The net analyte signal (NAS)-based method HLA/GO, modification of the original hybrid linear analysis (HLA) method, has been used to determine carbendazim, fuberidazole and thiabendazole in water samples. This approach was used after a solid-phase extraction (SPE) step, using the native fluorescence emission spectra of real samples, previously standardized by piecewise direct standardization (PDS). The results obtained show that the modification of HLA performs in a similar way that partial least-squares method (PLS-1). The NAS concept was also used to calculate multivariate analytical figures of merit such as limit of detection, selectivity, sensitivity and analytical sensitivity (γ−1). With this purpose, blanks of methanol and ternary mixtures, with the target analyte at low concentration and the other two ranging according to the calibration matrix, were used, with different results. Detection limits calculated in the last way are more realistic and show the influence of the other components in the sample. Selectivity for carbendazim is higher than the corresponding values for fuberidazole and thiabendazole, whereas sensitivity, as well as the values obtained for their detection limits, are lower for carbendazim, followed by thiabendazole and fuberidazole. Results obtained by modification of HLA vary in the same way that the ones obtained by PLS-1.  相似文献

The evaporation as a part of the spectrochemical excitation process is a complicated procedure during which different thermo-chemical reactions connected mainly to the formation of carbides are overshot. This one is accelerated namely at the 4000 K on the top of the carrier electrode. The carbide creation markedly affects the evaporation process of single elements of the given matrix and modifies this process. In spite of this it is evident that the intensity of the DC arc has a significant impact on the evaporation of all elements. The evaporation capability of two optical methods, the classical non-controlled direct current (DC) arc spectrography and the PC controlled DC arc optical emission spectrometry, have been compared for the determination of some environmental important elements (Al, Cr, Ni, and V). The experiments were carried out using grating spectrograph PGS-2 and simultaneous multi-channel LECO 750 spectrometer which is connected to a separated evaporation cell and adjusted to the Marinković plasma source. Standardized evaporation curves were designed and the half-time (t50%) values and the total (t100%) evaporation time values were calculated. The basic statistical evaluation was done and the main figures of the merit were calculated.  相似文献

An in‐depth understanding of dynamic interfacial self‐assembly processes is essential for a wide range of topics in theoretical physics, materials design, and biomedical research. However, direct monitoring of such processes is hampered by the poor imaging contrast of a thin interfacial layer. We report in situ imaging technology capable of selectively highlighting self‐assembly at the phase boundary in real time by employing the unique photophysical properties of aggregation‐induced emission. Its application to the study of breath‐figure formation, an immensely useful yet poorly understood phenomenon, provided a mechanistic model supported by direct visualization of all main steps and fully corroborated by simulation and theoretical analysis. This platform is expected to advance the understanding of the dynamic phase‐transition phenomena, offer insights into interfacial biological processes, and guide development of novel self‐assembly technologies.  相似文献

Temperature-modulated differential scanning calorimetry of first-order transitions has led to many new observations. Some of these involve non-linear processes or deal with transformations of practically instantaneous response. The latter may cause serious lags within the calorimeter due to limited thermal conductivity of the sample and the instrument. In both cases the “reversing heat capacity” or a “complex heat capacity” is not a precise representation of the transition since both are computed from abbreviated Fourier transforms, limited to the evaluation of the first harmonic component. One has in these cases to work in the time-domain with the raw output. But even from these analyses in the time-domain many interesting new insights about the transition and the calorimeter performance can be generated.  相似文献

The suitability of the electron back‐scatter diffraction technique (supported by EDS) in order to study the complex microstructures of iron meteorites is demonstrated on the example of the Watson meteorite. The orientation relationships between the main phases kamacite, taenite and schreibersite/rhabdite as well as effects of the real structure have been investigated. In kamacite bands highly deformed blocks appear which show a contineous change of orientation. Plessitic regions are surrounded by deformed taenite lamellae. Also these lamellae show the typical M‐profile of the Ni concentration in cross section. In the center a martensitic microstructure has been proven. The white plessite is characterized by a high number of individual kamacite grains which however are separated mainly by low‐angle boundaries. So an orientation clustering occurs. The determination of orientation relationships was only possible for a single plessite region comparing the intensity distribution in pole figures with simulations. Schreibersite is brittle and shows a high number of microcracks. However, the strong deformation of kamacite does not allow us to decide whether an orientation relationship between the phosphides and the surrounding kamacite exists or not.
