The separation of high‐purity compounds from traditional Tibetan medicines plays an important role in investigating their bioactivity. Nevertheless, it is often quite difficult to isolate compounds with high purity because of the complexity of traditional Tibetan medicines. In this work, an offline two‐dimensional reversed‐phase preparative method was successfully developed for the separation of high‐purity compounds from Oxytropis falcata . Based on the analysis results, an ODS C18 prep column was used for first‐dimensional preparation, and 14.8 g of the crude sample was separated into five fractions with a recovery of 74.6%. Then, an XAqua C18 prep column was used to isolate high‐purity compounds in the second‐dimensional preparation because its separation selectivity is different with the ODS C18 stationary phase. As a result, eight compounds in the crude sample were isolated in more than 98% purity. This is the first report of trans‐cinnamic acid ( 1 ) and trifolirhizin ( 2 ) from Oxytropis falcata . This method has the potential to be an efficient separation method of high‐purity compounds from Oxytropis falcata and it shows great promise for the separation of high‐purity compounds from complex samples.  相似文献

We demonstrate a new type of fiber optic bend sensor with a hybrid structure made up of a long period grating (LPG) and a tilted fiber Bragg grating (TFBG). The sensing mechanism is based on the spectrum of power transfers between the core and cladding modes from a TFBG located downstream from a LPG. We show that the curvature of a beam can be determined by the reflected power difference between the core mode and the recoupled cladding modes. We further provide design rules for the LPG and TFBG to optimize and linearize the sensor response. In addition, the temperature cross-sensitivities of this configuration are also investigated for two different types of fiber.  相似文献

A high‐repetition‐rate mechanical shutter with asynchronous control and sub‐millisecond operation has been developed and tested for specialist X‐ray systems in the field of medical diagnostics and radiation therapy. Capacitor‐coupled linear voice coil actuators are utilized to achieve opening and closing speeds as fast as 700 µs for an aperture height of 4 mm. The design allows for asynchronous control, permitting slave operation of the shutter, a feature that is distinctly suitable for a number of applications including particle image velocimetry, where high‐frame‐rate operation must be accurately synchronized and triggered by the image acquisition sequence of the detector or timing device. The design and construction of the shutter also makes it ideal, with simple and limited modifications, for applications requiring larger apertures, in particular wide beams as found in many synchrotron beamlines.  相似文献

We developed and validated a high‐resolution liquid chromatography mass spectrometry method for the quantification of furosemide in camel plasma which was used for a pharmacokinetic study in camels. Plasma samples were extracted by supported liquid extraction and furosemide and internal standard (furosemide‐D5) were separated on a an Agilent Zorbax XDB C18 column (50 × 2.1 mm i.d., 3.5 μm). Data was acquired in full‐scan mode over a mass range of 200–400 Da in negative electrospray mode at a resolution of 70,000. Linear calibration curves were obtained over the concentration ranges of 1.0–10,000 ng/mL. The validated method was then successfully applied in evaluating the pharmacokinetics and metabolites of furosemide in six camels (Camelus dromedarus ) and we were able to advice on a withdrawal time of furosemide treatment before racing.  相似文献

Adaptive mesh refinement (AMR) shows attractive properties in automatically refining the flow region of interest, and with AMR, better prediction can be obtained with much less labor work and cost compared to manually remeshing or the global mesh refinement. Cartesian AMR is well established; however, AMR on hybrid unstructured mesh, which is heavily used in the high‐Reynolds number flow simulation, is less matured and existing methods may result in degraded mesh quality, which mostly happens in the boundary layer or near the sharp geometric features. User intervention or additional constraints, such as freezing all boundary layer elements or refining the whole boundary layer, are required to assist the refinement process. In this work, a novel AMR strategy is developed to handle existing difficulties. In the new method, high‐order unstructured elements are first generated based on the baseline mesh; then the refinement is conducted in the parametric space; at last, the mesh suitable for the solver is output. Generating refined elements in the parametric space with high‐order elements is the key of this method and this helps to guarantee both the accuracy and robustness. With the current method, 3‐dimensional hybrid unstructured mesh of huge size and complex geometry can be automatically refined, without user intervention nor additional constraints. With test cases including the 2‐dimensional airfoil and 3‐dimensional full aircraft, the current AMR method proves to be accurate, simple, and robust.  相似文献

The spatial discretization of unsteady incompressible Navier–Stokes equations is stated as a system of differential algebraic equations, corresponding to the conservation of momentum equation plus the constraint due to the incompressibility condition. Asymptotic stability of Runge–Kutta and Rosenbrock methods applied to the solution of the resulting index‐2 differential algebraic equations system is analyzed. A critical comparison of Rosenbrock, semi‐implicit, and fully implicit Runge–Kutta methods is performed in terms of order of convergence and stability. Numerical examples, considering a discontinuous Galerkin formulation with piecewise solenoidal approximation, demonstrate the applicability of the approaches and compare their performance with classical methods for incompressible flows. 为实现高精度中小口径非球面的加工,介绍了一种非球面修抛技术。基于Preston假设,将抛光过程描述成一个线性方程,计算得到材料的去除量与抛光时间、抛光压力和零件转速之间的函数关系。设计了整体修抛法和环带修抛法两种方法,在数控抛光的基础上,对口径为Ф117mm的凹抛物面和口径为Ф17mm凸双曲面进行修抛,修抛后非球面的面形精度PV值为0.184μm,RMS均小于0.032μm,达到了工程化应用要求,实现了中小口径非球面的高精度加工。  相似文献

Three open-framework iron phosphites: Feп5(NH4)2(HPO3)6 (1), Feп2Fe(NH4)(HPO3)4 (2) and Fe2(HPO3)3 (3) have been synthesized under ionothermal conditions. How the different synthesis parameters, such as the gel concentrations, synthetic times, reaction temperatures and solvents affect the products have been monitored by using high-throughput approaches. Within each type of experiment, relevant products have been investigated. The optimal reaction conditions are obtained from a series of experiments by high-throughput approaches. All the structures are determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and further characterized by PXRD, TGA and FTIR analyses. Magnetic study reveals that those three compounds show interesting magnetic behavior at low temperature.  相似文献

传统彩虹测量技术标定复杂、精度可重复性差且难以适应密闭空间。一种基于多彩虹谱线自标定方法,可省去原有的标定系统装置,将标定过程内化于对彩虹信号的处理,以水为例的测量偏差仅为0.13%。将该技术应用于混合喷雾液滴组分浓度测量中,探究并优化了参与混合的两种液体组分的方案。实验采用60%乙醇-水混合喷雾,原位测量了混合喷雾场多点组分浓度,测量结果差别可以控制在0.5%以内,表明该方法技术在相关领域的应用潜力。  相似文献
