Preparation of Three Decadeoxyribonucleotides Containing an Uncommon or Modified Base

Three decadeoxyribonucleotides (d-C-C-A-A-I-A-T-T-G-G, d-C-^brC-A-A-G-A-T-T-G-G and d-C-C-A-A-^mG-A-T-T-G-G) involving inosine (I), 5-bromocytidine (^brC) and 6-O-methylguanosine (^mG) were chemically synthesized based on the phosphotriester approach in milligram quantities. The procedures of full protection reaction of these uncommon or modified bases are given in detail. The phosphotriester method was then employed to synthesize all the decamers. It seems the phosphotriester method is applicable to the synthesis of oligodeoxyribonucleotide with these three odd-bases. However, slightly different procedures have to be used while deblocking the fully protected oligodeoxyribonucleotides depending upon the nature of the uncommon or modified base.     

Short synthesis of 4-aryl-3-pyrrolin-2-ones

A three step, convergent synthesis of 4-aryl-3-pyrrolin-2-ones from a tetramic acid has been developed. The key transformation utilized a Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reaction between a 4-tosyloxy-3-pyrrolin-2-one and an arylboronic acid. This work also provides access to 4-arylpyrrolidin-2-ones, cyclic analogs of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA). Hydrogenation of 4-(4′-chlorophenyl)-3-pyrrolin-2-one proceeded smoothly to give baclofen lactam.     

Synthesis of 2-pentafluorosulfanylnaphthalene

A three step synthesis of 2-pentafluorosulfanylnaphthalene is reported. Initial addition of SF₅Cl to benzobarralene was followed by elimination to form 2-pentafluorosulfanylbenzobarralene. Heating of this compound with 3,6-bis-(2-pyridyl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazine led to elimination of the ethylene bridge via a sequence of cycloadditions and retro-cycloadditions to form the title compound.     

Simultaneous stereoselective 4-amination with cyclic secondary amines and 2-O-deacetylation of peracetylated sialic acid derivatives

Treatment of methyl 5-acetamido-2,4,7,8,9-penta-O-acetyl-3,5-dideoxy-β-l-glycero-d-galacto-2-nonulopyranosidonate (1) with cyclic secondary amines in pyridine at room temperature for 24 h afforded unusual products (2a-g). Related experiments were carried out to explain the formation of 4-amination and 2-O-deacetylation of peracetylated sialic acid derivatives (2a-g). This reaction may provide a new strategy for the preparation of Zanamivir analogues as neuraminidase inhibitors for anti-H5N1 subtype of avian influenza virus (AIV).     

Piperazirum, a novel bioactive alkaloid from Arum palaestinum Boiss.

A novel alkylated piperazine (3α,5α-diisobutyryl-6α-isopropyl-piperazine-2-one, 1) has been isolated from the n-butanol soluble part of the leaves extract of Arum palaestinum Boiss., the chemical structure and the relative stereochemistry of 1 were elucidated on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic data. Piperazirum showed a significant cytotoxicity against cultured tumor cell lines in vitro.     

A new synthesis of trifluorinated compounds via 1,1-dichloro-1-alkenes in superacid

A two step process for converting ketone or aldehyde via 1,1-dichloro-1-alkenes to the corresponding 1,1,1-trifluoroderivatives is described, based on HF addition and chlorine-fluorine exchange under superacidic conditions.     

多壁碳纳米管/聚丙烯酸/MOF-5的制备及其N_2吸附性能

用化学修饰法制备出复合物多壁碳纳米管/聚丙烯酸(MWCNTs/PAA),用溶剂热法合成Zn4O(1,4-benzenedicarboxylate)3(MOF-5)和MWCNTs/PAA/MOF-5。通过XRD、FTIR、TG、HRTEM和比表面积和孔隙度分析仪对MWCNTs,MOF-5,MWCNTs/PAA和MWCNTs/PAA/MOF-5的结构和性质进行表征。结果表明:复合材料MWCNTs/PAA中PAA包覆在碳纳米管外壁上,含量为4.3%,在FTIR中有PAA特征官能团的吸收峰;MWCNTs/PAA/MOF-5和MOF-5的形貌一样,MWCNTs/PAA/MOF-5的热分解温度比MOF-5的提高了49℃;MOF-5和MWCNTs/PAA/MOF-5的N2吸附曲线为Ⅰ型,77 K和100 k Pa条件下,N2的吸附量达到最大值,分别为265、299.03 cm3·g-1。     

以T型三羧酸配体构筑的具有2D→3D穿插结构的金属有机框架的合成、结构及性质

采用溶剂热合成法,利用T型三羧酸配体3,4',5-联苯三羧酸(H₃BPT=biphenyl-3,4',5-tricarboxylicacid)制备并表征了2个2D→3D穿插结构的金属有机框架结构,{[Ni₃(BPT)₂(bpe)₂(H₂O)₆]·2DMF·7H₂O}_n(1)和{[Ni₃(BPT)₂(bpea)₂(H₂O)₆]·2DMF·5H₂O}_n(2)(bpe=1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethylene,bpea=1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethane,DMF=N,N-dimethylformamide)。在这2个化合物中,BPT配体和含氮配体bpe或bpea共同连接相邻的Ni(Ⅱ)中心,形成(3,4)-连接的(63)(65.8)二维双层结构。相邻双层结构间相互穿插,形成具有聚轮烷结构的2D→3D互锁结构。气体吸附性质表明,化合物1对CO₂和N₂具有一定的吸附能力。     

镥晶体的绝热量热法测试和热力学函数

文章合成了Lu(NO₃)₃(C₂H₅O₂N)_4.H₂O,用红外和元素分析对其进行了表征。用高精度全自动绝热量热仪,测定了该配合物80-382 K温区的热容, 利用实验热容数据, 根据热容与焓、熵的热力学关系, 求出了配合物85-350 K温区内每隔5 K相对于298.15K的标准热力学函数(HT - H298.15)m和(ST - S298.15)m.在80-350 K温度区间内,配合物的热容随温度升高而增大,没有相转移点和热力学吸收峰的出现,该配合物在此温度区间内是稳定存在的。
