The reaction of fluorobenzene with urotropine in trifluoroacetic acid (TFAA) at high pressures and temperatures affords predominantly fluorobenzaldehydes andN-(fluorophenylmethyl)trifluoroacetamides. The yields of these products depend considerably on the reaction conditions. The rates of their formation have the maximum values at the momemt of the phase transition (PT) of TFAA. A new efficient cyclic (dynamic) regime is proposed for the synthesis at high pressures. The regime involves periodically occurring PT of the solvent. The change in the relative rate of product formation with the degree of fluorobenzene conversion is wave-like.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. A series of new aromatic polyamides having pendent naphthoxy groups were synthesized by the triphenyl phosphite‐activated polycondensation of (2‐naphthoxy)terephthalic acid (NOTPA) with various aromatic diamines in a medium consisting of N‐methyl‐2‐pyrrolidone (NMP), pyridine, and calcium chloride. The diacid monomer NOTPA was prepared from the nitro displacement of dimethyl 2‐nitroterephthalate with the potassium naphthoxide of β‐naphthol, followed by base‐induced ester hydrolysis. All the resulting polymers were noncrystalline and readily soluble in aprotic polar solvents such as NMP and N,N‐dimethylacetamide. Almost all the polymers could be solution‐cast to tough, creasable amorphous films with good mechanical properties, the values of tensile strengths ranging from 90 to 124 MPa with initial moduli ranging from 1.72 to 2.51 GPa. Except for two examples, all the other polyamides displayed discernible glass transitions between 189 and 248 °C in the differential scanning calorimetric traces. In order to obtain a catalyst support with a high surface area, ZrO2 and ZrO2-Y2O3 were prepared by the hydrolytic decomposition of the corresponding isopropoxide dissolved in benzene. The hydrolysis was carried out at 80°C using an excess amount of distilled water in flowing dry nitrogen. The precipitates thus obtained were dried at 100°C followed by calcination at 500°C in air or nitrogen for 1 h. The specific surface areas for both of the ZrO2 and ZrO2-Y2O3 increased with increasing amount of water added for hydrolysis, and the surface areas for ZrO2-Y2O3 increased with increasing yttrium content. A ZrO2 having a surface area of 130 m2/g was produced, and a stabilized tetragonal ZrO2 with 15 mol% Y3+ having a surface area of 200 m2/g was produced. Furthermore, despite the difference in the ZrO2 and ZrO2-Y2O3 crystal structures, the lattice-strain of ZrO2 has been unequivocally related to the surface area.  相似文献

NiTiO3 shows an order-disorder transition from an ordered ilmenite structure to a corundum structure at high temperatures. The transition is followed by a strong increase of the specific electrical conductivity. The conductivity was investigated as a function of temperature and oxygen activity. An order parameter according to common phase transition theories can be used to describe the behaviour of the conductivity in the transition region and vice versa. A model for the defect structure of NiTiO3 is presented.  相似文献

The fracture mechanisms of a high performance epoxy system modified with two types of preformed rigid core-shell particles (RCSP) were investigated. The use of the preformed RCSP anables the control of the dispersion of the toughener phase in the epoxy, which, in turn, allows the mechanical properties of the modified epoxy to be optimized. The toughening effect via the RCSP modification is found to be as good as that via the core-shell rubber modification. The moduli andT g of these RCSP-modified epoxies are virtually unaltered via the RCSP modification, when compared with the neat epoxy resin equivalent. The toughening mechanisms in these toughened systems appear to be predominantly crack deflection, crack bifurcation, and microcracking. Approaches for effective toughening of high performance polymers via rigid polymers are discussed.  相似文献

