利用固相反应法在不同烧结温度条件下制备了一系列(Na1/2Bi1/2)Cu3Ti4O12(NBCTO)陶瓷样品,研究了它们的晶体结构、微观组织结构、介电性质和复阻抗及其随温度的变化. 实验发现NBCTO陶瓷所呈现出的电学性质与CaCu3Ti4O12陶瓷相应的电学性质非常类似. 烧结温度为990℃至1060℃范围的NBCTO陶瓷样品室 关键词: 高介电材料 介电性质 复阻抗 内阻挡层电容  相似文献

The technique to weld AISI 304 stainless steel to AISI 420 stainless steel with a pulsed Nd:YAG laser has been investigated. The main objective of this study was to determine the influence of the laser beam position, with respect to the joint, on weld characteristics. Specimens were welded with the laser beam incident on the joint and moved 0.1 and 0.2 mm on either side of the joint. The joints were examined in an optical microscope for cracks, pores and to determine the weld geometry. The microstructure of the weld and the heat affected zones were observed in a scanning electron microscope. An energy dispersive spectrometer, coupled to the scanning electron microscope, was used to determine variations in (weight %) the main chemical elements across the fillet weld. Vickers microhardness testing and tensile testing were carried out to determine the mechanical properties of the weld. The results of the various tests and examinations enabled definition of the best position for the incident laser beam with respect to the joint, for welding together the two stainless steels.  相似文献

用微磁学方法对磁性纳米颗粒膜的磁特性进行了模拟,采用的模型是由122个磁性纳米颗粒组成的面心立方(fcc)结构体系.结果表明:在该体系中,偶极相互作用对体系的静态磁结构的影响显著,而交换相互作用的影响表现不明显.在此基础上,本文还采用有效媒质理论计算分析了磁性合金颗粒不同体积比时颗粒膜的磁谱和表征电磁参量发生显著变化的逾渗现象和逾渗阈值.并完成了对高磁损耗磁性纳米颗粒膜的材料设计. 关键词: 微磁学 纳米颗粒膜 逾渗阈值 磁导率 材料设计  相似文献

采用固相反应与液相反应,合成了新型锂离子电池正极材料LiMPO4(M=Fe,Mn)。粉末X光衍射表明材料均为纯相。对材料的显微拉曼光谱和红外光谱进行了研究和指认。循环伏安研究表明,含锂磷酸盐是一类有潜力的锂离子电池正极材料。  相似文献

用透射电镜、高分辨透射电镜、X射线衍射和拉曼光谱表征了用催化热解法制备的纳米碳管的结构,研究了纳米碳管的电化学嵌脱锂性能。以纳米级铁粉为催化剂热解乙炔气得到的纳米碳管石墨化程度较低,结构中存在褶皱的石墨层、乱层石墨和微孔等缺陷,具有国交高的贮锂容量,初始容量为640mAh/g,但循环稳定性较差。而以纳米级氧化铁粉为催化剂热解乙烯得到的纳米碳管结构比较规则,循环稳定性较好,但贮锂容量较低,初始容量为282mAh/g。讨论了纳米碳管的结构对其温度特性和不同电流密度下的充放电容易的影响。  相似文献

The optically stimulated luminescent (OSL) radiation dosimeter technically surveys a wide dynamic measurement range and a high sensitivity.Optical fiber dosimeters provide capability for remote monitoring of the radiation in the locations which are difficult-to-acoess and hazardous.In addition.optical fiber dosimeters are immune to electrical and radio-frequency interference.In this paper,a novel remote optical fiber radiation dosimeter is described.The optical fiber dosimeter takes advantage of the charge trapping materials CaS:Ce, Sm that exhibit OSL.The measuring range of the dosimeter is from 0.1 to 100 Gy.The equipment is relatively simple and small in size,and has low power consumption.This device is suitable for measuring the space radiation dose and also can be used in high radiation dose condition and other dangerous radiation occasions.  相似文献

应用深能级瞬态谱(DLTS)技术研究分子束外延(MBE)生长的highelectronmobilitytransistors(HEMT)和Pseudomorphichighelectronmobilitytransistors(PHEMT)结构深中心行为.样品的DLTS谱表明,在HEMT和PHEMT结构的nAlGaAs层里存在着较大浓度(1015-1017cm-3)和俘获截面(10-16cm2)的近禁带中部电子陷阱.它们可能与AlGaAs层的氧含量有关.同时还观察到PHEMT结构晶格不匹配的AlGaAsInGaAsGaAs系统在AlGaAs里产生的应力引起DX中心(与硅有关)能级位置的有序移动.其移动量可作为应力大小的一个判据,表明DLTS技术是定性识别此应力的可靠和简便的工具. 关键词: 分子束外延生长 高电子迁移率超高速微结构功能材料 深中心  相似文献

The electromagnetic ultrasound is used in the detection of interfaces of the adhesive multilayer structures to solve the unstable coupling problem in ultrasonic testing by traditional piezoelectric transducers. Based on the analysis of the transforming mechanism of electromag-netic ultrasound energy and the resultant dead zone from mutual inductance of the transducer, the wavelet filtering by soft-thresholding and adaptive noise canceling methods are used simul-taneously to the detected electromagnetic ultrasonic signals to overcome the drawbacks of the low signal to noise ratio (SNR) and the wide intrinsic dead zone of the transducer. Processed results in the interface detection of a three layered adhesive sample of steel and rubber materials demonstrate that the wavelet filtering enhances the SNR about 12dB while the adaptive noise canceling narrows the dead zone effectively.  相似文献

In this paper, signal processing techniques are tested for their ability to resolve echoes associated with delaminations in carbon fiber-reinforced polymer multi-layered composite materials (CFRP) detected by ultrasonic methods. These methods include split spectrum processing (SSP) and the expectation-maximization (EM) algorithm. A simulation study on defect detection was performed, and results were validated experimentally on CFRP with and without delamination defects taken from aircraft. Comparison of the methods for their ability to resolve echoes are made.  相似文献

This paper presents a finite-strain, multi-scale constitutive model for semi-crystalline polymers, accounting explicitly for the current state and evolution of the underlying crystallographic, lamellar and morphological texture. Specifically, a semi-crystalline polymer is modeled as a two-scale composite, assumed to be, at the larger length scale, an aggregate of randomly distributed grains that, at the smaller length scale, are made up of alternating layers of an amorphous and a crystalline phase. The model incorporates finite elasticity for the amorphous phase and crystallographic hardening for the crystalline phase. The instantaneous effective response of this composite is determined by means of multi-scale homogenization methods, consisting in the use of a “linear comparison composite” (LCC) with the same internal structure as the actual nonlinear composite, with local properties that are optimally chosen via suitably designed variational principles. The effective properties of the resulting two-scale LCC are obtained through a “sequential” homogenization procedure, involving the exact solution for the effective behavior of the lamellar grains and a self-consistent estimate for the aggregate. The latter results are also used to establish evolution laws for the appropriate internal variables in the material. The predictions of the model for the macroscopic response and texture evolution in high-density polyethylene are confronted with available experimental results and compared with those of earlier models.  相似文献
