The surface properties of IC packaging molds such as anti-sticking, wear, and corrosion resistances can be improved by hard surface coating. In this study, Ti/TiN/TiCN/a-C:H thin film coatings were deposited on IC cavity bar molds in a hybrid PVD-ECR-CVD coating system. The structure of the a-C:H films was delineated by a function of bias voltages by Raman spectroscopy. Excellent adhesion and lower friction coefficients of a-C:H films were also assessed. According to the normal adhesion force measurement, a-C:H coating was superior to that of typical electroplated hard chromium (Ep-Cr). Performance evaluation showed that the a-C:H coating could increase the number of molding injections in IC package production lines by 216%. 相似文献

This paper investigates worker learning and forgetting phenomenon in a dual resource constrained system (DRC) setting. Worker learning and forgetting in two and three stage DRC systems are modeled according to the dual-phase learning and forgetting model (DPLFM), which is based on the theory that a task has separate cognitive and motor requirements. Results show that the task-type (with respect to its learning rate and proportion of cognitive and motor requirements) affects the performance of training and deployment policies in DRC systems, and as such it should be included in future DRC research. 相似文献

A novel dynamic friction experiment using the Kolsky bar concept was developed. The technique is complementary to the plate impact and other macroscopic friction experiments in the sense that sliding velocities and pressures not attainable otherwise can be investigated. The experimental results reported in this article show that the technique provides accurate and repeatable measurement of time-resolved friction. The apparatus is simpler and easier to operate than the plate impact facility. However, it cannot achieve the same level of contact pressure. Several material pairs have been investigated. In particular, the kinetic friction coefficient of Ti-6Al-4V sliding against WC/Co (cermet) and 4340 steel sliding against WC/Co were measured and compared with the values reported by Prakash and Clifton in 1993. A method is presented for determining the flexural strength of unidirectional composites from three-point bending tests at
large deflections. An analytical model is proposed for calculating the flexural stress in testing thin bars in the case of
large deflections. The model takes into account the changes in the support reactions at bar ends and in the span of the bar
caused by its deflection. In the model offered, the influence of transverse shear and the friction at supports are neglected.
The problem is solved in elliptic integrals of the first and second kind. The results obtained are compared with experimental
tension data. The method elaborated for calculating flexural stresses has an obvious advantage over the conventional engineering
procedure, because the calculation accuracy of the stresses increases considerably in the case of large deflections.

A complete methodology for the determination of chloroanisoles and chlorophenols in cork material is proposed. The determination is accomplished by means of a previous liquid–solid extraction followed by stir bar sorptive extraction (SBSE) coupled to gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC–MS). Two different liquid–solid extraction experiments were conducted and eight compounds considered (2,6-dichloroanisole, 2,4-dichloroanisole, 2,4,6-trichloroanisole, 2,4,6-trichlorophenol, 2,3,4,6-tetrachloroanisole, 2,3,4,6-tetrachlorophenol, pentachloroanisole and pentachlorophenol). From the results obtained we can conclude that high volume extraction extending extraction time up to 24 h is the best choice if we have to release compounds from the inner surfaces of cork stoppers. Recovery percentages ranged from 51% for pentachloroanisole to 81% for 2,4-dichloroanisole. This method allows the determination of an array of compounds involved in cork taint at very low levels from 1.2 ng g−1 for 2,4,6-tricholoroanisole to 23.03 ng g−1 for 2,3,4,6-tetrachlorophenol. 相似文献

采用直锥变截面式Φ74mm分离式霍普金森压杆,对不同替代率沙漠砂混凝土进行冲击压缩实验,得到了不同替代率沙漠砂混凝土在不同应变率下的应力应变曲线。分析应变率对沙漠砂混凝土峰值应力、峰值应变和比能量影响,揭示了沙漠砂替代率对沙漠砂混凝土峰值应力影响规律,并对沙漠砂混凝土动态破坏模式进行研究。研究表明:随着应变率增加,沙漠砂混凝土峰值应力、强度增强因子、比能量和峰值应变逐渐增大;在同一应变率下,随着替代率增加,沙漠砂混凝土峰值应力逐渐减小。本文研究结果可为沙漠砂在工程中的应用提供指导和借鉴。 相似文献

工程实际中,建筑用钢不可避免地会接触空气而遭受氧化腐蚀。本文开展了地震区域大力推广应用的HRB400EIII级钢筋氧化前、后的低周疲劳行为研究。采用轴向应变控制方法,在MTS809拉扭复合疲劳试验机上开展了大量的低周疲劳试验,获得了氧化前、后HRB400EIII级钢筋低周疲劳性能,如循环应力响应特征、循环应力-应变关系以及寿命预测公式等。通过断口电镜扫描发现,氧化后HRB400EIII级钢筋的裂纹均萌生于试件表面,且存在多处裂纹源。研究结果表明,氧化腐蚀对低周疲劳寿命及微观断裂机理方面均存在明显影响,并从力学性能变化的角度对引起差异的原因进行了解释。 相似文献
