oxygen cathodes in the presence of extraneous diffusion restrictions. Afterward there is performed an analysis of the way a gas-diffusion layer restricts the process of generation of current in a cathode and of what measures should be taken in order for the extraneous diffusion restrictions to become less significant.     

A note on the paper “characterization of all optimal solutions and parametric maximal flows in networks” of G. Ruhe (optimization 16 (1985) 1, 51-61)

First it is shown that the implementation of the algorithm proposed in the considered paper may cause some problems if no further specification is made as to one of its steps. Secondly, such a specification is suggested.
