以二氧化硅(SiO2)纳米粒子表面键接的二硫代苯甲酸酯作为可逆加成-断裂-链转移(RAFT)聚合反应的链转移剂, 在室温下引发苯乙烯和马来酸酐进行表面RAFT交替共聚反应, 制得了SiO2/苯乙烯-alt-马来酸酐杂化材料. 通过聚氧化乙烯(PEO)的羟基与马来酸酐的酯化反应, 将PEO接枝到SiO2纳米粒子的表面, 增加了硅粒子的生物相容性. 用FTIR, TGA和TEM对杂化材料的结构、组成和形貌进行了表征.  相似文献

Wear debris analysis provides an early warning of mechanical transmission system aging and wear fault diagnosis, which has been widely used in machine health monitoring. The ability to detect and distinguish the ferromagnetic and nonmagnetic debris in oil is becoming an effective way to assess the health status of machinery. In this work, an Fe-poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS)-based magnetophoretic method for the continuous separation of ferromagnetic iron particles by diameter and the isolation of ferromagnetic particles and nonmagnetic particles with similar diameter by type is developed. The particles experience magnetophoretic effects when passing through the vicinity of the Fe-PDMS where the strongest gradient of the magnetic fields exists. By choosing a relatively short distance between the magnet and the sidewall of the horizontal main channel and the length of Fe-PDMS with controlled particles flow rate, the diameter-dependent separation of ferromagnetic iron particles, that is, smaller than 7 µm, in the range of 8–12 µm, and larger than 14 µm, and the isolation of ferromagnetic iron particles and nonmagnetic aluminum particles based on opposite magnetophoretic behaviors by types are demonstrated, providing a potential method for the detection of wear debris particles with a high sensitivity and resolution and the diagnostic of mechanical system.  相似文献

This work describes the sensitive voltammetric determination of favipiravir (FAV) based on its reduction for the first time with a low-cost and disposable pencil graphite electrode (PGE). In addition, the determination of FAV was also performed based on its oxidation. Differential pulse (DP) voltammograms recorded in 0.5 M H2SO4 for the reduction of FAV show that peak currents increase linearly in the range of 1.0 to 600.0 μM with a limit of detection of 0.35 μM. The acceptable recovery values (98.9–106.0 %) obtained from a pharmaceutical tablet, real human urine, and artificial blood serum samples spiked with FAV confirm the high accuracy of the proposed method.  相似文献

A TiO2 film was modified by adding light scattering particles and applied to an anode electrode in solid-state dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). The TiO2 films with 10 wt% (vs. TiO2 weight) light scattering particles showed enhanced performance (28%), compared with nanocrystalline TiO2 films, which were used as the controls. In particular, the photocurrent density (Jsc) reached approximately 12.6 mA/cm2 under a one-sun condition. This was attributed to the light scattering effect and decrease in internal resistance through the macroporous structure with a minor loss of electron transport. However, in the case of a larger concentration of light scattering particles (>10 wt%), there was a decrease in the efficiency of DSSCs, which resulted from the decreased surface area and degraded electron transport and charge recombination properties, as confirmed by the measurement of stepped light-induced photocurrent and photovoltage transients. Furthermore, the diffusion properties and kinetics of the composite polymer electrolyte with the nanoporous and macroporous TiO2 films were compared and evaluated from the electrochemical impedance spectra.  相似文献

Epoxy composites containing particulate fillers‐fused silica, glass powder, and mineral silica were investigated to be used as substrate materials in electronic packaging application. The content of fillers were varied between 0 and 40 vol%. The effects of the fillers on the thermal properties—thermal stability, thermal expansion and dynamic mechanical properties of the epoxy composites were studied, and it was found that fused silica, glass powder, and mineral silica increase the thermal stability and dynamic thermal mechanical properties and reduce the coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE). The lowest CTE value was observed at a fused silica content of 40 vol% for the epoxy composites, which was traced to the effect of its nature of low intrinsic CTE value of the fillers. The mechanical properties of the epoxy composites were determined in both flexural and single‐edge notch (SEN‐T) fracture toughness properties. Highest flexural strength, stiffness, and toughness values were observed at fillers content of 40 vol% for all the filled epoxy composites. 将含磷化合物插层石墨层间化合物(GIC)用于聚乙烯(PE)的阻燃,采用氧指数(LOI)方法评价了PE/GIC的阻燃性能,并采用热分析-红外光谱联用技术(TG-FTIR)研究了PE/GIC的热降解过程,探讨了GIC的阻燃机理。研究表明,不同含磷化合物插层GIC阻燃聚乙烯的氧指数有显著差别,其中以多聚磷酸铵-GIC的阻燃效果较好,氧指数较高。TG-FTIR研究结果表明,GIC并未显著影响PE的热降解方式,但由于GIC体积膨胀所发生的氧化还原反应导致部分PE热降解提前并发生热氧化降解,促进了后期成炭的石墨化过程。  相似文献

Dissipative particle dynamics simulation was applied to investigate the self-assembly of new segmented random-block copolymers (A-co-B)-b-B in selective solvents. The coarse-grained models of random-block copolymers were built. The effects of the composition of the copolymer, the interaction parameters, the volume fractions, as well as the ratio of hydrophilic particles to hydrophobic particles in the random segment, on the morphology of the aggregations were systematically investigated. The results showed that new segmented random-block copolymers (A-co-B)-b-B could self-assemble into rodlike micelle, spherical micelle and two-compartment micelle. Oval-shaped micelle and spherical micelle could be formed at different volume fractions. The simulation results provide an important reference to the design and synthesis of specific micelles.  相似文献

A quantum mechanical/molecular mechanical (QM/MM) approach based on the density‐functional tight‐binding (DFTB) theory is a useful tool for analyzing chemical reaction systems in detail. In this study, an efficient QM/MM method is developed by the combination of the DFTB/MM and particle mesh Ewald (PME) methods. Because the Fock matrix, which is required in the DFTB calculation, is analytically obtained by the PME method, the Coulomb energy is accurately and rapidly computed. For assessing the performance of this method, DFTB/MM calculations and molecular dynamics simulation are conducted for a system consisting of two amyloid‐β(1‐16) peptides and a zinc ion in explicit water under periodic boundary conditions. As compared with that of the conventional Ewald summation method, the computational cost of the Coulomb energy by utilizing the present approach is drastically reduced, i.e., 166.5 times faster. Flame-retardant expandable graphite (EG)/silicone rubber (SR) composites were prepared using nano-CaCO3 particles as reinforcement filler. In addition to mechanical measurements, limited oxygen index (LOI), UL-94 and cone calorimeter tests (CCT), the thermal properties were tested by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The results showed that the content and particle size of the EG both had large effects on the flammability and mechanical properties of the EG/SR blends. The composites that contained 25 phr EG (50–80 mu) had excellent LOI values, 47–48, and achieved the UL-94 V-0 level while the pure SR sample had the LOI value of 25 and achieved the UL-94 V-2 level. The data obtained from the CCT indicated that the addition of EG decreased remarkably the heat release rate, smoke emission, and mass loss rate of the composites. SEM microphotographs of the EG/SR composites before and after combustion demonstrated that EG underwent a large volume expansion, and the multiporous char structure blocked heat transfer and protected the substrate from fire.  相似文献
