Tensor Products of Quantum Structures and Their Applications in Quantum Measurements

Tensor products of quantum logics and effect algebras with some known problems are reviewed. It is noticed that although tensor products of effect algebras having at least one state exist, in the category of complex Hilbert space effect algebras similar problems as with tensor products of projection lattices occur. Nevertheless, if one of the two coupled physical systems is classical, tensor product exists and can be considered as a Boolean power. Some applications of tensor products (in the form of Boolean powers) to quantum measurements are reviewed.     

Duality Theory in Fuzzy Linear Programming Problems with Fuzzy Coefficients

The concept of fuzzy scalar (inner) product that will be used in the fuzzy objective and inequality constraints of the fuzzy primal and dual linear programming problems with fuzzy coefficients is proposed in this paper. We also introduce a solution concept that is essentially similar to the notion of Pareto optimal solution in the multiobjective programming problems by imposing a partial ordering on the set of all fuzzy numbers. We then prove the weak and strong duality theorems for fuzzy linear programming problems with fuzzy coefficients.     

A microspectroscopic study of the electronic homogeneity of ordered and disordered Sr2FeMoO6

Disordered Sr₂FeMoO₆ shows a drastic reduction in saturation magnetization compared to highly ordered samples, moreover magnetization as a function of the temperature for different disordered samples shows qualitatively different behaviours. We investigate the origin of such diversity by performing spatially resolved photoemission spectroscopy on various disordered samples. Our results establish that e_xtensive electronic inhomogeneity, arising most probably from an underlying chemical inhomogeneity in disordered samples, is responsible for the observed magnetic inhomogeneity. It is further pointed out that these inhomogeneities are connected with composition fluctuations of the type Sr₂Fe_1+x Mo_1-x O₆ with Fe-rich (x > 0) and Mo-rich (x < 0) regions. D∞-APPROXIMATION OF PRODUCT VARIATIONS OF TWO PARAMETER SMOOTH SEMIMARTINGALES

Let X be a two parameter smooth semimartingale and (~X) be its process of the product variation. It is proved that (~X) can be approximated as D∞-limit of sums of its discrete product variations as the mesh of division tends to zero. Moreover, this result can be strengthen to yield the quasi sure convergence of sums by estimating the speed of the convergence.

良序套张量积的代数中的强不可约算子

设Ｈ为复的可分无限维Ｈｉｌｂｅｒｔ空间，称有界线性算子Ｔ为强不可约的，如果与Ｔ可交换的幂等算子只有０和Ｉ．王宗尧、蒋春澜、纪有清等人证明了在任何一个套的套代数中都存在大量的强不可约算子，并且找到了它们的酉轨道闭包．本文考虑有限个套的张量积的代数中强不可约算子的存在性问题。证明了：对复平面上任何一个连通完备集σ、总存在一个对角算子Ｎ和它的一个范数可以任意小的紧摄动Ｔ＝Ｘ＋Ｋ，使得Ｔ是一个强不可约算子、Ｔ在有限个良序套的张量积的代数中，并且σ（Ｔ）＝σｌｒｅ（Ｔ）＝σ（Ｎ）＝σｌｒｅ（Ｎ）＝σ进一步，文章还对具有单点谱的算子和良序套与正交补为良序套的张量积的代数进行了讨论，得到了一些结果．     

$M$-半群的直觉$(S,T)$-模糊$M$-子半群的性质

K.T.Atanassov在1986年首先引入直觉模糊集的概念,本文利用s-范数和t-范数,引入M-半群的直觉(S,T)-模糊M-子半群的概念,刻画其性质和特征,我们再进一步给出了直觉(S,T)-直积的概念,并由此探讨了一些有意义的相关结论。     

Notes on Sublattice-Lattices

We prove that directly reducible lattices and selfdual subdirectly irreducible lattices of locally finite length are determined by their sublattice-lattices. As a corollary we obtain that splitting varieties are closed under the isomorphism of sublattice-lattices iff they are selfdual. A class of selfdual non-closed varieties is given too.     

Electron-stimulated desorption of D (H) from condensed D2O (H2O) films

The electron-stimulated desorption (ESD) of D⁻ and H⁻ ions from condensed D₂O and H₂O films is investigated. Three low-energy peaks are observed in the ESD anion yield, which are identified as arising from excitation of ²B₁, ²A₁ and ²B₂ dissociative electron attachment (DEA) resonances. Additional structure is observed between 18 and 32 eV, which may be due to ion pair formation or to DEA resonances involving the 2a₁ orbital. The ion yield resulting from excitation of the ²B₁ resonance increases as the film is heated. We attribute the increase in the ion yield to thermally induced hydrogen bond breaking near the surface, which enhances the lifetimes of the excited states that lead to desorption.