A recently characterized oviposition-deterring pheromone (ODP, structure 1) of the European cherry fruit fly was used as a test case for probing the potential of tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) in structure elucidation as a stand-alone technique. The glycolipid-taurinate 1 was subjected to MS/MS analyses under a variety of conditions with and without preceding chemical degradation. Acidic methanolysis of 1 and subsequent in-batch derivatization (trideuterioacetylation) yielded methyl 2,3,4,6-tetrakis-O-trideuterioacetyl-glucopyranoside (2), methyl 8,15-bis-trideuterioacetoxy-palmitate (3), and taurine (4) as suitable target compounds for direct mixture analysis.Low energy collision induced dissociation (CID) on selected precursor ions (MS/MS on [M + H – CH3OH]+ and [M + H]+ produced by fast atom bombardment (FAB)) allowed direct identification of 2 and 4, respectively, by comparison with appropriate reference ions. In the case of 3, low energy CID (desorption chemical ionization (DCI) instead of FAB, MS/MS on [M + H]+) permitted deduction of gross molecular structure, but failed to provide positional detail. In sharp contrast,high energy CID of trideuterioacetylated intact 1 (FAB-MS/MS on [M – H] ions of la) clearly revealed a linear 8,15-hydroxylated palmitic acid backbone. Less certain was assignment of 15-O-glucosylation by this approach.  相似文献

The high TC superconducting phase Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu3Ox (2223) in the Pb-BSCCO system has been produced by EDTA-gel processing using nitrate solutions. The precursor has heated in two stages, at 300 and 800°C each for 2 h, to avoid the burning of the important species involved in the final product. The effects of time (6 to 48 h) and temperature (845 and 855°C) on the formation of the 2223 phase have been studied by sintering the samples in air. Thermal analysis (TG/DTA), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and a vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) have been employed to investigate the powder produced at different stages of decomposition, oxidation and formation of sintered materials from the powders. The volume-fraction of the 2223 phase at 845°C increases with time, the maximum value of the 2223 phase was obtained at 120 h. It has been observed that the formation of the high TC phase is remarkably enhanced at the temperature of the endothermic peak of the DTA curve. The best result has been obtained in the sample sintered for 24 h at the temperature 855°C (endothermic peak). This also indicated that at 855°C, the large volume-fraction of 2223 phase with TC 113 K grew in short time and as the sintering time increased, it decomposed into the Bi2Sr2CaCu2Ox (2212) phase and other phases.  相似文献

 用薄层 (TLC)、高效液相 光电二极管阵列检测器 (HPLC/DAD)、动物实验等方法对生物检材中乌头生物碱进行检验 ,并对这些方法进行比较。结果发现 ,TLC法为此类药物检验筛选的首选方法 ,最小检出量为 0 3μg。在进行HPLC检测时 ,以乌头生物碱的特征紫外吸收光谱和动物实验结果为重要的定性手段 ,其特征吸收波长为 (2 2 8± 2 )nm和 (2 75± 2 )nm。乌头生物碱在 2mg/L~ 5 0mg/L时其峰面积与质量浓度有很好的线性 ,相关系数为 0 9996。经实际案件证明 ,方法准确、灵敏 ,可用于生物检材中乌头类生物碱的检验。  相似文献

Nanocrystallites of tungsten oxide samples of 2, 4, 16, 35 and 60 nm of diameter were prepared by cryosol and pyrosol techniques. The pressure- and temperature-induced phase transitions of these samples were monitored by Raman spectrometry from 0.1 MPa to 34 GPa and from 77 to 1200 K. The tetragonal (α)-orthorhombic (β)-monoclinic (γ) transitions in these nanometric samples are strongly downshifted in temperature by comparison with the bulk WO3. For instance, the tetragonal phase which exists above 1171 K for the bulk tungsten oxide can be stabilized at 700 K for the 35 nm sample. In the same way, the monoclinic P21/n-monoclinic P21/c high-pressure-induced transition is slightly shifted from 0.1 GPa to a higher pressure (1.5 GPa). The discussion of these transition-line shifts is based on thermodynamic considerations in which the surface energy of crystallites plays an important role.  相似文献
