We derive explicit representation formulas for the computation of flux intensity functions for mixed boundary value problems for the Poisson equation in axisymmetric domains with edges. We rely on the decomposition of the boundary value problems in three dimensions by means of partial Fourier analysis with respect to the rotational angle into boundary value problems in the two‐dimensional meridian domain of . Utilizing smooth cutoff functions, the solutions of the reduced problems are analyzed semi‐analytically near corners of the plane meridian domain, and the edge flux intensity functions are constructed via Fourier synthesis and convergence analysis. The formulas are also applicable in the case of crack fronts. The constructive nature of the formulas provides in a straightforward way an efficient strategy for the accurate computation of edge flux intensity functions in axisymmetric domains. Zirconium‐doped KTiOPO4 (KTP) crystals were grown using a high temperature flux method in the K2O‐P2O5‐TiO2‐ZrF4 system. The dopant content in the single crystals with general composition KTi1‐xZrxOPO4 (where x = 0 – 0.026) strongly depends on zirconium concentration in the homogeneous melts. AES‐ICP method and X‐ray fluorescence analysis were used to determine the composition of the obtained crystals. Phase analyses of the products were performed using the powder XRD. The structures of KTiOPO4 containing different quantities of Zr were refined on the basis of single crystal XRD data. Applying ZrF4 precursor for zirconium injection into the flux allowed growing the zirconium‐doped KTP crystals at 930–750°C. (© 2008 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim)  相似文献

We report synthesis, structure/micro-structure, resistivity under magnetic field [ρ(T)H], Raman spectra, thermoelectric power S(T), thermal conductivity κ(T), and magnetization of ambient pressure argon annealed polycrystalline bulk samples of MgB2, processed under identical conditions. The compound crystallizes in hexagonal structure with space group P6/mmm. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) reveals electron micrographs showing various types of defect features along with the presence of 3–4 nm thick amorphous layers forming the grain boundaries of otherwise crystalline MgB2. Raman spectra of the compound at room temperature exhibited characteristic phonon peak at 600 cm-1. Superconductivity is observed at 37.2 K by magnetic susceptibility χ(T), resistivity ρ(T), thermoelectric power S(T), and thermal conductivity κ(T) measurements. The power law fitting of ρ(T) give rise to Debye temperature (ΘD) at 1400 K which is found consistent with the theoretical fitting of S(T), exhibiting Θ D of 1410 K and carrier density of 3.81 × 1028/m3. Thermal conductivity κ(T) shows a jump at 38 K, i.e., at Tc, which was missing in some earlier reports. Critical current density (Jc) of up to 105 A/cm2 in 1–2 T (Tesla) fields at temperatures (T) of up to 10 K is seen from magnetization measurements. The irreversibility field, defined as the field related to merging of M(H) loops is found to be 78, 68 and 42 kOe at 4, 10 and 20 K respectively. The superconducting performance parameters viz. irreversibility field (Hirr) and critical current density Jc(H) of the studied MgB2 are improved profoundly with addition of nano-SiC and nano-diamond. The physical property parameters measured for polycrystalline MgB2 are compared with earlier reports and a consolidated insight of various physical properties is presented.  相似文献

Graphene oxide (GO) has triggered significant attention as a new type of self‐assembly membrane material. However, the low filtration flux and unstable performance of GO membrane limit its practical application. Hence, in this work, layered double hydroxides (LDHs), as a 2D material with double‐layer channel structure and positive electricity, were self‐assembled with GO at weight ratio of 7:3 by electrostatic interaction. Then, the GO/LDH hybrids combined with polydopamine (PDA) to obtain stable and high‐flux GO‐based membranes through vacuum filtration and the structure and morphology of as‐prepared samples were characterized by FT‐IR, XRD, XPS, and SEM. Furthermore, the separation performance and surface electronegativity of membranes were tested via pure water flux, rejection efficiency, recycle experiments, and zeta potential. Results revealed that the stability and flux of composite membrane were enhanced significantly compared with neat GO‐based membrane. Further, the dye rejection rate of methylene blue (MB) is higher than Congo red (CR) and rhodamine B (Rh B) and reached to 99.8%.  相似文献

The influence of radiation damage on a number of lattice vibration parameters in two SiO2 modifications was investigated using IR reflectance spectroscopy. The radiation kinetics of changes in spectral characteristics of SiO2 fundamental vibrations in crystalline and glassy states were determined. The reflectivity coefficient and the frequency of degenerate vibrations as functions of dose showed minima, the locations of which were governed by the type of sample. At high neutron irradiation doses (1021 cm−2), certain characteristics of the bands had the same values for both modified materials. Features of the radiation kinetics of sample dynamic parameters were determined. It was deduced that the specific character of the observed radiation-induced changes in spectral and dynamic parameters of vibrations near degenerate modes was due to both the accumulation of radiation damage and a change in the force field surrounding bridging bonds, which is related to a change in the SiO2 structure. __________ Translated from Zhurnal Prikladnoi Spektroskopii, Vol. 75, No. 3, pp. 354–358, May–June, 2008.  相似文献

Cubic-like CaTaO2N photocatalysts with high crystallinity and uniform particle size were successfully prepared by the flux-assisted nitridation method. The growth of CaTaO2N single crystals under different synthesis conditions was systematically investigated to understand the effects of the crystallinity and optical property on photocatalytic performance of CO2 reduction. Moreover, the modification of CaTaO2N single crystals with core-shell Ni−Ag bicomponent cocatalyst by two-step decoration process gave a 2.4 times higher amount of CO evolution than the deposition of sole Ag cocatalyst, because of the synergistic effects of bicomponent cocatalyst on the interfacial electron transfer and surface catalytic process. This study provides a valuable way to construct high-crystalline photocatalysts with effective bicomponent cocatalyst for visible-light-driven CO2 reduction with H2O.  相似文献

In this paper, a parameter identification method to determine surface shortwave fluxes using temperature and thickness measurements of sea ice in CHINARE 2006 is presented. Adopting a new standard for the calculation of the thermodynamic properties of seawater named TEOS‐10, the surface shortwave fluxes are calculated by the temperature and thickness observations that were measured at Nella Fjord around Zhongshan Station, Antarctica. New simulations for temperature profiles in a different measurement period are performed by three parameterization schemes including the present method, Zillman and Shine. All numerical results are compared with in situ measurements. Results show that better simulations of the surface shortwave radiations and temperature distributions are possible with the identification method than Zillman and Shine. Therefore this method is valid, and the obtained shortwave radiation function can be applied in sea ice modeling. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Measure-valued weak solutions for conservation laws with discontinuous flux are proposed and explicit formulae have been derived. We propose convergent discontinuous flux-based numerical schemes for the class of hyperbolic systems that admit nonclassical -shocks, by extending the theory of discontinuous flux for nonlinear conservation laws to scalar transport equation with a discontinuous coefficient. The article also discusses the concentration phenomenon of solutions along the line of discontinuity, for scalar transport equations with a discontinuous coefficient. The existence of the solutions for transport equation is shown using the vanishing viscosity approach and the asymptotic behavior of the solutions is also established. The performance of the numerical schemes for both scalar conservation laws and systems to capture the -shocks effectively is displayed through various numerical experiments.  相似文献
